Staff are great but the automatic voice answering system needs improvement. I have not been able to reach a real person to talk to in several days. Callbacks not timely.

Was on time. After waiting for fifteen minutes in the lobby. I then ask when I can be seen. Was told I was late to the appointment and cannot be seen. The woman in the lobby waiting longer than me said thats ridiculous. I shouldve seen and was waiting. I end up in the hospital for the reason I was being seen that day. I get a letter stating to make a follow-up with my primary doctor Zayn Copeland as Im an established patient; after said hospital visit to make sure everything is okay. I call to make the appointment and I am then told I cannot be seen as Im not an established patient. Its Medicare Fraud to the Nth degree. If you want to fix this reach out to me directly as you clearly have my address and phone number. Any response on this review directly will not be seen and is not a proper response to my problems.

I have always been treated well at this location and it appears that the negative comment above was the result of a lot of miscommunication. I hope it is resolved and the person who wrote this will write a retraction.
