The only positive part of my experience was the ultrasound and the technician. She was really kind and made my ultrasound a great experience. The phlebotomist was talking badly about another patient to me, even giving me details about what this patient looked like. Rooms are worn down looking.

This place is awful. I had to basically beg for blood work to be done because the doctor dismissed me and my concerns. When I came in for the blood work, there was confusion over what was being drawn because the notes in my chart were not clear. Half the labs drawn were done on the wrong day of my cycle according to the specialist I am now seeing. The results were posted in my chart with no range listed for what the normal range is. I had to google to find out if there was an issue. Never received a call about the results (it has now been 6 months). Will never go back here. I would rather drive to Indy than deal with the lack of patient care.

They didnt believe me when I said I thought my IUD had shifted. Had to beg them for an ultrasound and guess what, my IUD was out of place and had to be removed. They are unprofessional and I do not recommend going here.

Being in the medical field and a mother of 4. I am aware of how things go and it is never ok for excuses and laziness in the medical field. I came here for the 1st time because my husbands work clinic I used to go to closed and we have to fine all new doctors.I got signed in and only waited a few minutes. I went to the bathroom while I was waiting and there was a full URINE cup unlabeled sitting open on the counter. So I assumed it was left from the previous patient. The problem lies next. When I brought this to the front desk rep. She said “ it’s ok it’s from a pregnant women don’t worry”’. Turned off by the lack of concern leaving it for other patients to see. But it gets worse. I was seen by LPN who don’t introduce herself and seems to be new and nervous. No biggie we all have to learn. Maybe some more training will help her be more personal and confident. When I went to leave to went back to the bathroom. Guess what!?!? URINE CUP. Was still there. I was there last appointment. That shows they don’t care and are dirty. Which makes it unsafe! I will continue my search four a new doctor! Medical offices need to be clean and care period!

I transferred to this office at 28 weeks pregnant because we relocated to Columbus. I’m 35 weeks now and have had a truly horrible experience so oth the doctors I have seen If I weren’t so far along in my pregnancy I would find another practice, again.

Being seen by Tracy was a good experience. She was kind, caring, and considerate of my privacy. However, other staff have been less than stellar. I went back for a gardisil shot. The (assuming) nurse was super grouchy and rushed. Didnt say much of anything. She gave me the shot then just walked out. I had no idea if I was supposed to leave or stay or which way to exit. Would see Tracy again but would rather go to a place where being helpful and pleasant is mandatory.

Dr. Haile is amazing. His assistant/nurse Kelsey is wonderful. The woman at the front desk is awful. Last week when I was there she sprayed air freshener in my face, presumably because I wear a mask due to autism sensory issues. She is rude and has no business being the first face anyone encounters in this organization. The woman at check-out tries to dispense medical advice and feels qualified to do so because she has worked there for several years. She likely doesnt understand the liability she opens the organization up to as a result of her presumptions. While the doctor and medical staff are excellent you have to determine if its worth dealing with the administrative staff and their attitudes. Ultimately it isnt worth it for me.

Office hours ( on website, message machine, on Facebook, on hospital website -everything)say they are open until 4:30.....But when you call anytime after 4pm- example 4:02, they have turned their phones off and it says office hours Are now closed. Even though it clearly says on there that they close at 4:30.And why would a doctors offense be open until at least 5 anyways? That makes no sense either. If you say you are close at a certain time, make that the time that you close. Don’t lie to people and false advertise.

I have never cared to leave any reviews of places even horrible ones ive been to but this place is ridiculous. If you are pregnant and looking for a good obgyn, do not go here. They have no idea what they are doing and i am switching asap.

After being in the ER and told to see my gynecologist immediately they ask for my records only to wake me up at 8 am the next day when I am in pain and sick to tell me they are a minimum 6 weeks out. The obviously do not care about their patients. I had difficulty scheduling my pap last year because they were too busy but they could schedule 3 implants.. all they want is to make money. I thought dr hailey cared but this clinic obviously doesnt. A different dr suggested I had an STDs which I demand test for and never apologize when they came bag negative. I will never go here again. Do yourself a favor and drive to indy

Both of my children were delivered by Dr. Williams, so I have been a patient of this office for many years. I have never had a single issue with any if the OB doctors and speak highly of Dr. Williams. I started having pain in my abdomen a few months ago, which was causing major pain in my ovary/bladder area. Not being sure if the bladder was causing the ovary pain or vice versa, I made an appointment with both the GYN and a urologist. Keep in mind, I had been in excruciating pain for almost two months, with two emergency room visits as well as three visits to my regular doctor and a NP. I was aware that something was not right with me, and it really had taken a toll on my emotions. Once I was finally able to be seen (over three weeks since my docs office referred me) the doctor walked in the room, kind of half listened to my symptoms, did a pelvic exam (not even a complete Pap) told me to get on birth control and walked out the door. She was maybe in the room a total of three minutes. When I walked out my check out paper was shoved in my face, which led me to ask is that it? I left in complete hysterics, called my regular doctor back who called this office to let them know I still was at a loss as to what was happening. She calls me back from this office (the GYN) and asks me basically what I was expecting to hear from her (HELLO, she is the doctor?! If I knew, why would I even be there) and asked if I was confused regarding my CT results. She didnt even begin to tell me what she thought was causing all my pain (I have had several issues in the past with cysts, and I knew that wasnt the issue, and I realize if it would have been bladder related I couldnt have had an answer from her....but she didnt even bother to say well lets see what the urologist says, etc.). Of course, when she called back she had taken the time to look over my information (which she should have done before dismissing me) and asked me a few more questions, and then to put the icing on the cake, she told me that I needed to focus on something that WOULD DISTRACT ME from my pain. After dealing with this lady I felt about 3 inches tall. It really would be a shame if she were the one on the other end and was dismissed as blatantly and rudely as I was that day. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend her or this office any longer.
