I only waited, 5 minutes. The only thing. Is when she sends you for tests. A week later, your expecting to hear about the results. Well, most of the time you wont get it. It always reads as, staff viewed it, on this day. Thats it. On My Chart. I asked 3 or 4 times. Way pass the 48 hour mark. NOTHING

Though the radiologist was nice, the receptionist was horrible. She was very rude and I had to keep repeating the spelling of my address four times even after showing my ID on the third try, got my birth date wrong, asked if my husband was my brother, and her tone was not pleasant. They really should be going off by a paper application because it could’ve avoided the repeats and I did not feel comfortable saying my personal information out loud where any other people could hear in the waiting room.

Many establishment in the same building is convenient and I have enjoyed all the benefits

Planned a whole month to be seen, and didnt even get seen and im highly disappointed. The day before my appointment I got call as a reminder I had appointment tomorrow and arrive 15minutes early. I was told they didnt have my health insurance down and they could email me to submit forms from there. They had my email address wrong (only 5 characters long & corrected it) they told me they would send a form with the updated email address and they never sent it. Today I went in, and had trouble finding the front enterance due to the closest enterance being closed had to walk to the west entrance and also located where to go inside. And ALSO had to call before you could enter.... was 4 minutes late to fill out paper work and not the appointment, they said since Im a new patient theyre strict and have to be respectful to the doctors time and the next patient, which I understand, considering taking time from work to be seen. It was literally 4 minute difference. I rescheduled for another month and was placed on hold for 5 minutes just to be told I can fill out paper work since Im here to be ready for next month.... By that time I was on hold I had already went back to my car when they could have just told me while I was on the phone to fill out paper work. They sent me a text message to fill out documents that I was suposed to get through my email in the first place. Was very irritated with the whole process and lack of empathy over a small time frame and waiting a whole month just to be seen just to turned away while experience problems, not to mention there was only one person in the waiting room..... I understand they have protocols due to pandemic. They have two buildings that look alike, having a closed entrance, having to walk far to another entrance and also have to call before entering the building is ureasonable especially if youre looking to be seen as a new patient... I truly believe this Dr office had no intensions to at least be lenient to people who might not know where to go for the first time, and I would not want to build a professional relationship with an office that wouldnt show some type of understanding for first time patients.....

I go for physicsl therapy and to get my blood work done. Nice and clean throughout. Physical therapy equipment, check-in process, and staff are great. Lab staff works hard on causing no pain during the needle injection and I have rolling veins or sometimes they go to the back of my hand. Great ladies (have not met any guys there).

This is a wonderful organization. Ive been there quite a few times for physical therapy. The physical therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and know what theyre doing they have helped me tremendously with some of my health issues I really appreciate them they are so professional kind and caring and all the staff is very good. they also keep it very clean there I recommend going there for Health needs

The best neurological physical therapist ever, Andrea S. is found here! She is caring and knowledgeable beyond belief!! All the neuro physical therapists and occupational therapists are awesome here. And there is also a neuro adapted yoga class at this location. Great people work here and they are all always friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice facility. We seem to get in and out of there pretty quickly. And they do a nice job!

My mother goes here for OT, PT, and Speech . By far one of the best out patient therapy centers , they are caring and helpful but not only to the patient but there family as well. Giving tips and guidance on how to care or help them in there recovery. It almost feels like there a part of the family , there with you every step of the way! I went to Nova Rehabilitation Center. I went there crooked over and in pain but came out upright and relieved. This place was Awesome!!!!!

I go there for physical therapy, the therapists are awesome, they are well trained and are nice. The inside of the building is very nice and well maintained.

Jacob at the front desk is a true professional and so, very kind. Andrea in neuro PT is incredible, caring, so knowledgeable and so great and passionate about what she does. I felt, for the first time, excited to go to PT and I learned so much about why my body wasnt working correctly. It was a true pleasure working with them.On a negative, the woman at the front desk was very unprofessional, slow, always eating as speaking to me and careless. Not at all a reflection of what the rest of the team was working towards.

I must say I was kickin and screaming when I found out I had to go, but they are wonderful and have really helped me alot. They are very focused on you as a individual and have given me tools to make my life so much easier!

Came here for a breast ultrasound for my girlfriend. They got her back in about 5 minutes, and when she ended up needing additional tests, aka:me sitting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours, they brought me coffee and some snacks! Everyone was extremely kind, and it meant a lot!

What do you want to know. Like I have in every survey I give every thing is five stars from cleanliness, to receptionists, doctors, nurses and especially wait time.

I liked my therapists .. except very disappointed that I found out that theyre not on my insurance policy and now have to pay for out-of-network! Scheduled for 10 visits and had to cancel the last 3 visits because of this!

I visited the Grant Family Practice on E Main St in Whitehall for my regular 6 month thyroid and cholesterol checkup. I wanted an Ohio Health location closer to where I live in Reynoldsburg, OH.

A nurse that work here my the name of Mrs.Ellen Porter is one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful person I have came across in my life. For her to be a nurse puzzle me due to the lack of compassion and ethics. She very rude and talk over you when you try to explain your point of view and when theres proof the patient was right she will threaten you. I didnt even get her name because she didnt want to give it to me when I told her I wanted to make a complaint on how I was treated. I had to call and ask someone which showed me my feeling didnt matter or me as a person. I plan to personally make sure that I follow up with my complaint so that people dont have to worry about being treated less than a human being.. She so heartless is so disgusted. An until I get an he artful apology my review will remain to stay up to warn people.

Hey its a very sweet place , very nice people.

Very disappointing to see this place fall apart and so dysfunctional. Dr. David Marques must have left for a reason and he held this place together for so long. Weve moved back to FL. and have called this place for almost two weeks now to get our daughters medical records sent down so she can be enrolled in kindergarten. No one ever returned our messages and finally got someone to answer almost two weeks later!! Thanks!!!!
