I was greeted courteously and treated with care during my first visit to Right Care. I had a minimal wait. The provider was attentive and concerned with my care needs. The staff quickly took care of my laboratory needs. The front desk was helpful and had me checked in and out in an efficient manor. I appreciate the care and access of this walk in clinic.

My husband and I were extremely ill and were tested for COVID! What kind people! From the minute we walked in we were treated with respect and kindness. Got our results quickly, gave us meds and even with the crowded waiting room we were there an hour and half. People complain about the wait- people it is a walk in clinic! There are no appointments! You are hoping for the same great treatment they are giving the person before you! These people are averaging 90 patients a day! They still had time to listen to us and not rush us through! They are amazing!!

Great place! These guys are lifesavers. The staff is really helpful and listens to whats going on. Been using the for years-from stitches to flu to whatever. Highly recommend!!

This place gets COVID results back the fastest in Columbia. But be prepared to wait - they require an office visit just to get swabbed. They are friendly but not all the quick or professional. Once when I came in with some symptoms, they actually suspected that I have strep and they were right. Glad they caught that. If they could step up the professionalism, they would be one of the best urgent cares in town.

They were very nice and caring and stay open on weekends.

Dr. Robert Reeves & Dr. Chandler Anderson provided myself, my husband, my son & especially my 83 yr old Mom very thorough, professional care when we all tested positive for Covid. If it hadn’t been for Dr. Reeves sending my Mom straight to the ER she may not be here now, and Dr. Anderson gave us honest, straightforward advice about how to handle her situation. The young man at the front desk and nurses were very kind, patient and professional as well. We are blessed to have found them and pray that God will bless all of them in their work at Right Care Columbia.

I am very glad i made the choice to come to right care. The corona virus testing takes a little longer than 24 hrs but it still the fastest in columbia.The staff was polite, thorough and understanding. I used to drive to another walk in clinic in spring hill but i will be using right care from now on for all my and my families urgent care needs.

Called to let them know we found a bullseye rash on my husband and he would be there around 5 minutes before close. They said okay. Got there 1055 and door were locked and lights were off. They seemed real concerned.

I appreciated how easy it was to get in and out. Every one was kind and personable. It’s really nice to not have to go to the ER because you couldn’t make it to a walk-in before 5 pm.

Visiting out of State. I broke my tooth and got an infection. I needed antibiotic and some pain medication. Miserable pain... They were the only one that were unable to help. I called two other Urgent Care facilities explained the issue no problems.

Rude employees. In a hurry to rush patients out of the office. Too busy to stop an explain anything!!! No Dr. There were only nurses. Not even a nurse practitioner. Dont waste your time.

Very rude and unprofessional every single time Ive been in. Oh, and dont owe any on a bill to them because if you havent paid, they send their disrespectful, belittling and rude collections person to call and yell at you. Im in shock with how theyre still up and running.

Walked in the door with terrible chest pain and hard to breath. It was around 25 min before they closed. Went to front desk, they looked up my account and said I owed on a bill and refused to see me. They did not even ask me what was wrong. Just knew I owed on bill that I thought my insurance would have paid and wouldnt even let me pay it there at that very moment. They just wanted me to leave, it was so rude. They refused my payment. They refused to treat me. They dont care about anything but making sure they were ready to close. Will report them.Othem.Oh, and the person below me writing a good review is fake review cause nobody was in there and they knew I was fixing to write one cause I told them I was, so of course they made up review and put on there. But its fake.

The staff here is the BEST! My girls are well took care of when we go here and unlike Columbia Pediatric they get us well again! And they call to check up , My youngest stayed with Ear infections and has a low immune system compromised at that and these nurses and doctors helped me get her healthy again. Praise God ! Hands down the best !Sometimes there is a wait , but like ALL dr offices PATIENTS TAKE TIME.They know us by name , and I wouldnt change it!Unless it ment we NEVER GOT SICK AGAIN LMBO! 5 STARS

My second time going here. Being sick is never fun but I’m border line getting to the point where I look forward to it as silly as that sounds. The young ladies here and very courteous and professional. I feel like they care for me as if I were family. Morgan and Hannah (If I spelled their names correctly) we’re both very sweet and accommodating. Not to mention they stay open until 11pm! Top Notch.

Waited long enough for my husband to fill out paperwork. Went back and waited in room maybe 10 min. Rachel was the NP and she was great ! Will definitely return when the need arises ! I’m a nurse and the care I received here while watching the patient load they have is phenomenal. And to the people saying the wait is terrible, instead of going to the walk in clinic go to your PCP or somewhere else because the staff at this clinic is amazing, and thank you Veronica for my follow up call!

I just left the office, I was a little scared because of the reviews but I needed to go be looked by a doctor quickly. So I went in, the ladies were super friendly at the front desk then I waited about 10-15 minutes to be sent to a room. Then wait about 30 to be seen by the doctor (to me this is so common that its almost expected) anyway I highly recommend this place, I was given a shot to help me start feeling quickly and I appreciate it that. ❤

I was the first patient to be seen that morning and was one of the only ones while I was there. The main nurse/doctor spent about 30 seconds in the room, did not listen to me explaining my symptoms, and didn’t even look me in the eye before they walked back out. They prescribed me medicine that did not even work. I don’t have insurance, so this was a waste of my money.

Had a great experience!! Very fast service on a Sunday evening. Doctor was personable and cared about your input. I left treated and relieved I didnt have to spend half my night there! Glad I gave it a shot!! Looking forward to using their pediatrician office over by Kroger !Thank you! I will be back if needed!

I had a wonderful experience at Right Care last week!! I had a short wait time and was treated promptly and conservatively by Taylor Davis. She was very thorough in her evaluation of my situation and got me treatment/relief and out the door in a very timely manner!! I will definitely come back and bring my family the next time we need medical care!!

I went in there about two weeks ago with body pain and a growth on my neck. They brushed it off saying I should try different over the counter pain medicine and sent me on my way. Went to a different place and find out I had cat scratch fever and need antibiotics. My coworkers have had bad experiences here also. This place is a joke. You’re better off going to your pcp or the emergency room.

Definitely should have checked out the reviews on this place! I only gave them one start because that’s the only way to write a review! The nurse told me one thing & the doctor told me a complete different thing.. as far as treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this place or FNP-Chandler Anderson to anyone.

Very caring friendly staff! One above the others!

I don’t even want to give this place one star. It’s amazing that I can take 4 children into the pediatric clinic and be out in less than half the time it takes one person in this place. Literally an hour with still no doctor waiting on FLU and STREP results well let me assure you it doesn’t take that long for the test. So you leave and they say come back and you won’t have to wait and we will tell you your results no actually you should have done that an hour ago. They are the slowest and dumbest doctors office ever!

I will never use this establishment again. Almost two years ago now I went in to get a simple health check which was required for a job I got at the time; again, this is in May of 2016. I was told by staff that I did not need to worry about paying, as they were friends with one of my relatives. I thanked them for their generosity and went on. Now two years later I am getting calls from a debt collector that my bill with them was never paid. I explained the situation to them and they obviously did not care about the circumstances.Staff should not make promises they are not going to keep.

Terrible service. They rush through everything and even though my daughter has a serious cough they spent 4 seconds listening to my breath sounds and my daughters.. that’s 4 seconds in all for two people. I didn’t even breath in that time. I wrote the owner who told me that in critical care it doesn’t take long even though the “provider” spent 2 whole minutes in the room rushing through everything and didn’t even tell me why she had a cough. Then when I asked the nurse after she walked outside of the room which I could clearly hear her and said “the mom has questions about her daughter cough and blah blah blah”. The amount of reasoning excuses I received after was unbelievable. Don’t go here because I’m sure you can come up with getting the excuses yourself to why you got rushed through in a careless way. Save your time. Thanks for your time!

Walked in, filled out paperwork, and was taken back in less than 10 mins. After vitals were taken the Dr came right in listened to my concerns and began her exam. I was good to go in less than 25 mins. Very helpful staff and a very friendly doc. Very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back!

I took my daughter in on Sunday, May 28th due to a high fever and sore throat. I was pretty certain that it was strep, and this is the only place that was open (besides the ER, and who wants a huge bill just to get some antibiotics). The receptionist and nurse were both ver friendly, but the “provider”, I die that term loosely, was absolutely terrible. She came flying in like she was in a huge rush (there were maybe 3 other patients in the building). She was cold and rude. She asked one question, felt my daughter’s throat, and said “Well, the strep test isn’t back, but I’m writing her a script for antibiotics so we can get you out of here.” No kidding, she was in that room for MAYBE 4 minutes, and that’s being generous. I’m interested to see the bill and what they’ve charged for. I fully intend to report them to the insurance commissioner if they are charging for anything other than taking her vitals. I would highly suggest that you DO NOT go here. In hindsight, I would’ve rather paid the ER charges!

Took my little girl in, and we were in and out quickly. Appreciated how sweet the staff were. Ive been in here several times now and always treated with respect.

This was my first time at the clinic. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. I went on a Saturday afternoon I figured there would be a super long wait, I felt terrible I had know idea what was wrong. They wait time was not bad at aIl had a great experience and feeling 85% better the day after. Thank you and your staff.

Became very sick a couple weeks ago. I came in to the clinic during the week. Treated with the upmost respect and once again, they helped me tremendously. Found out I have double Phnemonia. I have always used this walk in clinic plus the clinic near Little Ceasers for my appointments. I have always been more than satisfied with the service and have always met the friendliest people while there. Thank you once again.

Ive been here several times with my kids and myself and they have always prescribed antibiotics and steroids when needed. service was within the usual expected time frame...1hr or less from when you walk in to walk out. Hope they keep up the good service.

I was a bit concerned to go here due to reviews but it was here or the ER...I was quiet pleased and had no problems with office staff or nurses ...the provider Ms Shavon Ortiz was excellent and I was very pleased with her ..definitely would go here again for walk in needs

Girl at front desk has 0 personality and should not be dealing with the public! She has a could care less attitude. Gave a urine sample, told to leave in rest room, which was unlabeled as another patient walked in to do the same. I am glad I wrote my name on my sample. Also a HIPPA violation. But I am thankful we have a walk in clinic open this late with my crazy hours and not getting hit up with ER fees.

People here take forever and seems like they dont do their jobs. My brother is only here because they accept his insurance. Seems i need to help him switch insurance and get better care. We have sat in this office for over 2 hours going on 3. Hope to never come back here again.

Would rather give a zero instead of one , My son went to this clinic , only seen the nurse, told him could not help him , doctor did not come in at all !! Nurse went to ask doctor questions . It made him feel that he did not matter and he was a big inconvenience!! Overheard the doctor telling the nurse that they wished it was time to go home, They made him feel he was disturbing their day . My son does rarely go to the doctor and I pray that no health issues happens to him , by going to this pittyful example of the medical profession. I am afraid he will not go when he should !! Need to close this place or get a nurse and doctor that wants and feels that everyone matters !! No mater what their ailment is !!!!!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! We have been in a couple different times, the NP never actually listens to whats going on.. Our most recent experience, we went in I told them my daughters symptoms. She is prone to getting strep throat, had a fever, sore throat, bad cough. The NP did not test her for flu or strep at all. Just gave us prescriptions for her asthma and sent us on our way. We had to take her to a different doctor, pay another co-pay the next morning to find out she had strep throat and have her treated. The front desk is extremely rude, as well as the nurse. And the NP was very unfriendly. We wont be back, we would rather pay an extra $75 to go to the ER next time if its either the ER or Right Care!Also, I took note of the owners E-mail being in all the rooms. E-mailed him and got no response!

Ive been here before for ear problems and they treated me well. However, I work 3rd shift and get off work at 6:30am. They dont open until 11am. Thats a little inconvenient when you have a sore throat but need to go home to go to bed for work the next night. Please change your operating hours!

Wait is long lady who works at desk is a little rude and watch out they will send your unpaid balance to a collect agency before they will even call or mail u anything saying that you have an unpaid balance and they will charge your more then what your co pay is this place is ridiculous and sad that they cant tell you that u owe them be4 they send to collection agency they do not care about anyone but getting money from the person I will not be return to this place every again I will find. Awful 45 mins to say I can not be seen!

My wife was just refused service at this clinic due to a bill they sent to collections, the bill was from a car accident where her jaw was fractured in two places to which she was not at fault. She has provided Right Care with the appropriate information to contact the insurance of whom is responsible for the bill.The staff was less than empathetic to my wife being in pain with blood in her urine and nowhere else to go but the er, when we requested for them to reach out to Mr. Anderson to see if an exception could be made due to the circumstances, they pretended to go to the back then made up and excuse as to why they couldnt escalate the issue to their superior.Due to the unprofessional and unethical manner in which this establishment has conducted themselves I would recommend if you care about yours or your loved ones wellbeing that you seek care somewhere more qualified.Comical side note: The bill which is to be taken care of by the insurer of the party at fault for the car accident was a bill for a wrong diagnosis of bruised gums via Right Care and a referral to an ER where the radiologist missed the jaw fractures which were blatantly obvious. Actual medical professionals were able to diagnose her immediately and refer us to a specialist.

2 patients. In an out within an hour. Wait qas about 20 to 30 minutes. Girl at front desk went above and beyond to help me and filled out paperwork for me while i cared for my 5 month old on top of bringing in my sick son and husband. Excellent.

I just tried to be seen by a nurse and I had to throw up when I came back 2 ladies waiting in line said thats wat the ER is for get the hell out. my mother spoke up and said we didnt have to be quiet or leave and the man at the desk told us to leave and he didnt care to hear anything from us and took the other ladies side. Worst place ever to go, I will be looking into this further and see if any actions may be taken. Dont treat the sick poorly when they cant help it. I give this place -5 stars

Waited 3 hours in the waiting room before being seen, there was only one other patient in the waiting room and they came after me. waited another hour after seeing nurse in a freezing cold room which made me feel worse since i was already sick. didnt get a diagnosis. would never recommend anyone to go to this clinic, for any reason.

Biggest complaint is that generally they dont listen to the full story, nor are they compassionate. Consistently I feel as if they really hate their job. I only use this facility for convience but here on out I am switching my kids insurance so I can take them to my doctor who I have experienced great service for the last 8 years.

Will never go here again. Took my daughter and waiting for the results.. they called with the results they stared they called the medicine in. I called our pharmacy and they said no. They said to give it a day to see of it was sent late. Called back again no medicine..Well I have a tumor in my throat in which causes me serious health issues. So kroner told me they would contact them.. well Christmas was here so everywhere was closed. As soon as everything reopened today I called the urgent care and the lady said they called it in ...I told her they said they dont have it and I need to pick it up from the pharmacy. She refused to send it again... lady is a sorry excuse for person and a waste of breath on this earth.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Yes its a little slower and yes there are mid-level providers working instead of doctors but that is considered todays norm. One doctor overseeing NPS and PAs, who by the way, are just as able to diagnose an illness. They have the ability to consult with the Doctor as well. Overall Id say this clinic serves its purpose and Im thankful for the long hours.

Very rude, next time rather go to ER. There was nobody there. They were standing around do nothing. You walk in and they were hating that someone came in. I been there before and thought it was just a bad day for them, but no there just rude.

I had no issues with this clinic until this past weekend where my daughter had to be seen by 2 different doctors, who told me 2 completely different things, I called to inquire about an issue and was treated like I was retarded!!! I could completely understand what they were explaining to me, obviously they didnt understand I was complaining about the service!! I was then told they could do nothing about it.

We’ve always received great care at this clinic. Usually end up there later in the evening when everyone else is closed.

June 30, 2018 at 6:14 p.m., we arrive to be seen and the young lady at the front desk got really aggravated. We were signing in and she told us in a very rude voice to go sit down!!!! It really mad my child uncomfortable to be seen there! This will be our last visit here! When people walk in for whatever reason, you do not act or treat others that way. If you do not like working with the public, people sick at that thenf find another profession!

They diagnosed my issue and treated it accordingly. If you are looking for friendly service, might consider going elsewhere.

Most experiences have been ok when in a pinch to get seen. Unfortunately after the bills were received for the last visit we wont be back. Somehow it cost over $400 to have 3 kids strep tested even though at a different office it only cost between $20 and $30. This office billed an extremely high amount for the office visit even though all 3 kids were seen at the same time and we were only in the room about 45 mins of mostly waiting.

So this place is very unprofessional and poorly put together business. Me and my husband went in today,10.12.17,and the lady at the front desk was very rude when we walked in. Very hateful and seems like she hates life. She winds up calling my husband a dumbass and when she does this I confront her and she lies of course. So we choose to go to Maury Regional Urgent Care ,where they were amazing and did a great job helping my husband. We call back to talk to the office manager who is the owner Chandler and he doesnt even let me finish with what Im telling him and says Im a liar and then says I can go back to Wal Mart where I belong. lol so to all of yall there yall need to go get a job in retail and learn some customer service skills. I am no better than yall and yall arent no better than me I work my ass off . Wal Mart associates are just as good as yall and we have a damn better manager than Chandler will ever be. Thanks for nothing. I wish you didnt have to rate this place to post anything.

DrIve 2.5 hours to this hell hole only for them to not even LOOK at my husband just say he needs to go to the er. Refuse to look at him refuse to talk just no go to the er he was not having any symptoms where he needed to go to the er bUT was sick. This place is the biggest joke for Healthcare that I have ever seen.

Words cannot express how pissed I am after leaving. All I needed was some paper work. From the moment I walked in the front desk lady acted like I was inconviencing her by being there. She looked and talked to me like I was an idiot. F**k this place!

This is the worst healthcare facility and the staff is extremely rude. The billing department is so unprofessional and unorganized. They act as if they do not know how to perform their jobs. There need to be other healthcare facilities available here so this place can be shutdown.

Very slow and there are no real doctors. They need to get a bigger clinic with real doctors and more nurses.
