Never had a problem with appointments (whether it be changing, canceling, or having one scheduled semi last minute.)Very professional staff, who’s quick, but thorough, and very forthright with medical advice or questions.Also, this may be trivial, but I noticed it—in the exam rooms I’ve been sat in they have small speakers that play very relaxing, ambient sounds (like the ocean or a forest or something). I have problems with anxiety, especially in new places, and it made me feel calm right away. Could not recommend this place more.

I needed an urgent care, and this location provided just what I needed, It was very fast service with high professionalism from Dr and nurse I met. Friendly staffs with pleasant office settings. I was hearing bird’s singing in the exam room with beautiful flowers in the vase which provided relaxing and calming experience. I would definitely visit again, and I highly recommend AllCare Family Medicine and Urgent Care of Columbia location.

The people were very nice at the front desk and refunded me my money, but their policies are dumb. Policies > people. I had covid over a month and a half ago, but because I’m still testing positive they said I would only be able to do a virtual visit. I did a virtual visit recently but needed in person because of a reaction to medication. I can’t be a carrier for over 50 days. I quarantined the full 2 weeks when I had covid, but because the test says differently I’m not welcomed in their medical office that is suppose to treat sick people. I can go down the street and get coffee or go grocery shopping but when needing to be seen by a doctor in person they only offered a virtual visit.

Incredibly convenient and very quick PCR result turnaround for Covid testing. Highly recommend!

I attended a walk-in visit with pain in my left shoulder and neck area. I was taken back to a room almost immediately and Dr. Mitchell came in only a few minutes later! She assessed the areas of my pain without hurting me at all and I had been tense for over a week! She performed some kind of stretch that fixed whatever misalignment I was dealing with. I am still somewhat sore but my ability to relax my neck and shoulder area with significantly less pain has been a huge relief - I slept through the night last night for the first time in 8 days. I feel optimistic that the residual soreness will fade with a little more time, but it is seriously 60% gone thanks to Dr. Mitchell. I love AllCare and I would recommend them to anyone in need of care!

Very quick, easy, and painless visit! Ive been to a few different quick care centers and AllCare has been the most professional. It is very much treated like a serious medical clinic, not to mention very clean and comforting. The staff was very caring. They made me feel very comfortable when I was not feeling well. I also had a 5:00pm appointment but came in at 4:00 to see if they could see me earlier. They took me right back. I highly recommend Allcare on Snowden River Pkwy.

I’m a new patient here and had a great experience on my first visit. It was super easy to set my appointment and Dr Summers and staff were wonderful. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Summers and her staff are efficient and thorough. I asked for some guidance and followed her suggestions regarding weight loss. At my 1 month follow-up, the AllCare scale indicated 7 pounds of weight loss. Thats a good start. Looking forward to seeing my results at the 6 month appointment.

The office staff was very friendly. Dr. Mitchell is absolutely amazing. She is very caring and compassionate and truly wants the best for her patients. I have followed her from Gaithersburg to Columbia. Thank goodness she is still in network but I would honestly continue to see her even if she wasn’t.

Went yesterday. I was waited on promptly and professionally. Triage nurse was excellent. The Doctor was outstanding. She did a thorough history/investigation and background on condition I was seeing her for. She was spot on point. I feel so much better now. Thank you. 100% will come back again.

We moved from Guam to Howard County two months ago and needed to find a Primary Care Physician in area. We perused the internet and found the All Care office off of Snowden River Parkway. We lucked out! Everyone that helped us was awesome from Wendy at reception to Dr. Maria Munoz and everyone in between. It would be hard to find a negative in our visit. Service, promptness, attitude, personalities, knowledge and professional services were all top notch. Thank you AllCare!!!

If you are looking for therapy, heres how it went for me. Lets just say, if you have an urgent need you may want to look elsewhere.1. Successfully scheduled and had some appointments in 2020. Decided I wanted a different therapist. Went to the site to arrange it and it automatically reached out to that practitioner without my consent. Trying to get another one was basically impossible.2. Flash forward to 2021. Decided to to try again. This time, I decided to use the phone. Left two messages at local branch, both unanswered a week later. Tried calling that again (by tapping the number for my branch) and was snidely told I called the wrong branch then transferred to the main number, where I was told to use the website. I explained why I did not want to. They told me to call my local branch. A few days later I did and a similar scenario played out (except the snide guy). Theres more but it adds up to the same thing: waste of time and limited energy.3. On the other hand, I was able to schedule a telehealth appointment for a prescription and was able to get that within hours. That session lasted five minutes and began with me asking for a refill authorization. No questions to see if it was still appropriate, no questions about symptoms. Nothing except, which pharmacy? I had my prescription an hour later.These experiences have utterly soured my modestly positive experience last year. People who are in need being dragged around a carousel to get that help only to find it withheld is ridiculous. Urgent care indeed.In any case, one positive came out of it: AllCare sent me an email asking me to post this review. They even provided me the link!

I needed a physical and they got me in the same day. There was no wait time. The staff was courteous and professional. Dr Mitchell was very pleasant, thorough and competent .

I’ve seen Dr. Ibrahim of AllCare in Columbia twice in the past 2 months. In both instances I was seen at the time of my appointment -no waiting. The office staff was efficient and kind when checking me in. The office, which is new, is clean, safe, comfortable with easy access and plenty of parking.During my initial visit with Dr. Ibrahim I found her to be exactly the practitioner I had hoped for. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, accurate in making a diagnosis and recommending and prescribing appropriate treatment . More important, however, is her ability to carefully listen to her patients and to demonstrate a sincere caring about the patient as a person. I’ve been an RN for more than 50 years and have observed a multitude of physicians caring for their patients. Unfortunately through the years, the art of listening seems to be fading out and possibly becoming extinct. Dr. Ibrahim continues to be the kind of physician most of us are searching for. She’s a skilled practitioner with the true empathy for her patients.

My first visit at AllCare was really good, from the friendly nurses to the attentive Dr. Summers. Dr. Summers actually sits with you and go over your medical history which the majority of doctors do not do. And, all your medical needs are met there as well, your blood work and vaccinations.

This is my first time for visiting there because I have severe skin rash. The staffs are professional and very friendly. Dr Mitchell is very kind, patient and provide excellent care. I absolutely recommend this place to my friends.

I had an episode of bad lower back pain. Dr. Mitchell saw me on a Sunday morning and was able to diagnose the problem within a few minutes and get me on the road to recovery right away. Then she scheduled a follow-up for the following Wednesday to make sure I was feeling better. She combines excellent skills as a diagnostician with a pleasant manner and a true interest in the health and well-being of her patients.

I called 2 days in a row in an attempt to receive the results for blood work and an ultrasound that I had done. No one called me back and the last time that I called I sat on hold for 23 minutes just to be hung up on and every time I tried to call back afterwards it went to voicemail. The nurse also put incorrect medical information in my file. I ended up going to the clinic in person to pick the results up. This is unacceptable.

No wait on Sunday morning walk in. Terrific staff. Took care of issue that I did not want to wait til Monday

I’ve been here a couple times to get tested for Covid. Very professional very quick. I’ve been using the virtual appointments were the doctors call you back. They make it so easy and they give you great advice. And then you just drive through. Much faster than other places I’ve been to and the results come in very quickly

I love how far this company has come! They were good before, but they just keep getting better and better. Excellent care, excellent providers, excellent explanations and follow up. I havent been disappointed yet. The receptionist used to be terrible, but she has since been replaced.

Doctor and nurses showed up late to open the door. However the checkup was fine, doctor friendly and no real issues. What I did notice is she never asked me how I felt. Seems odd for an annual physical.

Took my 18yo daughter in for a college physical. Charged $200 (I have private insurance but they did not bill my insurance) and I have a college physical form that was not filled in correctly or completely. PA marked no allergies on the form and did not ask my daughter if she even has allergies (she has a nut allergy). RN did an eye exam but did not mark it on the form so that is incomplete. Receptionist watching videos on her ipad and had a drink and hand lotions on the receptionist desk. Unprofessional. I will not be recommending to my friends.

Set up a virtual meeting and waited over 20 minutes. My link timed out. After 3 phone calls, I was sble to connect with the doctor over an hour after my original appointment. I was not feeling well and had a fever. The wait exhausted me.I was sent to the Ellicott City location to get a Covid and stress test. I waited next to another car for 15 minutes. The tech took a person who was behind me. When I complained, he told me I needed to get to the back of the line. Needing the test, I did get to the back of the line. The car in front of me felt badly and left the line to get in back of me.Overall my experience with the Columbia and Ellicott City AllCare locations was frustrating and I will not return.

Very happy with Allcare so far. I love their modern scheduling system where I can make online appointments and get text confirmations and I love that I can see the full note online just hours after every visit. Allcare also has evening and weekend hours which works great for me as a busy professional. No complaints about doctors or support staff either. Always seemed very nice and capable.

I waited for 2+ hours to see a doctor, with an appointment. Was provided no explanation or offer to reschedule. Truly absurd.I did like my doctor.

Would not recommend. Rude staff upon entrance. Doctors seem knowledgeable, but no patient should have to spend 30 minutes arguing with a receptionist after citing illness. After fighting with the receptionist, I was informed I would need additional assistance with breathing. It’s unfortunate I exhausted myself arguing with the receptionist while dealing with an unknown respiratory issue. I would not recommend this location until a personnel change is made.

Very bad communication. They dont call back to tell u ur lab results . And the doctor also doesn’t call back to answer the questions. I went to see for uti the doc gave me antibiotics and told me they will let me know abt urine culture. The antibiotics course was for 5 days i waited 4th day and no call . I call them to ask and find out there is no bacteria infection according to lab. I tell them i still feel some symptoms and the person tell me that she will forward this msg to doc and doctor will call me back. I never got any call back! I ended up finishing the dose as we r suppose to cuz i wasnt told to stop. I would never recommend anyone this place. Lazy and irresponsible people work here

My visit felt rushed. I found Dr. Mitchell on ZocDoc, an app that helps you find doctors based on your insurance. Dr. Mitchell came up as a family care practician. Upon arrival, I was informed she was working within the Urgent Care capacity. I haven’t been to a doctor in years, so I had a few concerns I wanted to discuss. She informed me she could only address one concern during the visit, because it was an urgent care, although there were no additional patients in the facility at the time.She did not address all of my concerns, and is not practicing as a family practitioner at this time.Aside from that, the office is very clean. The receptionist was very short, and unwelcoming (although it was a 6pm appointment so I understand the end of day drag).

The appointment was better than expected. I was able to get everything I needed for my upcoming surgery completed in one visit. Dr Ibrahim and the office staff were knowledgeable and pleasant.

I cant recommend against this office enough. My wife went here in visible pain due to an auto-immune issue. They insisted she leave and schedule a telehealth visit to make sure she didnt have COVID before entering.After examining her for a minute over the phone, they refused to see he because it could be COVID. She exhibited no known COVID symptoms. They then billed us $300 and filed with the wrong insurance. They never bothered to update their system with the paper forms my wife filled out.

Was seen immediately and referral was given. However, follow up has been disappointing. Havent received results of test nor has the doctor responded to my email.

Waited over an hour and half to be seen and still didnt get seen. Took them an hour to verify my insurance after i gave them my insurance a week prior to my appointment. Had a urgent matter and was treated like i was optional, didnt feel cared about at all.

Everything about this process with AllCare was excellent! They were extremely efficient. This is my third or fourth time using them and they have consistently done a great job!

Terrible experience. I have some complex issues to sort out among which is diet. I spoke to their Dietician who was invalidating, nasty and rude. Instead of taking time to calmly go over things I could eat, she rattled off a bunch of foods. I told her that due to migraine and stones certain of those foods might not work and asked if we could go over it slowly. She told me I wasnt interested in cooperating. No...she wast interested. I got a note from the facility stating Im not to go there at all after thirty days. Disgusting, cruel, completely unsatisfactory.

I had an online appointment and I waited for more than 1 hour but the doctor (Maria Ibrahimova) didnt show up!!! It was just waste of time. I received a call after 15 minutes and the reception desk asked me to keep staying online. I called them back after 30 minutes but it was just an answer machine and I put my message and stayed for 1 hour online but nobody replied!!!!

My visit with AllCare Columbia was first class! The check in area was very clean, I was promptly taken care of. My physical was done efficiently and quickly. Dr. Maria I. was very pleasant and calming for me as I get anxious at doctors office. The whole experience was very satisfactory and I plan to continue using their service.

All the Doctors I’ve seen was Great. I don’t like the turn around of doctors and the front desk staff. Doctors don’t stay there long!

They are very unprofessional and they deny services to a lot of African Americans. I was there for a non- Covid related issue something they pre diagnosed me with and they refused service. I called the ER while there and had to spend money in the ER because the front desk intern said I said I had Covid systems when I did not. I am calling the board of medicine. Make sure you check your insurance because they bill you for services that were not rendered.When I Tried to address the matter in a very professional wayThey sent me a letter stating they can no longer take care of my medical needs and would help me transition somewhere else and they never did that. When you asked to file a grievance they refuse to give you information and they hang up on you and they are very rude. The billing department never calls you back and The office manager never returns calls or calls you back I have never had a problem there and tell new management took over.

I’m very disappointed with AllCare. They stopped taking Medicaid and didnt let their patience with Medicaid know. My husband’s PCP was there and he was there recently but was not informed. I contacted them in March to get my husband’s medical records via their portal and never got a response. My husband contracted COVID at work and needed to get the FMLA/STD forms filled out. I contacted them on Google Maps chat and got a quick response, within 7 minutes thankfully. They directed me to their medical records team who worked quickly to get the forms to the right person. This is where things went downhill. They were aware that my husband tested positive for COVID. The medical records team said his medical file needs to state his condition and that the doctor approves his time off. We contacted their office and were informed that they didnt take our insurance anymore and would have to pay $125 to get them to put the information in his file. The said he had to come in to be seen. He drove to the office, sick and weak while I stay home with our two children under 2 years old. Upon arrival they say, “Oh you tested positive, you have to go outside and we’ll set up a telehealth call.” This all could have been done from the beginning had they listened and paid attention, before he dragged himself out of the house. They couldnt even get him a telehealth visit right away, he had to sit outside and wait to be seen. They didnt apologize for the inconvenience or try to make up for it. All that was needed was a note in his file. It seemed like they did all of this just to get our money. My family have been going to this office for years but we won’t any longer. This was unnecessary and very disappointing that they put us through this while my husband is trying to recover from COVID and make sure that he is still able to provide for his family. We’ll be sure to never recommend them to anyone else.

Ive been visiting All Care for a few years and have always been happy with the care I have received. The front desk staff is polite and helpful. All of the providers I have seen have been caring and efficient. I would recommend this practice for urgent care and primary care.

Make sure you call ahead to see if they have a doctor that will see children. I booked an appointment online for my daughter. When I drive there and arrived for my appointment I was told that they only had one doctor currently working and they were “not comfortable” seeing patients younger than 17.On the plus side, the facility was brand new and looked very clean.
