Called for an appointment this morning. The customer rep doesnt sound pleasant. I would not try to go there because of her customer service.

As a customer service professional I tend to take personal interactions seriously. It is the lifeblood of anything business or social and this place is on point. Not only is the care effective and efficient, it does not lack personality either. Keep it up!

I love Dr. Wang. I am always seen quickly and it doesn’t take long at all. Dr Wang answers all of my questions and makes recommendations based on what is needed. I don’t feel like just another person on her schedule, I feel that she truly cares about me and my health. I trust her and am very thankful for her fun and happy demeanor. I’m so thankful to have finally found a practice and doctor that I like and will continue to see her for as long as I can. I also really like the nurse. She’s awesome at drawing blood and is very nice. I recommend anyone to go to them.

Dr. Wang is friendly and takes time to talk and explain. She makes me feel comfortable and I like that. She gives honest information and makes sure that I understand my options and how to optimize my health.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy every visit. They are sincere and open. Very happy with Dr Wang as my primary care physician. She has excellent credentials, a pleasant but professional manner, and a kind-gentle nature. The office she works in is a little spartan, but I am completely satisfied with the care they have provided. I made an appointment after battling with severe allergy issues this season. Dr. Wang was professional, warm, and very helpful in providing a plan to alleviate my symptoms. The staff was friendly and courteous. My wait time was short. I will definitely be returning when I next need treatment.

I will take lucky over good any day of the week. Such was the case today, as I stopped in to see a trusted friend and to get a recommendation for a walk-in clinic. That led me to the ALLCARE office..Walking in during a busy session, I, nonetheless, was checked in within a reasonably short time and then well attended-to in a friendly -- yet professionally on-point -- manner by Dr. Wang.There was a little issue with the x-ray apparatus, but, (again luckily) tech arrived in the nick of time with replacement hamsters and wheel. Psych.Seriously, I could not have been more pleased with all facets of my treatment from this facility. Need to note that I have spent a lifetime in appraisal, analysis, and evaluation. As a matter of course, I am not given to superlatives in reviews. My Four stars are the equivalent of FIVE stars from the person not similarly experienced. High praise indeed.Thank You ALLCARE.Hopefully, this review will encourage others to come receive 5-Star treatment. I wont mind the extra wait.

My last minute appointment was expedited and efficient. I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room and my health concerns were addressed. Dr. Wang listened to my concerns, addressed them with me and assured me of the benefits of the prescribed measures.

I dont recommend this office to anyone who might be looking for a primary care physician. The kid (he looked like a high schooler, and was dressed like one) who took my vitals had NO idea what he was doing. He couldnt manage the manual weight scale or the blood pressure device. The med tech had to do the measurements over. I also wasnt impressed by the fact that my vitals, reason for being there, history, etc. was written on blank printing paper instead of some sort of intake sheet. Completely disorganized. The only reason this review gets 2 stars is because Dr. Wang was friendly and efficient.

Dr. Wang is a great doctor. She is compassionate, professional, yet personable, upbeat, and a pleasure to be around. She actually listens to her patients; she does not condescend, as doctors sometimes do. I would highly recommend Dr. Wang.The medical staff at AllCare, both the Columbia and the Ellicott City locations, are also very good. They consistently treat me with kindness and compassion, and theyre very good at hitting a vein first try.My only complaint is that the reception staff can be hit or miss; more often than not, miss. However, yesterday, the receptionist was someone I have never seen before. She was lovely. I am hoping this new person reflects a new trend in hiring pleasant reception staff.Tldr; Dr. Wang - phenomenal,Medical staff - superb,Reception - notably improving.

When the practice of my previous doctor is closed permanently, I was in search of a new primary physician. I found it Dr. Margaret Wang to be highly recommended online, and scheduled an appointment. I have been very pleased with my interactions with not only Dr. Wang, but also her LNP, Latifah. Both women have provided only attentive, kind care for me over my multiple visits. When I attend an appointment at AllCare, I am certain that I will be receiving professional, thorough , and individualized advice. While they do provide urgent care as well, I highly recommend Dr. Wang and Latifah for regular primary care.

Dr. Wangs assistant came in the room and asked me why I was there and when I told her I was there because of a lump in my breast she looked surprised and said Dr. Wang may not do that kind of exam. I asked if she could find out before the doctor came in and she said sure. So Im waiting for a bit thinking maybe I shouldve waited to make an appointment with my regular gyn or my regular PCP both of whom check my breasts but my husband was concerned so I made the soonest appointment I could get. Anyway, When the assistant came back she gave me a gown and said Dr. Wang would be in soon. I asked if Dr. Wang would be examining my breast and she said I just said for you to put on the gown and some doctors dont do that kind of exam. Not really answering my question. I wait. Dr. Wang bumbles into the room asking me if I had been seen yet. No hello. Didnt introduce herself. I asked who she meant by she and she said her assistant, so I let her know her assistant had and that she also told me she might not perform breast exams. I let her know Im a physician myself and I know how it is (meaning some of us do somethings often and some dont) and if the breast exam and rendering a opinion was not something she was comfortable with then I can go somewhere else and that would be OK. No hard feelings. She snaps at me and states that she knows how to do a breast exam. I say Ok. I decide to give her a chance, maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she took what I said the wrong way and maybe if I try to talk to her more shell be able to tell me what she thinks. So I tell her I have a history of fibrocystic breast disease but I felt something that wasnt typical but I was unsure if it was normal due to my period or not and her immediate response was that it was probably normal and that I should know that because Im a physician. Its like she was waiting to say that because she felt I insulted her by asking a question which was prompted by her poorly trained assistant. Instead of either recognizing that her assisstant or she herself may have done something wrong she degrades herself by being petty. She struck me unproffesional and immature and she lacked empanthy. I had to explain myself and the fact that I wasnt trying to be insulting and that general medicine wasnt my field just so she could get over herself for a moment and do an exam. I should have waited to see my regular doc. Never again.
