I dont know how long Ive been seeing Dr. Thompson. Seems like forever! I initially saw 2 other doctors for my Meneieres Disease and they were horrible. I actually looked him up online and Im so grateful! Dr. Thompson is compassionate, professional, caring, empathetic and knows his stuff. Let me tell you how confident I am with Dr. Thompson. Hes not in my insurance network, but I still see him because I trust no one else. He gives me correct information, keeps it real, explains my risks, and allows me to make a decision. He sugarcoats nothing. I have another surgery pending, and he is the only one I want doing it. I swear to GOD I trust him with my life.! Please do yourself a favor and make an appointment today! I promise you will not regret it. I had to also add that his entire staff is the bomb! Professional, caring, considerate, and so friendly! I will never go anywhere else!

Dr. Scott Thompson is one of the best ENT surgeons in the US. He performed surgery on my right ear to correct a deficiency. Not only is he very highly skilled in surgical procedures, in addition, he: answered every question I could think of (& often came with my list!); helped me to find local specialty doctors (this was extremely thoughtful); was always reasonable with my care, explaining various issues in the ENT arena; personally cared about me as his patient, ie. calling to check up after procedures or phone calls; his bedside manner is impeccable as his words are kind and never condescending; did various in-office tests on the spot if I had a simple complaint; and is the embodiment of what one would wish for in an ENT & ENT surgeon. I strongly recommend Dr. Scott Thompson! His office staff are wonderful as well.

I have been with Dr. Scott Thompson now for 8/9 years! My sons and husband have seen him, my family and friends have seen him, and friends and family of my family and friends have seen him. Why? BECAUSE HE IS THE BEST! He has performed 4 inner ear surgeries on me, my medications are always filled at all times, he/office returns calls after hours without any hesitation, but most of all he has compassion and empathy for his patients in his office, at the hospital, and while out the office! Even when there comes a time when a disease has overcame medical technology he still has compassion for his patients! He is an amazing doctor and man! I will not let another doctor look at my ears here in SC EXCEPT THE BEST.. DR. Dr Thompson is a great dr he explains things so well and he knows what he’s doing and he makes you feel comfortable and he truly cares.

I was referred to Dr. Thompson for surgery in 2013 . He explained things to my husband and I so well and everything went great. I would recommend him to anyone that have to see a ENT out of town.
