Front desk is not great. They seem like theyre over it. They dont even properly greet and they almost seem annoyed by you. Still waiting to go back after 40 minutes into my appointment time. If you dont like your job, find another one. Back office was very nice and professional.

I had a lump pop up on my neck that concerned me. I waited a 2-3 months to see if it would go away, but it didnt. I saw a nurse practitioner whom recommended that I see an ENT. I have been a patient of Dr. Corbin for 20 years, he is amazing! However he was out of the office this week and was book until middle December. I am in the process of changing jobs so my insurance wouldve expired on December 2nd. The lady up front that I spoke to was VERY helpful by getting me in literally the next day to see Dr. Parey. He was awesome as well. He reassured me that it isnt anything to worry about but simply a cyst. Great place!
