Obviously this office feels that their time is far more valuable than their patients time. Every visit my husband had was a wait of over 45 minutes or longer past the appointment time. I understand in case of emergency but it is impossible to have an emergency prior to every single one of my husbands appointments. We even scheduled him for first appointment of the day hoping it would help. It was an hour and 15 minutes before he was taken back. Also my husband was scheduled for a sleep study. Nobody showed. My husband and another patient waited over an hour. They finally left only to be told next day their was an issue with their phones. Nobody called or notified the patients who were scheduled. It was the landline phones down not their cell phones. Courtesy was not extended. I gave them a one star because they did refund the copay that they charged upfront when my husband walked out because he had waited over an hour.

I went to the clinic as a 9:00 a.m. walk-in was in with Ms Jessica at 9:15 I explained what was going on what my issues were. Ms Jessica explain the process of the camera scope did that to get a wonderful job and would recommend the clinic . Miss Jessica was very knowledgeable explained all of the process to me even diagnosed me and help me a lot and its really appreciated thank you

My experience with NP was great. I was prescribed an abx. and was to be scheduled for CT and allergy testing. Upon checking out I was scheduled for allergy testing and was handed a allergy testing brochure with appt. Day and time. No mention of CT. Called to cxl allergy testing as sinus infection no better. Called to sche CT after receiving auth in mail that CT was approved. Called 3 times since June 27 to schedule CT and was told I would be called back to schedule. Called again today and was transferred to a surgery scheduler voicemail.

The PA, Jessica M., is the best! Her bedside manner is impeccable. She was gentle with the scope and put me at ease. I actually look forward to going back.

I brought my one year old in and didn’t wait a long time to be seen. The plan the doctors came up with aligned with what I comfortable with. I left fully understanding what the next steps would be, and what was needed at home.

I went in barley being able to hear out my right ear and I left being able to hear perfectly clear. This ENT office is quick and very Thorough. I would recommend to anyone. I have insurance through my job so I don’t know how expensive they are if you aren’t covered.* Also they will call you when the doctor is ready if you have something to do while waiting and you need to leave for a few minutes.*

The staff and physician were very knowledgeable and professional, however I waited in the patient room for at least an hour on two separate visits before seeing the physician.

I use the downtown location. I had a septoplasty a few weeks ago and have major allergies, so Ive visited the office several times over the past couple of months. The receptionists are always super nice and professional, not just to me, but to everyone who walks in and out of the door. Wait times are rarely excessive. Nurses and PAs are caring and thorough. My deviated septum was complicated, so Dr. Ossoff performed the surgery and did a flawless job. Staff are easy to reach by phone, and payment and scheduling are straightforward and simple.

I was suffering from a terrible deviated septum most of my life, Dr. Ossoff and his team have done a wonderful job for me. After getting an Open Rhinoplasty I have a new life. Thank you so much!,

Didn’t bother to communicate that the office was closing early an hour before my appointment. Drove all the way to a paper on the locked door saying they were closed early. It’s so unprofessional and irresponsible.

I wasnt going to leave a review but since I was asked, I have to say that I dont feel like I was helped at all. I went for ringing and hearing loss in my left ear. They gave me a steroid prescription for 10 days and scheduled me an MRI. The meds didnt help and they asked me to come back in to explain the results of my MRI. With a 50 dollar co-pay, I dont need anybody to explain my MRI results when its pretty much written in plain language. If my MRI says everything is normal and I still have the same problem, why would I pay an additional 50 bucks with no diagnosis or remedy for my hearing loss. So I think Im going to another doctor whom is actually a specialist.

Dr. Vidrine has been my doctor a little more than a year and has been totally on point with every faction of my needs. From my thyroid surgery to taking the lead in seeing if I am a candidate for my enspire consideration. The receptionist at the front desk is not friendly at all. She treats incoming patients like it’s a assembly line. She may need to be reminded our money pays for for her salary. Aside from that I was scheduled for a Doc meet and they scheduled me on his day off. Ok I can live with that, mistakes can happen. I drive nearly 2 hours for this appointment. His PA was helpful and got the Doctor on the phone to answer some questions etc etc. Upon leaving the office and scheduling the next appointment, I pointed out that I was scheduled on the doctors day off and I had to complete a 4 hour round trip for this appointment and take a day off from work. No “I’m sorry” nothing. I just got a look and a shrug. Wow. The Doc and PA were apologetic and said the scheduler didn’t pay attention to the docs calendar. PA: great recovery from the fumble at the front desk.

Dr Rivera is amazing! She is personable, a great listener & empathetic to my concern as her patient. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend SCENT.

Took all my information and wanted me to pay for my appointment ahead of time??? So I have heard of doctors offices having you pay when you arrive, but my appointment isnt until Wednesday. I work 7 days a week and am taking time off to do this appointment. Suppose they cancel? Think they will refund it? No. They would just reschedule it and I would have to take anothrr day off. Obviously this company cares only about money.

If I was just rating Dr Rivera this would be a 5+. As a status post thyroid cancer patient I found her outstanding. This review is based on my experience with the office intake procedures, communication (phone tree), and patient satisfaction.The intake procedure is very archaic and promotes rework, missing information leading to office inefficiencies and patient dissatisfaction.Contacting the office (phone tree) for follow up , questions also needs immediate attention. These inefficiencies lead to lost opportunities to maximize patient volumes, increase patient satisfaction, and maximize economic capabilities of the practice.I have experienced these inefficiencies first hand and if I were not so impressed with my Doctor would have gone to another provider.I can speak to these areas as a retired health care provider and also consultant to hospitals and offices for efficiencies.

I called SCENT and was able to get my first allergy test consultation the same week. Their staff is friendly and helpful, even helping with tricky scheduling issues and billing questions.

We arrived to my sons 1:00p appointment to learn Dr. Vidrine had an emergency and our appointment time was changed to 8:30a. It was in this moment I learned of the time change and no one bothered to call and communicate this in advance. In all the years my family have been patients of this practice, weve never had any issues. However, today was unacceptable! Whos in charge of the Scheduling Department here??? Please take extra measures to ensure an invoice isnt created because of a missed appointment we knew nothing about.

I was referred to Sount Caroline ENT by my Neurologist because of a mass in my salivary gland. As soon as the doctor at SC Ent came in and did my exam he had a surgeon come in as well. The sent me for a biopsy and caught the mass before it became a serious problem. Thanks to the staff at SC ENT I have been able to get ahead of something potentially life threatening.

Love Dr Boone. Every since I had the balloon sinus surgery I’ve not been stuffy at all. Feels like I can still breathe through my nose even if I am feeling slightly stuffy. Was well worth it

My son was seen here after his school nurse stated the back of his throat was red and he was crying that it hurt when he swallowed. Not being able to get him in with his pediatrician landed us here. We were told there seemed to be no irritation or redness and that we needed to have an allergy test done. Not feeling confident in what we were told coupled with my childs continued crying promoted me to his Doctor first thing the next morning. My son has strep throat and Im furious. How is it that no one at the EAR, NOSE and THROAT clinic saw this? They wanted us to pay for an allergy test. HORRIBLE

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Boone! He explains everything very well and actually listens to what you have to say! Id give him 10 stars if I could! His nurses are all amazing as well, they are super sweet every time we come in.

Great Drs its a walk in Clinic , but they do make spots. For in house surgery, or if they have to do surgery in the hospital. All very nicely and caring staff.

I am a walk-in, self pay customer. I went to the ENT, on the recommendation of an urgent care clinic for my headaches.I walk in, pay $200.00 for self pay. Wait an hour to be seen. I get called back, my vitals are checked. Vitals are always good.Practitioner can in asked me 5 questions. Walked out. Came back in 6-8 minutes later, to tell me he can’t help me and to go see a neurologist. He can’t prescribe me any medicine.I passed through SC ENT collected their $200, in a 10 minute drive-by.I feel so plunked.I will paste this commentary in all social media.I am willing to accept a refund.

Since I dont have insurance they wouldnt see me. This is after I paid the 200.00 down and was told to come back another day. When I got there, I was turned around for not having another 200.00 to give. Im sad that I was recommended to go there. The 200.00 I wasted the 1st time couldve went on a bill.

They are very professional and courteous havent been with them but a month staff and Dr are very caring and pleasant.

It is very hard for the doc on call at the Saturday walk-in clinic to communicate effectively with the weekly front desk/scheduling team that and therefore patients seen on Saturday are overlooked by the Monday morning office staff, when they were they were assured they would be called Monday.I was told Saturday to go home and ice my inflamed and broken nose rhat the surgeon saw on Saturday at walk-in, and she asked for me to be scheduled for surgery, but apparently a walk in visit doesn’t count. So as my broken nose starts to ssr... im jumpingthrough their hoops

I went to the walk in clinic and was there for an hour and forty-five minutes. I was placed in an examining room for over thirty minutes and finally walked out to inquire if someone would be seeing me before they closed for lunch. Looking for another ENT in the downtown area.
