Dr. Duggal is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone having any ear, nose or throat issues. Having recently preformed a septoplasty on me which has greatly improved my breathing, he will definitely be my go to ENT for years to come. His bedside manner is incredible and I always felt comfortable discussing my issues and the solutions with him. I knew I was in good hands. My healing from surgery was spectacular and its all thanks to Dr. Duggal!!! If youre looking for a trustworthy, responsive and over all good ENT hes your guy.

After waiting weeks for my appointment, I finally arrive and am nearing the completion of filling out the paperwork. I am then told that no new patients are being accepted by them with my insurance. Why couldnt I be told this when I made the appointment and provided the insurance info originally? This place made me waste time and take off of work for nothing. Not sure if the staff hates their job or just doesnt care, but it is not cool one bit to treat us like garbage.

I do not recommend going here. They will not properly diagnose, or make the effort to find the route of your problems. I have seen both physicians and was not pleased with the care of either. They just seem to want you coming back so they can keep getting paid rather than actually helping you. Failed to diagnose a double ear infection and just claimed it was eczema and wax buildup that was clogging my hearing. They further claimed that some people just need to get their ears cleaned monthly when my problem persisted. This is not normal! Also do not take their recommendation of putting peroxide into your ears, it will destroy your ear canal.

I can’t wait to return! The staff & Dr. Duggal are great. When I walked in, a staff member handed me documents to fill out. Then she told another staff member I was done so that staff member took me to the exam room. Then Dr. Duggal saw me. It was so efficient. I also know they were functioning with one less staff member due to weather, but you wouldn’t have noticed because everybody was efficient & completed their duties. They all worked together. When Dr. Duggal entered the exam room, it was like a ray of sunshine. You can tell he is present for his patients. When talking about my symptom, he asked “does it feel like you’re on an airplane?” I said “well my description is probably not correct...” Dr. Duggal says “it’s ok. Go ahead.” Those 4 words meant so much to me because it wasn’t dismissive & it felt like he was truly interested in what I had to say. Thank you. You don’t find a lot of that. The medical field is so lucky to have Dr. Duggal.

Doctor was knowledgeable but his ops team caused me to have an awful experience. Office is unorganized and they have too many patients to keep track of.I had an appointment mid- Dec. and they scheduled me for a follow-up on Jan 10 but needed additional testing done before that apt. The follow-up date was approaching and I had yet to receive a call for the additional testing, so left 2 or 3 messages that were never returned. Finally got the first call to schedule the testing 5 weeks later (Jan 16). It was a waste of time and was billed $350+ for the worthless visit. I was told that the additional testing could be done before EOY since my insurance was changing. That wasnt the case and the doctor wouldnt waive part of the hefty bill for the inconvenience.Ops told me that I was lying about messages that I didnt receive. Only started being responsive when they wanted me to pay.5 weeks is a ridiculous amount of time to schedule testing. Will not be returning.

Dr. Duggle is great. He helped me finally be able to breath after years, very informative and helpful. The front desk was amazing as well, people such as Emily were prompt and got me in and put the door with ease

Dr. Schneyer is a wonderful practitioner! Very knowledgable and caring. Goes out of his way to see to the needs of his patients. I have had many other doctors who rush you in and out of the office and arent willing to give you the time of day, but not Dr. Schneyer. I am very happy with his care.My only complaint with the practice is with the phone system. I just wish there was a way to speak to somebody when I call without always having to leave a voicemail. As somebody who cant carry a cell phone during the work day it would be great to be able to be talk to someone right when I call.

I have an ear ache that is giving me vertigo so I contacted them for an appointment. I was told I would have to wait a week and they took my insurance information. The day of my appointment I was told my insurance was not verified by them so they could not accept it and would not see me. As I was in pain, I told them I would pay for the appointment. I was told they would not see me even if I paid and was turned away. They do not deserve one star!
