I was a first-time drop-in client (living in Aiken, SC) looking for interesting, smaller-sized frames. EVERYONE in this unique boutique was terrific in every way -- welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient, professional. Even giving me extra quarters for the parking meter! The frames choices were extraordinary and different from the chain eye stores. After an unscheduled (and unexpected) mini-eye exam, I ended up buying two pairs of FABULOUS glasses. I recommend Eye on Gervais to anyone wanting a wonderful eye experience. The 60 mile drive from Aiken to Columbia was worth every minute! And.... Ill be repeating the trip to pick up my new glasses.... not a problem!!

Great experience. Front desk person was very helpful and greeted me with a smile. This has been the best experience Ive had with an eye Doctor. Dr. Loftis provided me his cell number in case I felt uncomfortable or had questions that evening. Never experienced that before. They care about you and took the extra steps to explain everything thoroughly.

Dr. Loftis is the BEST Optometrist in the State of South Carolina. He and his staff work very had to make sure their patients receive the best care possible. If it werent for Dr. Loftis concern for eye issues early on in my visits with him, I may possibly be blind at this point in my life.
