I had the best experience ever. It was my first experience dealing with gas permeable contacts. I thought i was a lost cause due to dry eyes and sensitivity issues but Dr. K. Mason really showed how hard she works for her patients and didnt give up with getting the correct fit for me. I just referred my MIL to her office. I will be a long time customer. Wonderful Doctor!!Dr. Mason is a very caring and approachable guy. I wish all doctors were like him! He is very thorough with his exams and he helped get me into some really great contacts(after years of wearing really crappy ones!) Great office and location too! Check them out!

I recently saw Dr. John Mason, on referral from a friend, and everything about my visit was fabulous! From the moment I walked in, the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the facility was beautiful, and I overall felt very comfortable. Every staff member I worked with was outstanding in their customer service, and overall they were some of the friendliest folks I have encountered. Dr. Mason was also fabulous - he is warm and welcoming and immediately put me at ease (Im always nervous around new people and when doing health stuff, so I was extra anxious going into the appointment). He was through in the exam and provided prompt feedback after the appointment as well. I would definitely recommend others visit Mason Family!

Ive worn glasses for over 40 years and been served by optometry professionals in multiple cities North and South. I can honestly say that my experience at Mason was the very best. Glasses (high index, progressive lenses, coated) were thin, fit perfectly, provided best correction ever! Both Chrissy and Angel helped me and both were knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Highly recommend!

My entire family just adore Mason Family Vision. My children and I see Dr. Katie and we all just adore her. She takes care of my children as her own, and that speaks volumes with me. From Princess Kisses to Spider-man Sprays the level of care she goes to to make the children feel comfortable is incredible.As for me, she makes the dreaded annual check up less dreadful. Our conversations regarding the kids, cooking and of the like make the time go by a little faster and its always smooth sailing. Personable and Likable!The staff personnel is great as well! Ive never had any issues. Nothing but rave reviews and referrals!

If I could give one in a half star , I would. They kept my daughter glasses for over a month. Every time I called for a status update they was not honest and gave me the run around. Please don’t waste your time. My daughter tomato glasses lenses kept coming out and they didn’t seem concerned. The last time I called and spoke with the office manager she was not sincere and didn’t offer an apology. We had to ask for our money back. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Dr Katie is the best! She took so much time and care with me. She was very thorough in her exam. Office is very comfortable and well kept. I would definitely recommend this office.

Very friendly clean office. I had to bring all 3 of my kids for one appointment and the staff was so nice to us. Very family friendly and Dr Mason took the time to get to know my son and explain everything she was doing as she did it.

The staff at Mason Family Vision provided my son with excellent eye service. The doctor was patient with him when he got a little scared of the eye drops. The service was fast and the staff were very professional. I would recommend Mason Family Vision for all parents to bring their family for excellent eye service in the future.

The pediatric optometrist is very nice & thorough...however...we have been overbilled by over $100 both times weve taken our daughter here for her annual exam. The 1st time was caught by the insurance claims person & reimbursed, but we had to call to request it the 2nd time after we received the benefits statement from our insurance provider. In addition, the ladies who work in the glasses area are hard to catch in the office...even during posted open hours. It took us 4 tries to replace broken nose pads, then they were rude & shook their heads when my husband told them we had a picture but not the glasses...because our daughter NEEDS them for school! One of them finally realized they could look her up in the computer but still had a condescending attitude toward my husband. Not acceptable.

As a new comer to the state, I am pleased I chose Mason Family Vision for my eyeneeds. I had a complete exam and received undivided attention by the Doctorand the staff. I was very comfortable and felt like family. Recommend highly.

Dr. Mason got my prescription done perfectly. Chrissy was an expert in getting the right type of lenses and frames. They are progressives and I have had some problems in the past. These are just the best. It was just luck that I ended up going there. So glad I did. Thanks Dr. Mason and Chrissy.

Too many people do not understand the value of a good annual optometric examination. Too often, people settle for a quick, cheap exam at a big box store.A good Optometrist not only gives you an accurate glasses or contacts prescription but also checks the health of your eyes and thereby the health of your entire body. In other words, the eyes are not only the window to your soul but they are also a window into the health of much of your body. A good Optometrist knows this.Dr. John Mason is one of those rare doctors who does a thorough eye exam. I know, because I worked as an Optician with him in the past. Ive worked with many Optometrists and he is one of the rare ones.Ive not worked with his wife, Katie Mason, but I and my entire family have trusted our eye exams to both of them for years now. They are both excellent doctors, who employ a knowledgable and considerate staff.

I have always loved Dr. Mason - the new office is beautiful and the experience was as fantastic as always. I was seen promptly and Dr. Mason was very informative and helpful. Best eye doctor Ive ever had.

Ive been seeing the Masons for several years and have always had good experiences with them. Being a T-II diabetic as well as having Macular Degeneration in one eye, its comforting to have a caring vision caregiver. They work well with my retina specialist as well for my macular care and vision.

I loved this vision company. I found this company about a year ago, they treated my children well and were always very friendly. Until today: I dropped off my youngest daughters glasses an month and a half ago because they were broken, I informed them that our insurance had been terminated and I was not sure if they would be fixed. I was informed that they would go ahead and send the to get fixed and I would be contacted if they would not be repaired.Today when I went to go pick them up I was informed on a sticky note that due to our insurance being terminated that they would not be fixed and I had to pay for them, Normally, when you drop off your glasses to get fixed they call you to let you know the status of them....I was never contacted. I understand that they are busy but if I hadnt come in today when would I have been informed of the fact that my daughters glasses were never fixed?!?!? I also did not appreciate the way my issue was handled, when I went to go speak to the lady at the front desk she apologized but she rolled her eyes at e numerous times (3 in fact) I dont believe that this a professional way for my matter to be handled at all!!!Due to this poor customer service I shall be taking my business somewhere else, which is a shame because I truly liked this company...even though whenever we to our appoints it took hours for us to get out of there but I was willing to put up with it due to the professional and caring staff. I wish them best of luck but I will taking my business elsewhere.

I called to make an appointment and was told that they werent accepting any new patients. Im only looking to get an eye exam and glasses not heart surgery. Ridiculous.

Missed my appointment because my car broke down called them the next day to reschedule my sons appointment explained what happened and then the lady tells me that I have to pay them 50 dollars because I missed his appointment....
