This location has absolutely been the worst!! I went in for adjustments and my glasses came back smelling like cigarette smoke and a scratched lens. I then went back on a separate occasion to get my frames adjusted and the screw was sticking out of my glasses. Physically went there multiple times to complain, ironically manager was always away. This is unacceptable customer service! At the time of this post I still have not gotten anything repaired regarding my glasses and I was promised that the manager would call me once my lens came in. 🙄 This was over 3 weeks ago with a scratched lens.

I received the best customer service, eye exam and glass fitting I have ever had in my life from Folline Vision Center at Boozer Shopping. My new glasses and new sunglasses were perfect from day one which has never happened at any other place. Folline at Boozer Shopping Center has a great selection of glasses. The staff and optometrist are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and perfectly know their craft!

I frequently drive pass Folline Vision Center on Broad River Rd but never bothered to stop by. I finally went in and I was pleasantly greeted and I received very professional service. I am more than pleased with my prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses I received. Awesome group of diverse women and I appreciated the level of care I received. A 1st time customer but it definitely wont be may last visit.

I recently purchases glasses from the Folline Vision Center on Broad River Road. The staff was very professional and helpful from the time I arrived until I picked up my glasses. With the help of the girls in the office I also picked out my first pair of prescription sunglasses. Dont know how I ever lived without them. Thank you for making the experience a great one!
