Dr. Collins is the best. My only eye doctor since I moved to PA in 2002. She is cutting edge and, most importantly, she cares.

This company was polite and fast with there exam and calling me back that my glasses and contacts were in. But overall I will say I would rather go to lenscrafters or pearlvison. Dr Collins took just a few minutes to look at my eyes and was out the door before I knew it. When I came up to the desk they sent me out the door just saying your prescription changed and we will call you when you things are in. How did it change? When I came in for my glasses they just handed them to me and when I put them on to see if they fit they did not seem to care at all. What happened to making sure my glasses were sitting like they should?My second visit was the same just a quick check. She looked at my new glasses and saw they were not sitting right on my face so she fixed them. When I said I still cant see they looked at me like I had two heads. They should have checked those glasses when I first got them! After that was done I tried to find out what had changed with my prescription this time because I like to be informed! They would not give me a straight answer until I asked a third time which followed once again with that look of me having three heads. I want someone to take the time to check my glasses, to check to make sure the new contact are fitting, and to also take the time to inform me of what is going on. These people will not. So if you are looking for a quick exam and dont really have any eye problems these are your people. But if you want someone take the time and effort with you and talk to you like you have half a brain go somewhere else.

The reason I am given this I care facility a one-star rating is because of the weight for my lenses Ive had the same insurance company for the last 3 years last year I went to them and got my glasses within a week this year its almost a month now and I still dont have my glasses last time I called they said it was because I had Davis Vision insurance I had Davis Vision last year and I got my glasses within a week and a half now its going on about a month and I still dont have my glasses I tried to call and nobody picks up I wont be going to this doctors office ever again
