I can hoestly say that Fort Jackson Base Optical is number 1 in my book... The friendly atmosphere, they are very helpful and imformative at all times... The eyewear is priced very reasonably and also have many designs to choose from.. My visits are consistently plesant and i always look for to future visits... Keep up the great work yall are amazing....!!

Although all the employees were very nice and helpful, ultimately I did not have a good experience. My glasses had to be made 3 times because there was distortion in the lens. It felt like they had made bifocals for me, however they checked multiple times and stated that they had followed the prescription (which I also had checked again to be sure it was correct). I was told that sometimes if a different lens material is used than from your previous glasses, this distortion can be experienced. However, 3 tries later (and the fact that in wearing glasses for 25 years nothing like this had EVER happened to me, or for that matter anyone I know), the glasses were still wrong.They did refund me with no problem. Then I took my prescription to Target Optical and within a week I had glasses that were correct, no problems.
