I have been with Continuum for about 5 and a half years and I never want to leave! My supervisors are unbelievably supportive. They answer all my questions and concerns in a timely and thorough manner. My co-workers are also always willing to offer support and guidance via email or phone. I feel so fulfilled in my work and could not have accomplished half the things I have done without the support of my colleagues. I love Continuum!

I have worked for several companies that provide ABA services, and Continuum is by far the best one! From the moment I began with Continuum, my director would answer questions any time of day, and provided such detail in my training that I knew exactly what to expect upon starting. Continuum is the most organized company I’ve seen in the field. Their training procedures, data collection methods, and programming for clients is all universal throughout the company, but also individualized to each client. Continuum is one of the few ABA companies that values teamwork to the point where it is mandatory to have at least one team meeting per month, bringing all professionals working with a client to the table. They also have their own monthly meetings and get togethers for BCBA’s, which is so important for a field where you are mostly working alone, or with only one co-worker. It’s evident that when you start with Continuum, you are valued as an employee, and you have not only become part of a team, but part of the family.

I’ve been working for Continuum Behavioral Health for a year now. It has been the best experience I’ve had with a job in my life. I have access to all the experience that I am looking for and an amazing BCBA who provides me all of the feedback and access to unrestricted hours that I need in my pursuit to become a BCBA through coursework and fieldwork.
