My therapist was amazing. She was able to help me significantly over the 2 years she was there. She recently left and I have had no one contact me to follow up or set up a new therapist (the only reason for not a 5 star rating).

Absolutely terrible customer service. They are difficult to get a hold of, often are not answering phones due to unforeseen circumstances, and nurses fail to call back when they say they will the day prior to a long holiday weekend. I do NOT recommend them at all.

What a joke?! This facility claims to be a caring place to assist people in need which is an all out lie. No only that but they obtained my medical files and all my information without my knowledge. I never signed anything. I hope the CEO of this facility that is made to treat people who need help is enjoying their luxury lifestyle and all the money that they’re making off of the poor and unfortunate individuals who just need help and I’m just looking for help. Recommend the facility to my worst enemy. I do not feel like the business practices that are performed at this location for any of the location with a compass name. Not only be contacting the federal government and my local state senator for my hippa violations but I will also be calling the attorney general as well as anybody who’s gonna listen to get the company back and down the size. That’s why people have no faith in the health system!!!!!

If i could give negative 5 stars i would. absolutely the worst health service i have ever received. They said they would call me with results and they did not, and then when you try to call them it goes straight to voicemail which they probably don’t even check. they don’t care about patients they look at you and see $$$. Better off treating yourself honestly

This will be a lengthy review, so bear with me:Customer service: * * * * stars.It seems like mostly everyone I have interacted with have been pretty friendly. I have no complaints with this.Service: * * stars.Honestly, this is where the issues arise. I am a new patient and called yesterday to schedule an assessment and appointment. The initial scheduler, Karen F., was exceptionally nice and I greatly appreciated the time she took to get me set up with my assessment over the phone. I was seamlessly set up with a clinician to complete the assessment. However, at the scheduled time of the appointment, the clinician was a No-Show. I contacted the offices several times, left a voicemail for the clinician, and called again just to be routed to multiple people who were looking into the issue. As the clinician was working from home, there was not much they could do to resolve the issue. Finally, two hours later (at the end of day), I was rescheduled to another individual and the assessment was completed.Afterwards, I was to be contacted to set up an actual appointment to see a therapist. I was unable to speak with the office until the following morning. This is when I learned that the location I had designated as my top choice (Berrywood location) would not be available to me because they did not accept insurance. I would need to work with professionals at the Woodrail location instead, as they are the only location that accepts insurance. (Personal note: I specifically chose the Berrywood location because I heard great things about the service and people working there. I have heard many negative things about the Woodrail location.) As of 10am this morning, I am still awaiting a callback from Woodrail to schedule the appointment.Things Compass Health could improve upon: Efficiency. In order to schedule an appointment, you have to speak with/be routed through several different people. I honestly did not understand who and/or what the purpose was for this. I am not sure how their system works, but it does appear that they could cut down on the amount of transferring the schedulers have to do just to set up an appointment.

Very poor service on multiple visits. Poor empathy and uncaring sympathy to the point of possiably violating the hippocratic oath (If one was taken). I do not recommend this place for anything. My review advise is to stay awayI was made to feel very unwanted on several visits. Ive never had any experance like this except for this place.

I had psychology and therapy here. Therapy is still ongoing however this low rating is for the psychology.I had an appointment and got diagnosed with 4 things but only talked about one from then on. The second appointment was 20 minutes longs just to tell me to up a dose. When I tried to make another appointment she told me to wait for a nurse to call, which never happened... I called a few weeks later (got hung up on 5 times) because my prescription ran out and told me I should have called to make another appointment. I hung up. I’ll find someone new.

My husband has an appointment today via zoom and no one has emailed or called us to set up his zoom appointment besides social security office. This is absolutely redicules.

My daughter needed medicine and they did not respond to the pharmacy request for refill 6 different times. Called the office and not only was the doctor not available, but neither was the nurse both times I called. Left a message for a callback 2 days ago and still nothing. Counselors are all booked up and can’t provide the support needed. Doctor was condescending and borderline rude with us. Horribly disgusted with this company. Wish I could put negative 5 stars.

Unethical business practices... if you are a new client or you have waited longer than 6 months to come back, then you will have to pay an additional charge AND come in an additional time to speak with a nurse. She will ask a bunch of questions as a pre-eval, but when you see your pysch, they ask the exact same questions! If you dont have good insurance like me, then you will pay over $100 extra for NOTHING. Totally unethical to force the client and the insurance company to pay for an unnecessary doctor visit. I have had multiple psychiatrists over the years and no one ever makes you come in for a separate eval. Total b*llshit Compass Health. Avoid if at all possible.

Dr. Syed is very nice, however for some reason, did not refill foster sons medicine, but did not discontinue it either. Office staff is not impressive either. They are not proactive on calling back after Ive left a message. They also claimed that they have not heard from the pharmacy requesting a refill, when the pharmacy has showed me numerous attemps at contacting them. Something not right in that office. They are only getting one more star than they deserve because the doctor has a great bedside manner.

An extremely hostile place to work at. Management and IHSs lack any real experience. When they feel threatened they push good workers out. I would highly suggest not working for this company.

Have had nothing but great visits to the south side location. They are very friendly and respond to my calls quickly and are very eager to help! I would recommend them to anyone!

This is a huge joke my daughter has been rescheduled every time her appt gets close for over a year! She was 14 lost her father now 15 and still been waiting they just called today and canceled now dr not taking new patients. Its very sad that they have no compassion at all!! Was put through to Office Manager again who would not answer my call SUPRISE!! Thank god she has a good Dr at Tiger Pediatric who knows she is struggling and put her on Medication because this place is a complete fail. Sad they claim to have Childrens best interests is not true. My daughter has cried asking why the dr keeps canceling when she truly needs to me seen. So done with this place dont waste your time !!

They gave my daughter an IQ test that was 3 years out of date (I didnt even ask for an IQ test anyways), and the school couldnt legally use it so they had to redo the testing. I tried calling to discuss with someone and they never returned my call. I would not return to this place.
