My daughter has been inpatient there for a few weeks now and i mean it when I tell you this place is saving her life. Dr Chaney is amazing and takes her time explaining everything. This is the first inpatient place my daughter has been to that is actually therapeutic and trying so hard to help her.

The lady at the front desk was rude and incredibly hard to speak with. I asked for someone else to talk to and she told me that there was no one else. I havent talked to my mom in 3 days. All I wanna do is talk to her. Her mom, husband, and daughters have called this facility and no one can help us or no one cares to help us. We live hours away. We dont know if she can have clothes or visitors. I feel like the lady at the front desk doesnt care to help me with our situation and if I feel like that with one person that works there how am I supposed to believe that my mom is in good care with the other staff? They wont give me any information on her and Ive tried to explain everything to these people and no one will help, listen, or do anything!! So I highly do not recommend this place. I just wanna hear my moms voice and know that shes ok. Update: I guess shift changed and we got a new lady to talk to she was really nice and helpful! Ive talked to my mom but something seems off.

Absolutely the worst hospital I’ve been to. Locked rooms from 9:30am-5:30pm, soda only at lunch, Copy and paste groups from therapistaid.com, no smoking, a set time for snacks, and they put a tracker on you. Comparing this place to Cottonwood Springs is night and day. Cottonwood is significantly better in almost every aspect. This is apparently one of the “nicer” hospitals in Tennessee. By Kansas standards this place is sub-par in every way. Cottonwood in Olathe, Kansas would never do what this place does.

I am floored. This place just tells you what you want to hear. I was told if there were any issues after my discharge to call back and itd be taken care of. The dr didnt call in one of my important meds. He told me he did. Well I called and a lady named Brenda answered and I explained the issue and she said that there was nothing they could do! Now im without a major medication that got me stable and also I was told they would set me up with several things but they didnt.

I completed the PHP program here. The staff are all fantastic and really care about getting people better. They dont just shove pills in your face and send you out the door. I was given the tools to learn how to cope with trauma and that is truly outstanding care.

The staff nurses therapist and doctors at Pinewood Springs are beyond amazing! Their care and support and their programs are 100% and I would recommend to anyone who goes through troubles in life seeking help!

I was here. The place was pretty good. Rooms are comfortable. Would recommend it for others.

My daughter is in this facility and they refuse to let me talk to her. No code was given and they continue to hang up on me when I call.

The nurses were very dismissive. They dont know how to talk to patients.

The Therapists here are beyond fantastic

Nurses are great. Techs are great. Social workers are great. Rec therepist is great. But the adult phyc doctor does not listen or take patients feelings and thoughts in to consideration and interrupts them.

Excellent psychiatric care.
