-10 starsTried calling to find out about their sliding fee because Im disabled and beyond poor. It took 3 days for a call back. Then Im told, after giving the lady ALL of my info, they only offer it to people in ONE county. They refused to help other than to give me a phone number for some other place TWICE AS FAR AWAY! Now Im in a worse place mentally than I was before since this mental health place basically told me to kick rocks. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR MENTAL HEALTH OR WANT HELP!

They seemed genuine in their concern, but I wouldnt recommend this place if youre trying to get help. I had an assessment at the beginning of October. They scheduled me for it a week prior, yet when I came in for my appointment, they didnt have me down for one at all. Finally saw someone and they recommended that I see their psychiatrist. Which I already knew, but went along with their process. They supposedly scheduled me with the psychiatrist 2 weeks later. However, it was another assessment. After that phone call they said theyd schedule me with the psychiatrist. Today, a month later, I get an automated call saying I have an appointment Thursday this week. I never got a call or asked what day works for me. I cant make it that day. Now Im fed up and going to a different doctor who will see me next week.If youre in immediate need for medication, dont go here. Ive managed this long without medication but I know others have more serious/immediate needs. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

My significant other has had Burrell in TWO different cities. They sucked in both. They didnt call her to say her old Dr had left the practice and her appointment was cancelled. They frequently (as in 3-4 times per year) do not automatically refill her Rx when asked by the pharmacy. They didnt call her after she set up a phone appointment. Its really hard to get ahold to even schedule a time because half the time they dont answer the phone. We are literally switching insurance so she can go somewhere besides Burrell. If you have any other option, go anywhere else!

The only good thing about this company is paid holidays off and the retirement plan that starts with first paycheck. Other than that, they are completely unorganized. Orientation was awful because of that. I got hired as a PSR specialist and was not trained one bit on what to do was just thrown into whatever. Don’t waste your time with this company

Honestly, I never take time to write reviews... But, I feel I should warn people! If you feel like you need a therapist, please go anywhere but here! The staff turn over rate is so high that they will have you going insane! Seeing a new therapist and starting over is hard... THIS WILL HAPPEN MANY TIMES! Running out of a medication that they made you dependent on and then called your script in late or not at all... THIS WILL DEFINITELY HAPPEN! There is no organization whatsoever to this facility! Most of the staff are very bias and rude! The psychiatrists seem very cold and in a hurry to get through the appointment. They are also quick to write all sorts of medications that have many side effects and then they don’t even care if you are being over medicated! Worst experience and caused more anxiety than ever!

They are the worst Psychiatric Facility I have ever had the miss fortune of communicating with...... They call from an unknown-blocked number (with what feels like a-threat) to inform me that they are going to cancel my daughter’s appointment if she doesn’t call them....... What kinda Gangster nonsense is this!!! Call with professionalism and concern for my daughter’s psychiatric wellbeing!! The person says, “Well if she doesn’t confirm this appointment she will be canceled” Who are you??? Well CANCEL IT!!! They can Call days before the pending appointment, email her, text.... utilize the avenues of communication that best suits your younger patients!! I felt the dialogue was very insensitive and being as thought this is SUPPOSED to be a Mental Health Center they would have a bit more tact when calling the mother/insurance holder of the patient you want to see!!!! Sooooo I called GEHA... lodged a complaint told my daughter she is not allowed to go back there.... I only hope my complaint serves as a teaching tool on better customer service for this organization!!!! FYI people are Less incline to answer a BLOCKED NUMBER than your organization number???

This clinic is by far the worst in Columbia. The staff are rude. Fromt desk is extremely difficult and cherish acts as a supervisor but she not one. I dont reccomend services from here. Boonville clinic is awesome.
