This place is absolutely terrible! It all went downhill when Carrie Height left and the new N.P. came in. She is absolutely rude and could care less about what she is there to do, which is care for patients. I have been yelled at, lied about to Chandler Anderson and told that I am BANNED from speaking out about what took place at my last appointment there. How can you BAN someone from speaking about their own experiences? And threaten with legal action?? This place is absolutely no good! I would not recommend it to even the sickest of patients!

I have been going to Rite Care for years. Always have a good experience, Chandler and Kelley Kelly always LISTEN to you and take their time. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you once again and as always for helping me.

The staff is rude, more into their own personal drama lives instead of helping the patients I spent 30mins listening to all their drama before I was even sent back to see the doctor and I was the only one in the waiting room. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all unless you want to be around immature women who think they are professionals.

Ive never been treated so horrible by medical professionals as I just experienced with this place. Have been coming for years and now one of the nurses drops the ball so they act like jerks to cover up the malpractice. Want to treat me like Im the issue when in fact all they had to do was follow up with their patient and move forward trying to figure out whats going on.

I would give less if I could. They REALLY screwed up my meds a gave me meds I wasnt on and changed my dose on two of mine without doing blood work and said i told them I was on it when they are looking at my chart and knew better. I called them and ask to be called back about it and never received a call. I Talk to the pharmacy and they said they changed it to a different meds and doctor said it is the same meds. No its not !! Pharmacy said its nor !!!. When the doctor called me he just made excuses and would not let me talk. I ask to talk and he would start talking over me. I have been going there and no where else for over 3 years and a new doctor took over because the one I was seeing left and thats when the problem bargain. This office isnt a safe place to go. They said i need to bring my bottles of meds in so they could see what I was on. For real ?? They are the ones that wrote my prescription for the last 3 years and they dont know what meds Im on ?? For real ?? They must not keep charts . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE . This office isnt competent !!

I love this place. I go here regularly. I have had two walk in appointments and was seen immediately. The staff are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.

I have been going here for a couple years. I see all these bad reviews and cant really believe it. I have had a very pleasant experience going there for my primary care. If you need the walk in clinic it is in front of walmart. I always make my appts ahead of time and have only had to wait past appt time maybe once. Lnp carrie is awesome!! And the owner chandler is an amazing guy and always goes out of his way to provide good service. Go to any other dr office in town. Before i came here i would wait almost an hour past appt time because they all overbook. I havent experienced that here.

They are always pleasant when you are them and do their best to find the cause of your issues instead of just treating the symptoms.

THEY scheduled me a appointment for 2 days after my medication ran out and failed me when it didnt show up in my urine test and said it was my fault? They didnt ask what day was best for my appointment they only asked time of day. I got yelled at by one of the nurses saying the Dr could loose her license and the receptionist dont know why your there. Actually they do know why your there, they make copies of your prescriptions and have your chart. Ive never in my life failed a drug test!

Awful. Staff is rude. Doctor seems uninterested in diagnosing anything. Hours fluctuate. Long, long wait times.

Fast, clean, super friendly. Well go back!

Dr Rinehart was there the day before he quitand it was chaos.the police had been in the lobby before I went back & he was also pissed at the nurses for not moving fast enough.

Great care by great people.

Called office was told could refill all my medicine then after I have paid and see the nurse was advised could not. Would not recommend unless you want to spend a lot of money for nothing!
