Today was my first experience with a Minute Clinic and it was a very good one. Sarah is knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. Best of all, she is patient-oriented, providing clear explanations and instructions. I would definitely return.

I will never go to any other urgent care as long as there is a minute clinic around they treat you very good and the service is Awesome I love them at Clemson Rd there the best thank you Drs Diagnosis is always on point. # Highly recommend

This is the best store to go to!!! Both the providers are excellent! Ms. Crawford and Ms. Riley are respectful and take very good care of their patients. Sometimes there is a long wait, but people will wait for good care! I tell all my friends about this place! Whoever said Sarah was a turnip must be the real turnip. You must have been mean to her, or came after closing! FYI, be nice to the people who take care of you!!!

Never had been to a minute clinic but wait wasnt bad at all and Sarah there is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful to make sure you are good to go for best option for you, told me cost of front and nothing hidden.

I used the minute clinic about a month ago for a small issue, during the appointment the nurse practitioner said she would also renew a prescription for birth control. A month later, and I called CVS for a refill of the Rx, only to be told this was NOT done. Now Im being told that I need to schedule another appt with the clinic just to have the practitioner write the prescription she said she would write for the initial appointment. What a waste of time!

I had a very pleasant experience with Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and thorough, asking good follow up questions to ensure she had a full understanding of my history. I would definitely go to see her again, if needed.

This is my 3rd visit to MinuteClinic on Clemson Rd and am very pleased to say I couldnt have asked for anything better. Sarah (NP) was who saw me on 2 visits and she was very informative, pleasant and professional. I could tell that she was concerned and sincere. I will go back. Thank you Sarah!!!

My experience was very good at the minute clinic. The lady I seen was so pleasant and I felt like she really cared for me. These clinics are good bc you can get everything you need in one stop. Pharmacy was quick to get my medication to me.

This was honestly the best experience Ive had at a Doctors visit. Very professional and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who needs a quick visot. Sarah is amazing.

I give this clinic an outstanding rating because my needs were met and the NP was very respectful. A customer came in after myself and another patient. He started logging and we both told him it was a line but he ignored us and continued to sign in. The NP told him the same thing but he ignored her as well. The NP took the patients in the order that we arrived at the clinic. Very professional Sarah Riley (NP).

Best MinuteClinic!! Sarah Rielly (NP) was extremely friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. I went to this location because it had the shortest wait time but now this is the only location I will be going too.

Just went there for the firat tume and was a great experience! I pre-registered online and was seen nearly right away. Sarah was very thorough and informative.. will defountely use this clinic again!

Terrible wait times for walkins. Its best to schedule an appointment or be prepared to wait.

Closed early today with no warning. If you want to get in be sure to sign in before 5:15... took me several minutes to sign in. NP was apologetic but didnt offer to reopen or anything. Frustrating waste of time.Update: went back a second time. Wait time was not bad (10 minutes) and NP was friendly. Still unhappy about having to make the trip a second time, but improving my rating since it may have just been a bad day.

The previous reviewer must have caught Sarah on a very good day. I wish I had. She might very well be competent (and I say that only to be gracious) but she has the personality and bedside manner of a turnip. I am a woman of age, but I have never experienced anything in healthcare like my interaction with Sarah. No one with such a sour, combative, insensitive and indifferent personality should ever be allowed to be responsible for making healthcare decisions. If you desire a respectful interaction with your healthcare provider (and not to feel like just a number standing between Sarah and the end of her day), I STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere (as Sarah suggested I do more than once) or go when she is not there. I actually like this Minute Clinic and have had numerous uneventful, but satisfactory, visits. But I am deeply disappointed by my recent visit, all due to one unprofessional and dispassionate employee, Sarah.

Nobody is here and Im still waiting.
