I’ve been seeing Dr. Whitten for 15 years. She is always very professional and a great communicator. The staff are helpful and courteous. However, since Vanderbilt took over, it is ridiculous the amount of time I’ve had to wait on the phone just to make an appointment. I really don’t want to change doctors, but I’m not at all happy with the way the practice is managed now.

Im absolutely appalled by the experience I had today. I had scheduled an appointment at 11 to be seen for a yearly check-up. I waited nearly two hours and still wasnt seen! I left because I felt like the staff had absolutely no consideration for my time. I rescheduled my appointment, but after this experience I will hopefully be finding a new womens health doctor for next year. I will absolutely not be recommending anyone to visit at this location unless theyd like to spend a couple hours out of their day waiting to be seen. Totally ridiculous, completely inconsiderate, and the lack of communication from staff was absurd.

Until today I have always had a good visit here. Until today. I came in for a surgery consult. I sat in my car for 1 and 1/2 hours. Then in a exam room for another 1 and 1/2 hours. I would leave if I didn’t already have invested time. I do not recommend here anymore. I think a doctor with a smaller practice would be better. When it was only Dr Davis, this was a great place

I have always had a great experience here, my midwife is amazing! Sometimes the wait time is long, but everybody is doing their best, and they dont rush you off to see the next person! 10/10 would recommend!

Came here for my first pregnancy and will never go back. You are better off transferring to the Franklin office where they have a much friendlier team, are much more knowledgeable, & actually make you feel cared for.

I have never had a negative experience here. The ladies are always super sweet and friendly. They get you in and out quickly and are always happy to answer any questions! I will definitely be coming to this office!

The office staff here is wonderful! So professional, patient and caring. My wait times have not been unreasonable. I enjoy seeing Megan Manor and her back office staff! They really took time with me when i came in scared and unsure.

After the baby is born I will definitely be finding a new OBGYN. I came from Vegas and never have I: A: had to wait so long past my scheduled appointment , B: seen an ultrasound tech so rude and incompetent and C: never met the actual doctor. I’m down to my final weeks and haven’t met any of the doctors only the midwife, I am constantly ignored when asked for the paperwork for my tubal ligation, and the ultrasound tech has yet to get me a decent image and is intolerant of children because they “distract her from her job”. Never have I a practice like this... hopefully whoever shows up to the delivery room is competent because it will be my first impression...

Great experience in office but the medicine they prescribed gave me bad anxiety and they did not seem to care when I emailed them about it. And then on top of that they are charging me an arm and a leg when they didn’t do any kind of exams, they just talked to me. I won’t be back.

Wait time isnt that back (not for me anyways)Office staff is vary nice and the doctors and nurses are amazing they listen and help you with any questions you have understand them batter love it !!

Every single time, we have to wait at least an hour past our scheduled appointment time to be called back. Once called, it is usually an additional 30 minutes waiting in a room. The doctor is wonderful, I just dont appreciate the hour and a half wait after my appointment time. Very unprofessional.

The wait time is horrible! Please fix this
