Everyone here has been so informative and patient with us! They took the time to explain every option available, understand what our situation was, and always tried to provide the most cost-effective plan for each member of our household (we all got lice!). Seriously, everyone was so understanding. If you have lice—-come here first! Don’t waste your time or money on over the counter products that no longer work and just keep you re-infecting your self and loved ones!

Shannon and Sarah did such an amazing job with my little ones and our oldest daughter. They were very patient, paid attention to detail and did a thorough job treating them. Most important their treatment worked!! They put on cartoons for my 2 and 3 year old to watch to keep them busy, they were very sweet and friendly my kids loved them. If I had another issue I would certainly go back.

We are doing home treatments for my kids since they have less hair but Olivia gave me excellent and thorough instructions on how to do the at home treatment. Their services gave me great piece of mind to help rid me and my family of lice!

The staff in this facility were extraordinarily helpful and professional. When you face an unexpected, unwelcome surprise, usually at the most inconvenient time, it is unusually appreciated to receive such informative and comprehensive service almost immediately.

There are three plans but the only way they will do the one part you need the most help with (combing and getting the product on every strand of hair) is if you pay for the full treatment. The other two plans involve you doing this part yourself. :-(

So after battling head lice for almost 7 months, doing OTC treatments on 4 girls heads, I officially gave up and called Pediatric Hair Solutions for a consultation. All our heads popped positive and needed to be treated. Thankfully they tske HSA and I was able to use my insurance debt card. It only took a few hours to treat everyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will leave lice and nit free. Thanks ladies. Finally we can be lice free without harsh treatments.

Despite being at the height of busy season, the staff was very helpful and kind. The entire process was smooth and extremely professional. They are great communicators. I recommend the service.

I got custody of my niece and picked her up from an upstate dss office from being in a foster home for two months. The child probably hadn’t brushed her hair one good time in her time at the foster home. It literally looked like one giant dread or a birds tangled nest it was so bad. She had also picked up lice so bad I could see them just a crawling around her head. I panicked not being a parent and having bugs all in the child’s hair. We made a phone call and They had us go to the nearest office to start her treatment. It took every bit of 6hrs for the two wonderful lady’s working that day to help get the knots out of the child’s hair. One employee made sure to help fix my nieces hair so we didn’t have to cut it all off! She stayed until 10pm helping us (they closed at 6) Sunny was an angel and did everything she could to make sure my niece walked out of her building knot free and had the lice treatment soaking the rest of the way home. We finished the second half of our treatment at a different facility. The kindness and absolute willingness to do the best care and plan for my niece was incredible I am forever grateful for all of this companies help! I will recommend over and over again! Thank you thank you thank you!

I was able to get in contact with a nurse on Easter Sunday who contacted me right away to get in first thing Monday morning! Hayley and Sonnie were both awesome! My daughter and I both needed to be treated. It took a little over 2 hours each which was not bad at all. They were both polite and made you feel comfortable. The place was extremely clean as well. We left completely lice free!

With a delicate situation like lice treatment, Haley handled us with such compassion and care from beginning to end! She went above and beyond to get us treated quickly. Then the office staff were understanding and gracious, AND very knowledgeable about lice treatment and prevention. I am grateful for their service!

Pediatric Hair Solutions saved us!! My daughter picked up a horrible case of head lice and after several home kit treatments, I was unsuccessful in getting rid of the lice. We came here as soon as we learned my daughter had lice. The technician checked us all for lice but only my oldest had lice, thankfully. We initially did the at home treatment but I really wanted the flosonix to ensure that she was 100 percent lice free, so we came back the next day and had that treatment. The technician was very friendly and informative and was very sweet to my daughter. Making appointments was very easy and I got in with ease, as well. I highly recommend making this your first trip after learning your children have lice. It’s nice to have guidance in uncharted territory.

During a time that can be super stressful, I’ was so, so thankful for Pediatric Hair Solutions. We had even tried to treat our hair at home and still found live bugs. We called the 24 hour nurse line on a Friday night nonetheless, and they scheduled my daughter an appointment for the very next morning and myself a consultant. During my consult they found that I had it as well and treated me too. They were SO nice and comforting and made sure to explain the treatment and everything we needed to do once we got home. Everything they do is also chemical free! I highly recommend making an appointment and totally skipping the at home treatment! It is worth every single penny!
