Giving a one star review because half of the visit Dr. Wells was not wearing his mask properly. He entered the room with his mask below his nose, and went through half the appointment masked improperly. Halfway through he corrected his mask mistake without sanitizing his hands.We have been in this pandemic for a year and a half, and some medical staff is not ensuring the are wearing PPE effectively. Not only does this create an environment that is less safe for employees and patients, but it also teaches people the wrong way to wear masks (doctor wore thier mask this way then it must be fine).Had other issues as well, but this one was the most serious and has the largest impact for the client population and other medical staff. Can we ensure medical staff is trained appropriately?

Efficient service, knowledgeable and competent staff that is still friendly and professional. Comfortable seating usually without a long wait time. Handicapped parking near the doors, unisex restroom, and coffee kiosk nearby. Very good family practice physicians and PCP. Takes most insurance plus Mo health net medicaid. Access to nearby pharmacy and radiology services like CT, ultrasound, and X-ray.

I just met with Dr. Oler of the Family Medicine clinic here for the first time and I cannot rave enough on how wonderful she is! She didnt rush me, listened to all of my weird ailments, and was incredibly helpful! She is also very kind! Additionally, the rest of the staff was very helpful, professional, and assisted me in a very timely fashion. I strongly recommend this facility. As someone who has spent alot of time in hospitals and doctors officers, this place gets an A+!

Waited 8 months to become a patient. Became a patient and was completely ignored by the drs. Went to a different Dr who ran the tests that I requested here (and was told I could not at MU) and found a myriad of issues. As an established patient it takes a week to get in for things like sinus infections. Poor planning, poor patient care.

Pretty in and out today. Sometimes you can wait for awhile depending on the reason you are here

Called to schedule an appointment for after my husbands quarantine to have his seen for a cough. 15 minutes before the appointment he gets a call that he cant come in because he has tested positive for covid less than 10 days ago. Which is true however these same people told him the 10 days starts at your 1st symptoms which would mean his quarantine is already done. They wouldnt see him still. They did have the doctor talk to him over the phone. But nothing is being done for his cough. No one listened to his lungs, no one even looked at this face. I work in veterinary medicine and if we did this our license would be yanked so fast. Im so disappointed with the care received. We have had previous really good experiences here however covid protocols are what seems to killing service.

Dr. Ulen is kind and caring, he spent a lot of time with me helping me figure out the best plan to help me with my medical needs.

Have come to this location for check ups multiple times when something was wrong at the urgent care side. Seemed reliable the doctors gave good advice on what was wrong and staff was nice. The only problem is I got here at 5:45 and left at 7:30. Sitting and waiting when it was not busy does not make me want to come back. So prepare for long waits.

Weve been coming here since it opened (we were patients at Green Meadows before this site opened). Everyone is polite and helpful. My Doctor as well as her nurse have always been caring and compassionate. I highly recommend this location.

The entire staff was very friendly and listened to me while I was explaining my situation. Yes the wait time can be long but they see patients based on severity so I completely understand having to wait and I do not mind it.

Great building of doctors, its really nice they have a imaging center and blood work all on the same place. Wonderful nurses!

I was referred here from the MU ER for a back injury. By the end of the consulation Dr. Lombardo spoke of giving me anti depressants and a couple vaccines. She suggested stretches for my back. No Orthopedic doctor, not even a chiropractor. She dismissed other inquires of personal health. Only wanted to sell me pills and vaccines. I walked out.

I have been going here all my life and i have been fairly pleased most of the time.

My new physician literally saved my life. Without her I would have died from pulmonary embolism in both lungs. So, thank you so very much.

Staff got me in very quickly when I had an urgent issue. The online dashboard is very convenient when making appointments or requesting refills.

They are caring and easy to deal with. Getting an appointment is really fast and they call to check up on you even after an over night observation stay.

Agree with previous reviewer that cant reach people by phone and online message system is ignored. Saw doctor for abdominal pain 5 wks ago. Doctor did not examine me (seemed odd), but then wrote up detailed, fabricated report of exam in my medical record! Was told I was being referred to Gynecology. After multiple attempts on my part to contact the healthcare team, an appointment has finally been made, 2 weeks from now, which means I will have been in pain for 8 weeks by the time I get to be examined by a doctor. (Was also given completely incorrect location and phone number for the appointment, which I only discovered because I called the number to see if I could get in any sooner and they had no record of me....)

This place is terrible. I would suggest you try a different health care team. They like to prescribe pills to people and send them out the door. Hope you dont have bad symptoms from the pills because when you call the doctor is unavailable to help you and the nurse has no clue what shes talking about. WORST HEALTH CARE TEAM IN TOWN!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Family medicine, thoughtful, very knowledgeable and caring.

Waiting for a long time.If you come on time you might wait 30 minutes or more, but if you come late one minute after the late policy you have to reschedule, or they will tell you wait until the end of the clinic if your doctor agreed. Unfortunately, it happens many times that makes me wait for long time.

This is the best facility in the nation by far.
