They never return calls,will not leave a message for my provider. I am out of a prescription for the fourth time since January. I am just going to find another provider I guess. My pharmacy can`t get replies either.

I take a medication that is a controlled substance and so cant have any refills, a new script needs to be written every month. They used to be very good about filling my prescription but lately its been taking weeks to get it filled. Every time its a different issue but I have to call over and over before anyone fixes it. Nobody seems to care that Im literally running out of my medicine in the time it takes them to email a prescription to the pharmacy. Im on a new medication that is dangerous to stop suddenly and Im terrified theyll do the same thing when this one runs out of refills. Ill be finding a new doctor before that happens because I just cant trust them anymore.

10 out of 10 would not recommend. I originally tried to set up an appointment at this location because of its convenience. After waiting nearly 3 months for an appointment, myself as well as 30 other people, were rescheduled. When I asked why, Leah from a scheduling said it was so Dr. Saunacie could learn the system instead of being overwhelmed with patients since he is a new physician. Great idea, but why were those patients scheduled in the first place and why wasn’t the doctor trained to use the operating system comfortably before seeing patients? I will not be returning to this medical Plaza, as the scheduling staff is incompetent and apparently unable to check their own schedule. I was forced to wait an additional 6 to 8 weeks to see the provider after waiting almost 3 months. They were completely unwilling to move around the schedule, even though they had no problem to do it before. I didn’t even get a chance to get treated because the management was so poor in their planning, and incredibly sensitive to boot.

Unfortunately, another negative review. There is no receptionist, but rather an electronic sign in tablet. After originally signing in and waiting for approx. 20 mins. I was told to sign in again. Both employees I interacted with were very rude and had an attitude of someone who hates their job.

I waited almost 2hrs to be seen when I finally left (not being seen) after hearing the front desk person be rude to everyone that he spoke to including me when I politely asked how much longer it would be. They were down to 1 Dr that day, but had not notified anyone of that. I will never be back.

We went in at 8:30am on a Tuesday, for a simple sinus infection that my son had and we were in the waiting room for 45 min! Once we got to the room we waited for yet another 30 minutes! This is absolutely ridiculous!

Very nice clinic, the staff is wonderful, patient care excellent!! the location is handy too, so glad Boone put a clinic on the south side

Worst doctor’s office in the whole town! Takes 7 weeks to get an appointment you show up and they tell you that it has been canceled. They left a generic message, which you know is not true. They can reschedule, your appointment will be in 7 more weeks.

Cancelled my appointment and tried to reschedule 4 months later after waiting on hold for over 25 mins on the phone. Has happened twice that they have cancelled and tried to reschedule months later.
