The people who work here saved my mom’s life! Brittney at the front desk and another nurse told my dad to go to the Emergengy Room when he asked if they could see her for stomach pains and swollen belly. The staff was knowledgeable enough to know that the ER was where she needed to be and thank goodness my dad got her there in time. Can’t thank all the staff enough at Boone - bless you!

Im a 26 years old middle eastern male. when I took my sister who’s 16 to this clinic, I was told that a legal guardian needs to be present in order for them to help her out, when I asked if I could be that since my parents are at work, the answer was no. Had to call our mom, have her leave work, and come to finish signing papers for her.While sitting and waiting for our mom, a kid came in with a relative. The receptionist told them the same thing, but when the relative said that the parents are at work, the receptionist asked her “did they say it’s okay for you to bring him in?” And the answer was of course, yes, so she proceeds to help them.Absolutely one of the most frustrating situations I’ve been in. Never ever have I seen such unfair treatment to different patients. I love Boone hospital but this center is something else.
