The employees were nice. The food is good. The store is clean. Ordered a sandwich and the clerk made it for me. It was great.Shopped around for other items as well. On checkout the cashier was positive and friendly.I do recommend shopping here and you should enjoy the experience.

They have everything your plant based heart desires! The bulk section is a great additional perk for buying a lot or just a little.

This is a great grocery store. That place is always clean and kept in good order. The employees there are always nice and very helpful. They have a lot of different items here that you dont find a normal grocery stores and a lot of good organic food. The meats are always fresh and look great. Their Seafood selection is pretty good compare to a lot of other places.

Went there for lunch. Their Buffet is excellent. Large selections of fresh dishes and salad makings, soups. Many vegan options. Very tasty.

This location has a decent variety of organic selections for such a small store, but if youre from a larger city you will definitely notice the lack of many usual items.The amount of produce is great and the seafood is some of the best in the area. The meat department, however, is lacking and is less diverse than a normal grocery stores.The staff here though, they alone earn this locations fourth star - they are the image of southern charm, so friendly, helpful and inviting.

My experience today was quick...I walked into (my newly local) Whole Foods after moving from Omaha, NE only to be quickly met with someone insisting I wear a mask. After telling employee I have a medical condition he mumbled through his masks that he needed to grab someone to authorize my entry!? Youve got to be kidding me...I have to be questioned for my medical conditions?!?! I question your ethics, Whole Foods. If masks protect people...dont harass those who cant wear one. Never will I ever return!! Clearly farmers markets are worth the wait.. I will be sure to blast this to all I know!!

Not impressed today. Expected to see more mixes of blended foods and it was still shut down. Met with NC friends a few weeks ago and they shared some delightful pasta mixes they got from whole foods up there. Also the sushi was good but way more expensive than other places we shop like Publix.

Love this place. They have a great selection of fresh and organic food. I love their deli and salad bar. I am a major, major fan of their vegan chocolate pudding! Im not a vegan but dang this is good! Ask for it in deli counter if you dont see it. It will make you curl your toes!

The seafood department needs serious improvement. There’s only one friendly employee who is always helpful and seems to truly like his job. The rest seem to not care about customers and hate their job. Whenever I have a question or ask something, they answer with a rude tone and refuse to help by giving some kind of excuse. I just moved from out of state and thought Whole Foods is the same every where. The standards here are below average and unlike any other I’ve seen. This place needs major change.

I would give them five stars if everything wasnt so expensive its not always quality youre paying for sometimes its just the pretty packaging and ambiance of being better than everyone else

I was pleasently surprised with the quality and low price of a beautiful custom red rose bouquet. I called in an order and was promptly taken care of and my expectations were exceeded in the wrapping.

I needed edible flowers for a culinary school project and not only were they polite and professional, Matt placed the order OVER THE PHONE for me on the call for the earliest shipping time tomorrow, and said to just call and confirm they have them. If not, they can place A SECOND ORDER over the weekend for me. I checked so many places in Columbia, it didnt dawn on me to check Whole Foods. Not sure why, because they have E V E R Y T H I N G. Im so thankful that Im speechless. I appreciate you guys so much!!!

Multifunctional store with Amazon pick up and drop off for returns as well as all of the things you would normally expect from Whole Foods. The pizza that I’ve had here unfortunately isn’t as good as other locations.

The store is full of wonderful items. I really like the large selection of organic fruits & veggies as well as the water fill station. That is a plus for me on limiting plastic bottle waste. There is a large section filled with organic bath and body products that I have tried a few of and so far my skin loves them. I would have given five stars but I did see that there were some products that were priced a little to high for the size and usage. Other than that, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I will visit Whole Foods a little more often especially for its large organic selections.

This whole foods is now closing early (8pm most days) due to covid19....Usually a good place to shop. I Did not make it in time on this day. Update in October, still some low shopping supply, no seating inside or out and bathrooms being poorly maintained.

Great customer, seafood, fruit and vegetables are always fresh and the atmosphere great. One of favorite places to shop for groceries.

Purchased what I thought was FRESH blackberries. The ones on top looked as if. The middle and bottom were all rotten with mold. With time and distance I took a lost.

Prices are a little high vegetable shelves needed restocking. The casher im the non cash line was very klnd and polite.

I always enjoying the customer service! The food courts vegan choices are excellent! I enjoy eating the vegan mac&cheese ( theres 2 options to choose from), the mushrooms, grilled cabbage, and fried tofu. They also have vegan pizza. I applaud the cooks! Keep up the great work!

Really enjoyed walking this establishment and looking at all the products available for purchasing. We bought a couple of bone-in ribeyes and pre-seasoned salmon. Pictures to come from the cooked product.

Someone is always ready to help you find just what you’re looking for! Great fresh herbs, vegetables, and meat! I drive 45 miles just to shop here when my local supermarket is less than half a mile from the house. It’s a classic example of you get what you pay for!

I had a little issue with my purchase order being ordered but they fixed it. It didnt make a big enough difference nor took away from they superb customer service so I had to give them all 5s for my overall experience. They arent perfect but the professionalism, helpfulness, and customer service are always extremely satisfactory.

You have to go to get your prime members discount and I don’t like that kind of coercion but it’s better than paying to instacsrt because you don’t have to drive you are not at risk like being in a kennel at a kennel or the SOCA because you have been caught by the dog catcher, quality ands election is close to what produce stores were and you are not confined to off branded products as well and that is not something that you’re going to have to consider because you’re addicted to buying on the cheap and not that you deserve to pay more for less or nothing worthwhile. but note of it and you are know they’ll deliver to your door too.

Everytime I come to this store I always have a good experience. The cashiers and others are very professional and courteous. But today I had a unexpected unprofessional experience at the meat counter. The employee working made me feel like I was actually bothering him when I was inquiring about an item. When I wanted to add to my order from what I originally asked for it really seemed like that was a big task for him to fill and he really didnt want to. Overall this is a good store but now I feel less I have to tread lightly at the meat counter.

So watching the ad I realized the honesty in advertisement meant Id have to discover low prices, because I wouldnt find them here. At least the ad is honest, even if the implied meaning is deceptive.

Im not a fan of Whole Foods.. compared to other markets, overpriced.. they do have a vast selection of seafood and cheese, but average of vegetables and fruits. A nice, but small selection of local beer.

This is a Whole Foods Market and not a full blown Whole Foods. While the vegetables are fully stocked the rest of the stor is hit and miss. The seafood seems to be plentiful and the staff there friendly and knowledgable.

How about no stars. The shelves are full of holes where merchandise should be is bad enough. The person I was told is the customer service team leader (??) couldnt stop talking about her recent breast augmentation the entire time I was in line. Really disappointed in the constant decline of this store.

Unfortunately, this store is not really taking the Covid-19 threat as seriously as they should at this time. I was in the store this morning and saw several employees walking around with masks not covering their noses. I ordered a coffee and the person who helped me, and also works at the pastry counter, had issues with her nose being exposed. She was a very nice person who was very king and I hope she, and no one in the store, has Covid-19. But the data is very clear there are asymptotic carriers all around us. I generally like this store and am disappointed they are having these issues. I have been to the store a few times since the pandemic started, and things seemed better than today. Im not sure what changed. Mandates did go into affect in Richland County and Forest Acres I believe. So it really seems like things would be more stringent. I cant find the Forest Acres mandate online, but the Richland County ordinance states: 2. All restaurants, retail stores, salons, grocery stores, and pharmacies in the County must require their employees to wear a face covering, which covers the mouth and nose, at all times while having face to face interaction with the public and 5. A person who fails to comply with Paragraph 1 of this Ordinance shall be guiltyof a civil infraction, punishable by a fine of not more than $25.00. A person who fails to comply with Paragraph 2 of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a civil infraction, punishable by a fine of not more than $100.00.I put in a complaint with Whole Foods corporate customer service. They indicated they would pass along the concern, but offered no way for me to be contacted back to get a commitment these issues would be resolved. I think thats really the way this should work. If we dont have confidence in the way a store is managing this pandemic they havent really earned our business. In SC we had more than 1,800 new confirmed cases yesterday. This pandemic is not being taken seriously by far too many. Thats how weve gotten to these numbers of cases and preventable deaths. But Whole Foods customer service recommended I contact the store.So I called and asked for the manager. I got a courteous gentlemen who explained he was a manager. So I explained my concerns. He said the masks they have are ill fitting and slip a lot. My response, you need to get new masks. HIs response, Weve been on the forefront of the Covid-19 response for over 3 months now. My response to that...then you should have masks that fit correctly by now. I really didnt feel like I got any commitment to ensure this is a priority for this business to fix the problem, when the fix seems simple.After I hung up, I had an ironic thought. Theres a site I use for online shopping that offers many items with free shipping in 2 days if you pay for a membership (which I have for years). I suspected they might have some masks available that are highly rated. So I looked and it turns out I was right. They had several masks that looked very well made and got high ratings that could be delivered Monday. The also appeared to easily and reliably cover the mouth and nose fitting all mandates. So you may have guessed it...that site is Amazon. But doesnt Amazon own Whole Foods? Isnt it ironic that a Whole Foods store cant find proper fitting masks? I bet they may have some nice masks that customers have gotten delivered to the lockers in the front of the Whole Foods store. Maybe they could place an order themselves.Businesses need to get serious about this pandemic and we dont need to support those who dont. This needs attention yesterday, not when the manager gets around to getting together some properly fitting masks. We need to get serious before our ICUs fill up and more and more die (as we pass 1,000 deaths in SC today). Businesses should have gotten this right to protect customers and employees, without the need for an ordinance. I dont think our Whole Foods store is serious if theyre willing to break ordinances instead of getting this right.

Whole foods has a Cute little setup in Columbia SC and this one had the black bean hummus that I love . I will shop here again
