Always helpful and courteous. Knowledgeable and ready to assist. I am slowly but surely making this location my favorite as it is closer. In times past the customer service wasnt horrible but it many of the employees were aloof. For that reason I frequented Forest Drive or resorted to ordering online from Amazon, forgoing the store altogether. The last few visits have been very pleasant, quick and easy. May start going more frequently.

Vitamin Shoppe has all of your nutritional supplement needs under one roof. Its like GNC without the gym rat behind the counter. (No offense to gym rats, Im a fitness buff myself.) 10/10 recommend, my wife loves the selection of protein bars.

Absolutely the worst vitamin shoppe I’ve ever visited. I spend 3-400 dollars a month on supplements and have used vitamin shoppe for years but I’ll rethink that now. Just absolutely terrible service and people.

I just walked out of this location. I waited at the desk for help for over a minute with no acknowledgement from the two employees there (they were not helping customers). The most disturbing thing was that as I stood there...I realize that it is an employee training another employee...both ignoring me as I stood there needing help. So I walked out and ordered the product on my phone from the Amazon App. 2 day free shipping, and a better price...
