Would not recommend. What doctors office gives you a hard time about doing a payment plan?! Since I had not met my deductible, I requested to pay in installments and the receptionist was rude and acted like that wasnt an option. I had to practically plead with her to work something out after I had already paid almost $200 on my first visit. Highly disappointed and will not be going back. In addition to that, this office could use some serious upgrades. Everything including the offices, equipment and decor looks like its from the 1970s. If I am paying this much for a doctors visit, at least the office and overall building should look somewhat aesthetically pleasing.

Dr. Serbin is a very good doctor and a kind man.

Dr is very unprofessional, does not regard your concerns and runs unnecessary test that you end up paying completely out of pocket. I’ve asked multiple times for 90 day prescriptions and he totally disregards this request by giving me 30 day and 2 additional 30 day refill. Needless to say, I have found myself a new dr. Save your time and money and find another dr.

I have been seeing Dr Serbin for over 30 years. He is a wonderful Doctor and is very caring of his patients. He takes time to truly understand the issues and is very personable.The staff is excellent! Very professional, helpful and just overall great to interact with. I have never had a bad experience and the Lab Techs are excellent!!!I live over 30 miles away and continue to drive to this office because of the wonderful experience I have always had.

I’m started seeing my provider about 6 months ago, and she is amazing! Everyone there is, and everyone I’ve ever spoken to there is very nice and also very knowledgeable. Health issues that I’ve had for years have finally been diagnosed and treated properly. Literally figured out the issue within a month just by doing testing and a MRI. Military doctors never really did any testing or specialists, just kept giving me medicine that didn’t work. Now I’m getting appropriate treatment and medication, and feeling 1000x better! And it never takes long to get an appointment, usually I can be seen same day when I’ve had acute issues pop up. 10/10 definitely recommend this place!

The office staff is wonderful and easy to work with (Joan was very helpful and went out of her way). The front staff can make or break a practice and they are doing an excellent job.

Friendly and Proficient staff. Everyone demonstrates an I Care Attitude. In these days and times....Its refreshing to see the office respects your time.

The people are always nice and Dr Serbin is knowledgeable. They were running late on appointments today. So I had a longer than normal wait.

Dr Serbin was running about 45 minutes behind schedule but his services today were excellent. His followup summary was thoroughly explained. All aspects of my health care concerns were covered.

We like Dr Serbin and his team. He meets our needs promptly and efficiently from the lab personnel to the schedulers.

I am so pleased with this clinic. From the lab tech to the xray tech to the doctors, I feel my care is their first consideration.

I see Dr. Serbin, and he is compassionate and caring. The practice is well run, the staff is friendly and helpful, and patients are promptly seen.

While I have attended SPRINGWOOD for some time now and Dr Serbin has addressed various issues for me, I find his primary care lacking in the mere essence that he doesn’t really listen to the patient. I have noted it in the pass but it really became prevalent after my auto accident. I have several complaints from the accident and seems to me that Dr Serbin only hears what he wants to hear. While I am not a physician, I am the paying customer and my concerns about my physical condition should be heard in order that my needs may be addressed as needed. I feel as if I was simply written off and sent out without making sure that I was taken care of properly.

My care giver was good ,went over things professionally covered everything from blood pressure to kidney function. Thanks for the great service.

This is a very good practice. Dr Serbin is great and the staff is very friendly.

I saw one of the nurse pa, she listened to my concerns very attentive. I would see her again
