I wanted to share this as it was a very frustrating experience with Dr. Changs office. Yesterday I had an appointment at 2:30 pm, I was parking my car at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately, I got hit by another vehicle, and it took me literally 10 minutes to coordinate with the counterpart next steps after the crash. Then at 2:42 pm, I was in the office 202 as indicated in the appointment, it took 3 min to the receptionist to attend me and noted that Dr. Chang is in the next door. In the end, I showed up in the right office at 2:45 pm.Then I was told that Dr. Chang couldnt attend me as I arrive late for my appointment. Up to here, I am fine as long as I understand the rules of the Doctors office, and I am assuming that as they are strictly applying this rule, their patients can also be attended on time.However, the really frustrating experience started when I tried to explain to the assistant what happened. She didnt allow me to explain at least to ask if there were some flexibility based on what happened to me in the parking lot.In the end, it tells a lot about the type of healthcare provider we have here. First, not listening to patients and at least trying to be a little be emphatic with them. Second, are patients not allowed to have random incidents that may cause a 20 min delay?I understand if there is no flexibility on attending patients that arrives late, at the end, those are their rules, and what happened to me is not their problem. However in my opinion, a good healthcare provider should, at least, listen to their patients.At the end I walked away without attending some important concerns about my health just for a lack of empathy and flexibility. Very frustrating.If you are trying to avoid a healthcare provider with a lack of empathy, as is my case, I suggest looking for another option.I am providing 2 stars as the office seems clean.

My lab records were not given in a timey manner. To
