I love Dr. Sara Nelson- Owens! I prayed for a doctor like her who works with me to elevate my level of health. She has helped me to loose excess weight which has had a major positive impact on my chronic disease and she continues to constantly search out the best methods of treating my condition. I have never been this healthy in such a short amount of time being with a doctor and her team is quick to respond to meet my needs. Thank you so much for being the beautiful spirit your are and may The Almighty continue to bless you!

Not sure why people have given such bad reviews. I have been a patient with Parkridge Medical Associates for about 8 years. I have always been treated quickly and the staff is very friendly. I go here for my GP visits, my first doctor left and I have been a patient of Kimberly Frick for about 4-5 years. She is always friendly and professional. I even referred my wife here and she has always had a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend my Doctor and this group to anyone who asks.

They are a hospital and theyre supposed to be taking precautions. I am sitting in a room waiting for the doctor right now. This is what I noticed while looking around. The soap that the doctor and nurses use to clean their hands. The dispenser has blood and dirt on it.

Dr. Birdsong is absolutely wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and caring and most importantly, she is looking for answers rather than treating the many symptoms I have. I have been praying for a doctor like her for many years. Im very thankful to have her as my PCP!

One star because NONE is not an option!!! I guess Dr. Wiggins no longer works there and thats a shame. The sad thing is even though I mentioned her name to no less than 5 different people in this office, not one could tell me she is no longer there. I wonder why? The NP Kimberly spent all of 3 minutes to tell me what I already knew and I am pretty sure I was charged incorrectly BEFORE any services were rendered. NP Kimberly was also 20 minutes LATE even though they have signs posted throughout that YOU will be rescheduled for being 10 minutes late...The nurse nor the Nurse Practitioner wore gloves. No temp was taken. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...DO NOT GO THERE!!!

If you like being talked down to and browbeaten by staff, this is the place for you. Very disrespectful. Customer service is awful. Drs good, once you get past staff. I’m going elsewhere, it’s not worth being tested with disrespect.

Horrible and rude healthcare staff (front office, NP) worst than the VA

Most of the staff is not friendly. Have waited 30 minutes in examining room for doctor. It probably wouldve been longer if I didnt threaten to leave. Prescriptions often not refilled until youve seen Doctor. Doesnt matter if you dont have any medicine left. So happy Ive found a Doctor thats friendly and the staff is great. I hate I didnt find my new Doctor sooner.

Who in the world is in charge of this office?I asked if they took my insurance and after they said yes, I made an appointment for a yearly physical as a new patient.I come to the appointment and am told to strip for a PAP. Ummmmm maybe the appointment taker could have given a gal a heads up? It’s nice to be prepared for this as I never have a PAP with a family practice?Fine, I do it. My bill is $157. Wait I thought I was covered. Ohhhhhh I’m not in network? Well that would have also been nice to know. Thanks.I decide to call a couple weeks later to check on my referrals. I was bounced around like a ping pong ball on the phone, no one even tried to gather more info, they just said please hold.... please hold. Then I end up at an answering machine. So I decide to drive to the place to speak to someone in person. All I wanted was a list of my referrals and phone numbers so I could decide if I wanted to use them. The employee could not help me and neither could her manager. They told me I had to leave a voicemail.Just NOPE! Never again. Dr. Wiggins is nice. She just needs a better staff. I have happily changed doctors.

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE RUDE, AT LEAST THE ONE AT THE FRONT DESK, HER NAME IS ALLY. DONT YOU DARE GO THERE FOR A PHYSICAL AND GOD FORBID YOU HAVE TO DISCUSS ANYTHING ELSE REGARDING YOUR HEALTH. THEY WILL NOT CODE IT AS A PHYSICAL. THEY WILL CODE IT AS AN OFFICE VISIT AND THEN YOU WILL RECEIVE A OUTRAGEOUS BILL. EVEN MY INSURANCE COMPANY SAID THAT THEY CODED IT INCORRECTLY. THEY WOULD NOT CONSIDER RESUBMITTING IT. I WENT THERE BECAUSE MY DOCTOR MOVED. THIS PRACTICE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY GIVE ALL DOCTOR OFFICES A BAD NAME.

I give one star and this is generous. Kimberly Frick is the worse nurse practitioner I’ve ever been in contact with. I was forced to go to her when my regular doctor left. Never can get in touch with her, doesn’t call in prescription as discussed during appointment and changes medications just so she ‘can treat it her way’. Very inconsiderate with complex of not being a doctor that she takes out on patients who need help. Strongly not recommend to waist your time, you will end up switching to another doctor. She is kind of person that ‘knows everything’ and cares little about what is good for you.

I have had nothing but great service with them. Not just with my new Dr. but the office staff treats you with respect and seem to understand what customer service really is. I have some very complex issues and Dr. Brunsink was willing to sit and go through my history and is willing to help me navigate through all of issues and medical referrals. I have even been called as soon as they receive my tests results back. I have had three visits, several phone calls and several e-mails and Im very pleased.

Ive just had two visits at Parkridge but both have been satisfactory. Not only was Dr. Brunsink personable and attentive, but she was also efficient in making sure that I was being followed up adequately by my other specialists. The staff were cheerful and helpful. I received a follow-up call on my labs in a very timely way, and when I questioned a result, they got back with me the very next day after conferring with Dr. Brunsink. I requested copies & received them two days later.

This place has rescheduled on me three times. Today I showed up 6 minutes late due to two lanes on the interstate being shut down and they would not see me. My appointment was at 9am. I was supposed to arrive at 8:45 to complete paperwork and since I got there at 8:51 they declined my visit. I will never do business with these people. Completely rude and not sympathetic to traffic issues causing a delay. Unreal.

This is the most disorganized practice Ive ever dealt with. I usually had to call twice or more to get a nurse to actually return my call. The office staff is not very friendly and they constantly had incorrect and outdated contact information from before I was even a patient. I asked repeatedly for it to be updated in my chart, and they got it in writing on the yearly updates they require you to fill out. Referrals take forever and records seldom get forwarded. Np. Frick agrees to one thing one minute and then it changes in another. Its like she forgets what was discussed or something. And all of this is on top of the very long wait times. So glad I found a better place!

This doctors office has went down in service and care. The worst part about it is the doctors office dont even care their service level has fallen below poor.Seem like no one knows what the hell they are doing.Had an appointment for may 13 @3:30pm. Received a reminder text message saying be there by 3:40pm. Show up for the appointment on time and the lady at the window tells me my appointment was changed to 3/20/2019. I didnt receive a call or text about the change. The lady at the front desk goes to the back talk with Doctor, she came back and told me the doctor (Kimberly Frick)stated she is over scheduled and she will not see us today and to come back on the 20th. The front desk lady told me she didnt create the scheduling conflict. I told her cancel the appointment for the 20th. This is not a professional doctors office.In my opinion if you are over book no way you giving each one of your patients the best medical care possible. You are treating patients like a car wash just moving them through with a quick fix. No compassion what so ever.DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!!!!?

Dr. Janice Wiggins is a great doctor, shows concern, caring and very informative. Every question that I have is answered, I never feel rushed, Dr Wiggins takes her time to address every concern.

Had the worst experience here ever. Made my first and last appointment with dr. Scroggins for 3pm today. I showed up at 2:40, sat in the EMPTY waiting room until 3:20. After finally getting called back, I sat in the exam room with the nurse while she took my vitals/history/etc. Dr. Scroggins walks in and does not even acknowledge me, then walks out again. The nurse leaves and says the doctor will be in shortly. Fast forward to 3:50, almost ONE HOUR after my appointment was scheduled for, I told the receptionist to tell the doctor I had left. I understand doctors like to take their time but the place was empty. I have better things to do than wait for a doctor who clearly lacks any respect for others. I am truly disgusted with how things went today!! Id give this place negative stars if I could.

If i could leave zero star i would the office staff is so unprofessional they tell you the wrong directions knowing your a new patient then when u get there a couple of minutes late after you done went to the wrong building with the directions they tell you. They say you need to reschedule when the office already doesnt have anyone in there like they that busy with an empty office.

Google wouldnt let me type my full review so here are bullet points:Positives-Candi and Dr Scroggins are both nice people with good small talkDr is doing her part to fight opioid addiction by not prescribing patients those (not applicable to me but she told me that in her intro)Negatives-Both Receptionists are borderline rude and definitely slow/not helpfulA simple physical took over two hours (appt time was 9am, I arrived at 8:50 with new patient paperwork already filled out, got back to truck at 11am)Dr didnt even check for testicular issuesDr did not want me to get additional bloodwork such as testosterone, lipid panel, c reactive protein, thyroid, vit D, and A1CTalked her into it since it is very important to keep track of those things even in healthy individuals.Took a week for someone to tell me only some of my result over the phone and another week+ to get full result in mailThe practice is pushing out extremely dated medical advice such as but not limited to:Recommending eating low fat dairy and lean meatsDecrease saturated fatsMaintain certain BMIStay out of the sun whenever you are outdoorsIm highly disappointed in all aspects of this place and will most likely not be returning when it is time for next years physical

Parkridge Medical Associates (Dr. Kimberly Brunsink) – Did you know that the doctor will change your appointment to meet THEIR schedule then not give you any flexibility on the time? Did you know that even if you are breaking the speed limit to make it on time AND call the office and PERSONALLY tell them that you are stuck in traffic they don’t care? Did you know that if you are 3 minutes later than their “window” they will refuse service? Did you know that the staff is condescending & offensive? Did you know that the doctor will not even give you the courtesy of personally speaking with you about the situation when you ask to speak with them? What kind of doctor you choose is important – it should be one that cares! Parkridge Medical Associates DON’T!

I went to support my mom to her appointment an Jennifer at the front desk told me to take my call outside the office I had no problem to take my call out the office but her tone the way she told me was disrespectful
