This facility has gone down hill!The service is the absolute worst.The lady that runs it is not very pleasant and looks like she needs to retire.Previously they made you feel welcome.Previously they treated you like an individual, now your just a patient and rushed out the door.Previously I never had to call, email, etc for insurance issues. They always handled it.Previously I never had to do the work of the referral department, now I do.After 7 years of going to this practice I now have no other choice but to go somewhere that can handle volume and still treat people like they truly care.

They have a variety of providers and styles...some more holistic, some are more modern/cutting edge treatment, some more old fashioned, but I love all of them and believe they are truly there bc of a desire to help people. The nurses are amazing and the front staff exhibits great customer service. They even have someone on staff whose only job is to help people find a way to afford quality Healthcare. He helped me get health insurance, which I qualified for, but was continuing to be denied by social services. They also have other financial assistance and are very friendly and helpful if you express your needs. I love the office so much that even though I now live near Reading, PA, I have no problem driving to Columbia when I need to. I have never been able to say that about any doctors office...ever. So thank you guys and gals for all your hard work! And to those potential patients reading this review, check them out. Tell them the type of doctor you are looking for. Or if you dont know, meet with a new one each time til you find the one you clique with. But I feel that it is so unusual to have such variety under one roof. Take advantage of it...you wont regret it!

Normal business hours you can expect a four to five star rating (on site). The doctor I see there is always five star. After hours and weekends, now that is a different story. If by chance your doctor is working after hours your good. Other then that, I dont understand why they even bother to pick up the phone.

Doctor Coyne and the entire staff was very helpful and amazing.

Dr. Larua is an awesome Dr. But the front desk staff (the young immature ones are uncaring and not thoughtful of the ppl that coming in.

Have used this practice for several years and my whole family absolutely LOVES Dr Coyne, but today we saw Katie the PA. We checked in before the scheduled appt time, and still sit here 45 min later, yet to be seen. No mention of delay at check in, asked the receptionist to check and she disappeared behind the desk not to return.Most staff is usually pleasant and helpful, but today is not a good experience. Time was taken off of work to be here, the drs and staff should have the same respect for the patient’s time as well.

At my sons 2 month exactly appointment 2 white old ladies that worked for the hospital said my son name is wired infront of us at his appointment. That is so unprofessional. There is nothing wrong with his name. And it breaks my heart they discriminated him like that infront of us ;( your just calling him to his doctor dont make fun of us like that. Or next time i will make fun of you and report you!!

Ive been going there for almost 10 years. Always in and out. Staffs been always friendly. Theyre amazing. My daughters love Gigi and they trust her. The physicians here are great. When my daughters are sick they schedule them right away. The office is so convenient since they have a number of dpts in this building. They have a lab, counselors, physical therapists even gynecologists (May Grant). Its pretty far from my home since I moved from Columbia but it still worth the drive.

I am here a lot taking patients to OP test and procedures. Always greeted warmly and registered in a timely fashion. Nurses and Techs have great bedside manner. Facility is always clean and there is almost always a parking spot!

I am seeing Dr. Brighter for prenatal care and I love her. She takes her time, which is EXTREMELY hard to come by nowadays. She truly listens and is so sweet. I feel 100% comfortable and trusting in her and the care she provides for my soon to be family. Way to go Dr. Brighter!

My PCP retired, so I need to find a new doctor. Dr. Snell was excellent, caring and very thorough. I would highly recommend him. Also the staff was very kind and helpful.Keep up the great job!

Ive seen a lot of medical offices around the country and this is one that does it right. Friendly, good practices, and what I would look for in a clinic. Like the fact that if they cant get you in, you can easily drive just across the bridge to the Wrightsville office. You wont find the level of arrogance I saw throughout the medical center off of 322 .

Love my doctor, GIGI is her name. I love that I can see her, and if I need blood work I can get it done right then and there and there is no waiting line. Your usually in and out. I use to also go to physical therapy there. The whole team is wonderful!

Dr. Daniels is fantastic! I would recommend him to anyone! Had an office procedure done and I cant imagine it going any better than it did! Kudos to Dr. Daniels and the entire staff!

Took my daughter there 2 days after having a 103 fever. Dr diagnosed her with a stomach virus even though the pain was in her throat. - she NEVER took a throat culture. I called again yesterday because my daughters fever was still 103. They told me to call back today if the fever wasnt gone. I called back today and a nurse pushed a note back to the DR to see if my daughter even needed to be seen again or they could just prescriber her meds. The nurse told me they would call me back in a little bit to let me know what to do. It is 5 hours later, and I have yet to hear ANYTHING back from the DR. I took my daughter to a different doctors office, and my daughter has strep. These people do not take the time to run a simple test for a 4 year old. Instead they let this poor baby girl cry over a fever for 5 days!! This family will never step foot in that building again.

I have had a very good experience with this clinic and Dr. Snell. It is easy to get an appointment, the staff are competent and friendly, and most importantly, I get the treatment that I need to be well.

Office staff is very friendly, mostly on time. Convenient location.
