Saw Dr Gesslings presentation on Real Americas Voice this morning. We need more skilled practitioners like Dr Gessling that dont want government agencies interfering with the doctor patient relationship. Her successful track record speaks for itself

Very rude and snotty. I brought in my test results from another place since I had just moved to Columbia. I have epilepsy and I showed her proof and she called me a liar. I needed her to help me to be seen by a neurologist and still almost 4 months later and I still haven’t seen one. I have seizures weekly, and I provided her with all of my proof, and she called me a liar and said I couldn’t be seen by a nuro and even if I did have epilepsy it would be months before I was seen. I am very disappointed and upset by this. I would give her 0 stars if I could. She acted like she was better than everyone as well.

Have only had one appt so far but was very happy with the staff and doctor. When I scheduled the appt the receptionist was very friendly. She was there for check in. The other receptionist was not rude but not outgoing. Doctor and nurses were great and listened to everything and were very helpful! Would recommend to friends and family.

I decided to give this doctor a try. I called them, and to my astonishment an actual live person answered and asked where they could direct my call. There are very few businesses of any type anymore that have enough respect for their customers/patients time to spend the extra few bucks every day to have someone actually answer the phone.So I asked for the doctors new patient appointments. So where did they send me? To an absurd menu that wasnt even Dr. Gesslings office! You had to sit through a message about masks then select her office from a menu. From there they continued to waste my time with a bunch of choices. I hung up at this point.I thought maybe I had found someone special. Instead it turns out they like to waste my time even more than all the other companies! Very disappointed.

Very low opinion of her staff. Have given me wrong information on more than one occasion. Dont listen most of the time. Have lied also. Told me I couldnt be late because the doctor had 40 appointments. When I arrived the waiting room was empty. All but 2 people in the office were not wearing masks. Dr. Gessing is quick to give a diagnosis, with no tests and nothing to go on but a hunch. Diagnosed me with positional vertigo without even asking any questions. Suggested I try the half-somersault maneuver without even considering my arthritis. Turns out I had been exposed to toxic chemicals. Im changing doctors ASAP.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Dr. Heather Gessling listens and is very nice! I will not go to any other doctor.

The doctor is great, shes attentive and listens, and comes up with solutions. The nursing staff is good. The office staff is grouchy and/or condescending half the time.

Great experience and staff was very helpful.
