Dr. Kolker is a wonderful, evidence-based physician. She takes patient concerns seriously, and demonstrates skilled knowledge of a range of evidence-based treatment options. She is professional, kind, straightforward, and takes excellent patient notes. In addition to her expertise in family medicine, she also has advanced training in OB/GYN and is an assistant professor. I moved away a few years ago, and just havent found a PCP as thorough and dedicated to excellent patient care (particularly in the area of womens health) like Dr. Kolker.

Dr. Kolker is always very kind, listens to any concerns I have, and thoroughly answers my questions. She has been my primary doctor for over year, she is my OBGYN now, and she will be the pediatrician for my son. I’m very thankful to be able to trust one person to care for all these areas. She has great response time when messaging over the MU health app, is always on time for appointments, and she is very knowledgeable. She is a great doctor!

Dr. Kolker is one of the most caring and thorough doctors I’ve had the pleasure of being a patient to. As a nurse, I have very high standards for care; I want a doctor who is academically and medically excellent while also having a caring and patient centered bedside manner. Dr Kolker is all of this and more. She responds to all my concerns quickly and is so attentive. She was my OB and after seeing her care first hand, my husband asked if she would become his primary doctor. He is someone who is very hesitant to seek medical care so the mere fact that he asked for this speaks for itself. She became his pcp and I can honestly say this had been amazing for our family. She is also our babies primary doctor. She does refer us as needed to specialists, but it is so reassuring to know that she manages all our care and knows our story. I highly recommend her if you want a doctor that will invest in you, your family and your well being all while doing it with the highest standards of care.

Very nice, kind, caring doctor. Im so blessed to have her. She held my hand thought my struggle, shes always by my side when I need her. Called me back when I have concern about my mammogram. I strongly recommend her if you need PCP.

I am a physician myself and can differentiate a good doctor from a bad one.I went to Dr. Kolker for my wife’s fatigue.The simplest thing in the world is to order a work up for fatigue which include: Thyroid function test, CBC, Vitamin D level and some other possible tests.She did not order vitamin D and we have to go and get my wife’s blood drawn again.After a lengthy winter where we live any doctor would know that she should order vitamin D because of inadequate sun exposure.Regarding the history taking, she did not ask anything about my wife’s job, lifestyle,etc. did not even bother to go through the details of her main complaint.She needs a lot more experience to be called a “good” doctor.
