Front clerk was very nice and helpful.Dr Shidhaye is an excellent physician and seek the problem and refer me to ER for seek further treatment. I appreciate her for it.This doctor Care is the best and have a very professional staff.

Great staff. They are working hard to take care of everyone during this time. Its a hard job and they arent always show the kindness by the people they are caring for they deserve. Thank you for putting yourselves at risk to help the sick out you are appreciated! I know it has to be hard to stay positive with all you face daily!

If you want to hurry and wait, this is the place for you. Sat waiting for almost 2.5 hours for the receptionist to mention that what I needed had to be done by 2:30 and I could have been told that when I got through the door informing her of what I needed. Never again, and that is why I have stopped with Doctors Care years ago.

Doctor was great and staff was understanding. Communication could have been better but overall I would return without hesitation.

I love this Doctor’s Care! The staff here are so patient, kind, and understanding. I had Fred as my physician, and he took his time explaining what they did, and what I needed to do in order to get better. It genuinely felt like they cared about me. I am so happy with my experience.

Waited 3 hours just to be seen and still nothing. The NP saw us and asked if we were leaving and we said yes. She said ok and walked in a other room. Didnt even care. If you have an emergency. Dont go here. The front desk staff is friendly thats for the 1 star.

Went to this facility for covid vaccines. Every visit the facility was clean. Staff friendly and professional, highly recommend this office.

The front desk receptionist , Mary ruined my experience. She was extremely rude for no apparent reason . Other than that , the doctors and nurses are amazing . I give the doctors and nurses a 5 👏🏾

Visited Doctors Care over the weekend for a left foot injury. The wait was a little long, but I was very pleased with the customer service. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. No complaints from me.

Very slow. The wait time is 2+ hours. I shouldn’t be waiting 2 plus hours to ONLY be seen for 5 minutes.If you have a follow up appointment, why do we have to be treated and wait like we are a walk in patient. During this pandemic, I should see people wiping down the seats that others are sitting in and the doorknobs, cleaning the floors and sanitizing everything! We can’t check in online and they don’t answer the phones. This is ridiculous! Very disappointed.!!

Doctors care did nothing for me. I went in with visible hives and nothing was done to treat the hives and itching. I questioned a steroid injection to take it away quicker instead the PA recommended a pill form steroid. She barely examined me and recommended I call my doctor and continue taking. I paid a $50 copay for nothing. I will not be returning to this facility.

Absolutely ridiculous the wait time. Arrived at 10:00am for a COVID swab, it is now 12:25pm and have yet to be called in.Horrendous time management is very inconsiderate.I’m being told I’m next but the cavalier attitude is unacceptable. Next? What’s that? Another two hours? 😡😡😡

I visited to get relief from a muscle spasm and I was treated like a person, not just another patient. The doctors and staff are compassionate, and they listen to what you tell them about your issue. I will go there again.

It did take a while to get seen but I get it with the covid. Dr Parker is a very nice and concerned man. Not pushy, but informative. I highly recommend.

We arrived at Doctors Care earlier than our appointment and the receptionist acknowledged us and had us complete paperwork. Upon finishing the paperwork, we were immediately guided to the exam room to have our second dose of vaccine. The nurse made us feel extremely comfortable and told us what to expect with the second dose of vaccine. Afterwards we were seated in the waiting room for 15 minutes to make sure there were no side effects. We were cleared to leave.

My wife and I could not have been more pleased with our visit to get our first COVID-19 shots. The entire staff was very professional, efficient, organized, courteous, etc. And the practice itself was clean and set up to safeguard the patients to the maximum.....well done! five stars!

Do not use Doctors Care. The service from the doctors are average but the office staff and billing need to be retrained. I have no out of pocket cost due to having 2 insurance but they dont know how to bill or only bill one provider. Then they are quick to put things in collection instead of doing the billing properly. Then you call to get it cleared up and they have all these excuses. Veterans dont use them as they claim to accept VA healthcare. This is false.

Made and appointment with them, received a text from them that they were running 30 minutes behind and moved my appointment back 30 minutes. After waiting an hour past the given time for a k-12 physical, we finally left. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone that needs to be seen same day.

We had a 4:00 afternoon appointment to get our second covid-19 vaccine shot.. we went in exactly on time. Staff was efficient and courteous. Well done 👍.

I had to have my six month diabetes blood work and prescription refill work done and they were very professional and took time with me and answered all my questions even though there were a number of patients at the site. They recognized that my questions (including regarding Covid-19) were important and did not just try to rush me in and out.

Checkin plus wait time was almost 30-40 mints. But the nurse and doctor was very good. Happy with their services.

The desk assistant at the front is really rude and mean and acts as if she is mad at life if you don’t like your job find another. There’s no need for the eye rolling and sour looks. She will definitely run into the right person though and I may be that person because I am definitely reporting her to corporate!

Came in for a normal drug screening. Arrived at 1:40pm. Still waiting as of 3:30 pm and still haven’t been called in the back yet! Just for a Drug Screening!!!

Dr Fred was great. I have never had a bad experience here. The front staff and nurses have been caring. I would recommend this place to anyone. I moved here recently and haven’t had time to find a regular family doctor and had some issues come up and Dr Fred took his tome to find out what was going on. Thank you!!

This is the slowest doctor place I have ever been. If this was not the only place I could come for a workman’s comp with my employer I wouldn’t be here. I have been waiting on my car for over 3 hours.

Online check in is a joke. Checked in at 303pm. Was sent a text that the anticipated time for me to be seen was at 436pm. Arrived at 435pm. Completed necessary paperwork and it is now 536pm and I still havent been called to be seen. I asked the lady at the desk what is the difference with online check in vs walking in and she said none really . So basically I should have just went in at 303pm and maybe would have been seen by now. They should just stop the online check in, its very deceiving.

I was literally here yesterday because I came in for X Rays on my neck as well as to have something else checked out due to a wreck. I came in two weeks ago and received X Rays on my ribs and tailbone the day after the wreck happened. Two Sundays ago I had a $90 copay. Yesterday I had a $90 copay and was informed there was a balance of $180 from my first visit. I informed Taylor at the front desk I hadnt received a bill yet but as soon as I received the bill, we would pay. Today there was a different lady at the front desk who told me I had to pay my bill in order to be seen. I only came back today because the provider (Dr. Patel) told me to come back this morning because they couldnt take care of both things yesterday due to insurance would only pay for one thing at a time. This is beyond frustrating and very inconvenient and will be the last time I bother with Doctors Care.

I have been going here for 15 years and had great service, I went 30 days ago and had blood work done and a check up, I have had high BP for years and anxiety also. I was given 3 mt supply of BP meds and 1 mts supply of buspar a mild anxiety med. when I went back to get my BP checked a service they always did between visits, they now make you see a provider first so they can charge you for a visit also they only give you a 30 day supply of meds so you will have to see a provider also and pay for a visit also, this is crazy for them to do this to people, they also would not let me talk to anyone in charge about it. This is not the same place I have went to for 15 years, they are all about money now and no service.

Truly an awful experience. Registered online, received text messages from them for when to be there. Showed up a bit early, knowing we would have to fill out paperwork. Paperwork completed. We both had appointments and times. Those times passed. And we waited. No input from staff on what delay was. Appointment times were long passed, staff was asked when we would be seen. She didnt know. She informed us that they only had one provider available this day, and they normally have two. Okay, then why were we told to be here at that time? Again....didnt know. Wait.... your facility picks the time that we were told to be here. So why wasnt the Staffing shortage taken into consideration before we were told to come? Didnt know. Still didnt know when we might actually go and see a doctor.So we after 90 minutes of our lives that we cant get back, and we left.This establishment is most unprofessional medical facility that I have ever encountered. They are also rude and inconsiderate. I will never go back.

I was just there with my boyfriend for his throat closing up. First of all the nurse was extremely rude. And the doctor that saw him didnt even look at his throat he just shined a light in his mouth for 2 seconds without even looking and gave him antibiotics without even knowing what he was treating... No blood work no nothing. I would not recommend this doctors care at all. But the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice.

Was seen by P.A. Patel today, absolutely amazing human. Never been seen by someone who actually cares so much. Thank you!!
