Great service care! I went with my first pregnancy after hearing a few friends great reviews. Dr. Kraemer was very attentive during and after my pregnancy. He also did an awesome job on my c-section!

Great doctors, nurses and very professional! Delivered both of my other 2 children and gonna deliver my 3rd one that’s on the way now, they are always checking on me and making sure everything is okay! Dr kreamer is more like a friend instead of a doctor and so is Jamie!!! I would have never chosen a different place and will Never chose a different place!!!

Beyond satisfied with the quality of care provided by Dr. Orson and the staff. The social distancing guidelines were adhered to, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I will certainly be recommending the practice. So good to have a doctor who listens to and validates my health concerns.

It is so inconvenient and frustrating to have to find out anything to include billing or appointments. You cannot reach a certain office but have to call this one number. I have been trying to reach this office for a week to speak to someone about billing and an upcoming procedure and I couldn’t reach anyone. Finally after calling back the day before my appointment, I was out on hold and relayed information from the operator. What is this place the CIA ?I am changing offices. Dealing with this office is stressful

I was part of Midlands OBGYN before it became Kraemer Women’s Care. I was hesitant like anyone would be. I can say I will never go anywhere else! He has made me feel welcomed and has went above and beyond to help me with any health issues I may have. I can’t thank him enough!

Dr kreamer was very patient with me he performed a total hysterectomy on me and I was a nervous reck he made me feel more assured that I was in good hands God bless this doctor and all his wonderful nurses.

Every appointment I have to wait over 30 minutes to be called back. I can never get anyone on the phone every single time I call no matter what time of day. The appointments drag and when the nurse finally comes in it feels very rushed and it doesn’t seem like they’re very caring. I will be switching offices asap.

Youre in and out within an hour if not less. The staff is friendly and Dr. Munn is so personable. She takes time to listen and answer all questions.

I’m very surprised at what Dr Kraemer’s office did today. I called at 4:26 in the afternoon to try to schedule an appointment. I was told by the automated recording my call would be answered shortly. They let the phone ring until 4:28 and then answered and hung up. Me thinking it was an accident I called again. They let the phone ring until 4:30 answered and hung up again. When I called back again guess what? It’s said they were closed because it was then 4:30 on the dot. Someone didn’t feel like doing their job because it was time to clock out. Very unfair to do that to patients. Especially ones that have been seeing Dr Kraemer and following as he moved several times for the past 10 years!

Usually I see Ashley and have great appointments but today they were packed and I had to see a different doctor after them no longer having my appointment scheduled. I was supposed to have another ultrasound to check to see if my internal bleeding stopped. They checked for my babies heartbeat and could barely find it. I felt rushed out of there and very uncared for. 😥

I was greeted promptly with a smile upon entering the building and the staff genuinely cared about making me feel comfortable.

Dr. Orson Ravenell is the best, he genuinely cares about his patients. He makes sure that you and the baby are in good health. I had him for years and he’s amazing at what he do, I love that he loves his job. Dr Kraemer is good as well when I had an emergency he made sure I was well taken care of. Most of the nurses are sweet, I know I can be a little over the top and they have also showed me nothing but smiles lol. Highly recommended!

I do not recommend. The doctor we saw needs to get off his high horse and actually listen to the issues his patients are having. The doctor was informed many times of the symptoms that occured when putting the body under too much stress. If he wouldve listened initially, then whats been missed wouldve been noticed prior to a surgery he kept asking us to agree to for multiple appointments. Upon seeing him 5 days after surgery and saying something isnt right, it was completely disregarded stating it takes time to recover. I even asked for his confirmation and made it clear so this is normal, in which at the time, he said yes, but it wasnt! He waits until 18 days after to agree something was missed prior to surgery and the recovery wasnt normal. Telling this doctor everything going on is useless. Trust shouldnt be put into this doctor.In addition, this doctor also discussed my daughters entire information in the hallway at the scale. Walked over and started discussing everything as I was assisting her for weight so basically he ambushed us. We were never put into a room for the entire visit there. Other patients were inside the building and probably overheard all the details. Dates, surgery information, doctor names and etc. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful and violation of our privacy.

Dr. ORSON RAVENELL, MD!!!!!Simply because he is very respectful, very gentle, very patient, and very kind. He takes care of any issues youre having right away! Doesnt take long at all!The absolute best!!! I promise

This is my first time at Kraemer at this location and I only came because my doctor retired. But I’m writing this as I am waiting in the car to be seen. It’s already 30 min past my appointment time, they said she was behind and there was a couple ahead of me and she got behind. Like they didn’t think to call me and I could of stayed at work? I’m sorry they need a patient lateness policy because this is not fair to other patients who get to there appointment a few minutes early or on time. Then you can’t bring anyone to your appointment bc of covid which I understand but Wednesday/Thursday are the only days my daughter is in school for me to make a appointment. But now it’s been 40 min past my appt time about to just cancel my appointment. SO UPDATE: THEY WERE 45 min late BUT I WAS SEEN THE NURSE PRACTITIONER WAS SO RUDE, HAD A ATTITUDE, SPOKE BAD ABOUT MY DOCTOR WHO RETIRED AND THEN TOLD ME WELL HES NOT HERE, THEN BY MY FACE EXPRESSION ASKED IF I WAS OK, WHATS WRONG, WHAT DO SHE NEED TO DO TO BE BETTER. Well ma’am I don’t have time today to tell you what you need to do. Lol. SHE SHOULD BE GLAD IM SAVED!!! BUT I WONT BE BACK

Dr. Kraemers office took 20 years of frustration and put a plan into place. Each visit was progressive towards our goals. Dr. Kraemer has always been patient and comfortable with having committed conversations. Bedside manner is casual and caring. Expectations of procedures were spot on and clear. My only regret is not transferring sooner!

Loved that I was able to call and get a quick new patient appointment. Staff was and the environment was very friendly. Dr. Kraemer listened to my concerns and was able to put a plan in place.

My daughter whom is Expecting her first child came to this establishment by recommendation. She is a young lady and was seen during Covid therefore meaning she had to go back by herself which for a young new mom is enough in itself. She was treated very rudely by nurse Ashley. Interestingly enough, in speaking with others whom attended this establishment, in particular all black women, it was agreed that this was also their parallel experience. My daughter was talked to as if she couldn’t understand basics, which I can assume happened because perhaps she was a young expecting mother.They did not treat her with the type of compassion at all expected from a facility geared towards treating women. As if that wasn’t bad enough we had to find out from another hospital facility after reviewing her records that she had a UTI that they discovered which they NEVER told her NOR treated her for. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t even give them a one star if the option was available. Ridiculous service, reprehensible at best!

This is by far the best OBGYN clinic to go to. The front office staff are always friendly and the providers and nurses are great. Ashley is not only knowledgeable but also so empathetic and resourceful no matter the situation. I was seen in the last couple weeks and delivered by Dr. Ravenell and he was absolutely amazing! He stayed on top of any complication I had and made sure that I understood it, and also practiced empathy and compassion at all times. Overall, amazing pregnancy experience and delivery!

They were willing to fit me in and always treat me like I am family! The staff are friendly and respectful! I love that the office is very clean and well taken care of! Ashley is great as she listens to concerns and offers great advice and care!

This office is very clean and the staff was very welcoming, they make you feel comfortable and suggest the best things for you. They’re really nice and when you talk with them it’s almost as if they’re all your friends. There was many smiles and laughs. They’re quick and very professional. Wish I started going there sooner!

I just really love the STAFF!! The front desk ladies address me by my name and always greet me with a smile. And all the other ladies and Nurses in the back are always pleasant to chat with! I dont like stale Dr.s offices where no one speaks, I like being able to enjoy my visit. I mean, they do see me for 9 months and see my most private area haha but really, they are Great!

Firstly Miss Ashley or what ever her name is was extremely rude to me probably bc I was young and she thought she could get away with talking to me any kind away and on top of that when I got my records transferred to another hospital and I got a letter from Kraemer saying that I was rejected for genetic testing then hospital that I changed over to told me that they did genetic testing on my baby without my permission without informing me anyway. On top of that when I got my ultrasound they were pushing mad hard on my stomach. Please don’t come here especially if you are young or black they don’t treat you with respect

I don’t know what location y’all are going to that has rude staff because I been to two of them and all of them were nice. During my miscarriage and during this pregnancy. I’m 17 and they told me about birth control but I definitely refused because things I’ve heard about it they helped me with everything. I’ve never met the doctor but I heard a lot about people not liking him but my cousin and my mom loves him apparently he’s very friendly. But it is gonna take a while to get in because there’s multiple people that go there it’s a great place to go to I recommend it. JUST BE PATIENT!!

Dr. Kraemer is the BEST in the field. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone! He is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. His staff is compassionate and they have the best customer service. The entire team makes you feel like family.

Dr. Kramer is an Awesome Doctor!!!!! He has great bedside manners, you can tell he takes his craft seriously and he is genuine. I had surgery yesterday I asked him was he good because he had other procedures before mine he overexceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone.

My bad experience started when I went to the hospital for a kidney stone. They discovered I had a cyst and suggested I talk to my gyno about it. When I called they told me no appointment can be combined. Thinking I should be concerned for my health, I scheduled another appointment(this would be my third appointment that month and I’m not pregnant!) When I got into the office for that appointment, the doctor told me it was nothing to worry about. He didn’t even exam me. It took less than five minutes, but you bet I still paid! This easily could have been a phone call or during my annual!My bad experience doesn’t end there. Against my gut feeling about this place, I went back for my annual. When I scheduled I told them strictly just my annual. When I went into the office I told them just my annual. You know what they did? EVERY TEST POSSIBLE! Without notifying me or getting my consent. I found out when I was billed for it(amounting to $300.) They played the blame game making me call everyone: billing, my insurance, Lab Corp, the physician. Finally I was told I need to speak to the office manager. I called and left her FOUR messages. She neglected to return any calls. I went into the office today to attempt to talk to her in person. No luck, but I’m not surprised. I would not suggest this place to anyone and they aren’t getting a penny more from me. Even after my bad experiences, I tried to give them opportunities to correct their wrongs.

If I was to type my experience, it would probably make alot of others not want to depend on this place, especially if their welcoming their first new born into the world. Horrible , rude just mind blowing people . But I wish every one the greatest luck if you choose this place . This world needs better people

I have been going to this office for years! Absolutely, love it! Unfortunately, this time was different. I wasted my time! I had to find a sitter for my child, and drive 30 mins. Get to the front desk just for her to say I cant be seen. My insurance was not active. Only option was to pay for the visit. So I asked the front desk receptionist Did anyone try to call me?. Her response was No. I assume you had other insurance. In healthcare, next time dont assume. Also if your customer service is not up to part, find another position. She couldve called me as early as opening hours. Some stuff is just uncalled for.

The wait is ridiculous!!! Every time I come here I am waiting at least 45 mins to 1 hr 30mins just to see the nurse practitioner when I have an appointment. It is as if they do not care that they are wasting your time ! I will definitely be searching for a new office !

Been going there since I believe sept or oct. And I love it there. They are very friendly and take their time with u. Wait time is never long unless you come in on a day without an appointment which I tend to expect to wait. They will try to get u in thou.

Do NOT come to this doctor especially if you are having your first child!! My wife and I who were expecting our first child came here and was immediately thrown off by multiple things. 1) they seemed to be extremely busy every appointment we had. We waited a minimum of 30 mins everytime in the waiting room, then another 15-20 minutes before the doctor (or 95% time nurse practitioner) came in 2) when we did get seen, it felt like we were being rushed out because they had too many patients. 3) my biggest issue, as first time parents my wife had questions about what to expect and the changes she went thru. Often she was uncomfortable and asked the nurse practitioner about what she was going thru and received the same exact answer everytime “oh, that’s normal.” Lo and behold, when she checked into the hospital to have birth, the first thing the nurse in the hospital notices is she is displaying multiple signs of possible Preclampsia and her high blood pressure became an issue of concern during her delivery. 4) when we were actually in the hospital about 2 days and the only time we saw our actual doctor maybe 30 mins the entire time. He walked in introduced himself (maybe a 2 min conversation) and left, then came back and delivered the baby, said “congratulations” and left, never saw him again (maybe a 20 min process). Even though my wife had to get stitches and bled a lot, she received no information on how many stitches she had, if they were dissolvable or what she should do to take care of them, or even what he just did... NOTHING. He just “did his job” and left. Lastly, a week after my wife‘s birth, the doctors office called to check on her. She lets them know that she’s still in pain and expresses concern about if she should still be hurting this much and their response basically said “you should tell your doctor” (not Kraemer, your regular doctor)... So what was the point of calling and asking?? I absolute urge parents, ESPECIALLY new parents... DO NOT COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!

My husband and I moved down here a few months ago for his work and I immediately began searching for a new OBGYN. I made an appointment at another office originally but they couldnt see me for a couple months out, and then they ended up postponing my appointment a couple MORE months. So I did a little more searching and, luckily, Kraemer Womens Care popped up. It was just down the road from my house and had much better reviews than the other place, plus they were able to see me within 2 weeks! Also, they accept Tricare! I went yesterday for my first appointment and was so happy I decided to go with this practice instead. The office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, which is something I think is so important to make patients feel more comfortable, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and most of all, the FNP who I saw (Ashley Munn) was amazing. Friendly, gentle, thorough, and actually listened to my health concerns. Ive struggled with extremely painful menstrual cycles for as long as I can remember, and doctors in the past more or less just wrote me off, and instead of listening to me and trying to find the cause and solution, would simply tell me there was nothing wrong and prescribe birth control instead. Ashley listened to my concerns and quickly recommended a hysteroscopy with Dr. Kraemer to check it out and try to figure out what might be causing me so much pain each month. This is the closest Ive come to getting answers and feels like such a huge step in the right direction, especially since my husband and I want to start trying for a baby within the next year – I want to make sure Im as healthy as I can be before then. I am so happy I found this place and will absolutely be going back. Thank you Kraemer Womens Care!

Appointment was for 10:30 and at 11:00 still not seen. I had asked a patient at what time was her appointment and she said at 10:15 and she was still not seen till an hour later. But the staff is sweet and kind.

What a breath of fresh air it was to enter such a beautiful looking office, with a super nice and professional staff. I mean everyone, from the lady who checked me in, to the person who did triage, even to Ashley Munn, absolutely wonderful. Ashley was informative, absolutely pleasent and professional. Ive worked in a Doctors office for several years so I know a good working staff when I see it. Personally I dred going to the Dr. but I definitely do not mind going here again. Need better customer service . If somebody request to be examined then they should be able to get examined , not get a excuse everytime as to why they can’t be looked at . Also I shouldn’t have to keep calling and leaving the nurse the same message . My call should be returned the same day , I’m finding a new doctors office .

I must say I liked the doctors.However, I am owed over $1000 and have not yet been refunded. I paid almost a year ago and my baby is 6 months old. Every time I call I get told the same thing, that they will send my request to the accountant. To make matters worse they sent me to collections in the mean time. I dont think its my fault that I dont want to pay a bill that is less money than they owe me. Ive communicated openly and even asked then to transfer what they owe me to the bill but they said no. During my pregnancy I also called billing several times for other insurance related issues and never received calls back. I also wasnt able to get in touch with a doctor or nurse when I went into labor!! Horrible communication. Please refund me!!!!

Best office I have ever attended. They love their patients.

I ended up having to switch to Medicaid and my current office dropped me no warning, no phone call, I just showed up to my 24 week checkup and Im dropped. When I asked why the billing nurse stated ever so rudely because we dont participate in THOSE programs. At the time its all I could afford seeing as though I wasnt working full time anymore. Being that none of the offices I was close to either took my insurance or had positive ratings at this point I was starting to miss checkups. One day I was out getting some last minute items for baby and I started having the worst pain in my stomach and lower back. Fearing the worst I headed to the closest hospital which funny enough was right next door to my old OB office. In walks Dr. Ravenell he assures me Im not in labor, my baby was perfectly fine, and asks why it had been so long since my last checkup. I explain my experience with the insurance change and the OB offices and how at this point I dont care where Im seen as long as I have regular updates that my babys alright. He then asks what specific insurance I have, feeling ashamed and preparing myself to be let down, I tell him. Thats when Dr. Ravenell said with a smile we take your insurance come on out to see us and so I did and Ive been seen at Kraemers womens care ever since.

Very bad customer service and rude staff.. I called to make an appointment and find out where to have my previous records sent and the girl left me on hold forever and then came back with an attitude and said I could not make an appointment. Then she put me on hold again and another girl came on having me to repeat everything over again and was snappy as if I was taking too much of her time.. I should have known then but I scheduled anyway, called a day before my appointment to confirm I got my previous records and the lady kept talking over me, talking to office staff and sighing. I could barely get a word in. If theyre like this I can imagine how the doctors are.. Whats worse is theyre probably all friends. I would never wanna be seen in that environment! Would not recommend this place.

I had an appointment, just to see the nurse practitioner was a hour and a half wait,she was too slow . Then she came in and stated she had to tell a sixteen year old she had a miscarriage ... I was thinking did you tell her about not having sex or birth control. I had another appointment, waited 40 minutes, nurse practitioner came in with an attitude about my appointment 3 weeks earlier and had her noise stuck up!Office manager got salty. This location is too slow THEY DO NOT BE ON TIME WITH APPOINTMENTS PERIOD! The front end never answer the phone , I live 3 miles and had to go up there for an appointment, and front is sneaky telling lies to save their job. DO NOT go to the Clemson Road location.

The staff is very rude; they treat people like they are better than them, and act as if you are doing a disservice by being there. They set me up twice! First they scheduled me an appointment without telling me, so when i called to make an appointment, they told me that i had already missed my first appointment. The second time, they acheduled me for surgery, and after taking 3 days off work, scheduling a driver and childcare, and fasting....i go to the hospital who tells me that my doctors office forgot to call and schedule my surgery with them. When i finally got ahold of someone at the clinic, they didnt apologize or anything; they actually had the nerve to try to get me to reschedule! Unaccecptable!
