Im sorry to read some bad reviews, since my experience with Dr. Ginsberg has been completely different. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and even funny. I appreciate that he gets straight to the point, while still explaining things to me thoroughly. The nurses and the rest of the staff are all very nice people, which is a great bonus.

I was briefly in the office today 12/02/2020 and was very disappointed in what I heard from behind closed doors between Dr. Ginseng and a patient. I could here yelling from the physicians and the patient seemed upset that her concerns was not addressed. He then discussed some of her previous exam information at the front desk. After hearing this. I walked out of the office. Very unprofessional and HIPAA breach of contract was definitely violated.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ginsberg for over ten years, and he has always been professional, kind and knowledgeable.

The staff was pleasant the first impression when I saw the doctor was okay he explained everything to me ask me questions and answered my questions, but everything went downhill when the HIPAA laws was broken. Patient privacy is very important to me and I did not appreciate my results and medical information being discussed with me at the desk located as you exit the examination room. My neighbor co-worker anybody could have been in that area was very dissapointed will not be returning

I called for a sick appointment for a possible ruptured Cyst and Heather advised an appointment for 08/8 A MONTH later , what kind of Drs office gives you a sick appointment for a ruptured CYST for a MONTH later?
