Recently having some health changes and if it wasnt for Big Tree I have no idea what I would be paying out of pocket for how often Ive needed to be seen. ~$60/month for UNLIMITED VISITS both in person and virtual. They also have select medications for super cheap through their pharmacy. 100% recommend.

First experience with Big Tree and I call it a success. I needed to get my daughter in to see someone quickly, her primary care person was closed for the evening and not open on the weekend. I didnt want to pay an urgent care bill just to get a script so I contacted Brandi with Big Tree in Boonville. The virtual access was so easy and quick, within minutes we had my daughter signed up and a script was sent to our pharmacy. Having the ease of convenience while still getting great care is a HUGE incentive to go with this group.

Today was my first time meeting with my PCP doctor (Dr. Andrew). In short, I felt that all of my questions were answered, the nurse and doc thoroughly checked me over, and I was sent home with a practical easy to understand action plan. Best part, my meds were incredibly inexpensive and quick to receive. I am very impressed by the efficiency and level of professionalism. Btw, the lady that checked me in at the front desk (not sure her name?) had all her poop in one sock and put me at ease with my 100 questions. Owensville, MO Big Tree is amazing! Come see Dr. Elaine Briggs DNP and Britni. They both are wonderful and will take care of you, answer all of your questions, and if they cannot, will find the answer. Elaine is a wonderful nurse practitioner, listens to you, is caring and wants the best for her patients.

After getting nowhere with the Dr. that my son had been seeing.... It was suggested that he visit Big Tree Medical Home...... Hesitant to drive an hour and be disappointed, we did it anyway and I AM SO GLAD WE DID!! They were actually waiting on us, when we got there....they were some of the nicest Medical Professionals Ive seen, and WE were extremely impressed by them being so caring and understanding! My son was sent for blood work, (Never had that happen, at the other establishment, even after three appointments), and he had never been through the agility tests that they did at this visit..... I can not brag on Big Tree enough. As a mother we worry about our children, even though they are grown and out of the house.... My son had gone through every step he needed to take and it seemed as though everyone was too busy to either care or be concerned. JUST THANK YOU TO BIG TREE, AND THEIR AMAZING STAFF!!!! Every appointment Ive had with them has always run smoothly. First doctors office Ive been to that I dont dread going to. Ive had nothing but good experiences. From setting appointments, to the nurses and doctors. It also costs me less than any other option Ive tried without insurance. I live in Florida now and I do virtual visits which is awesome because I didnt want to have to find a new doctor.

Big Tree is simply AWESOME!! *This will be long.* I am alive... because of Dr. Doppelt and all of the Big Tree team. After being physically assaulted, I was in the worst and traumatizing personal situation of my life. I had no insurance and I truly didnt know what to do. I saw an app called Sesame for Telehealth and it was $30 dollars. At that price how could I not? I was terrified and now going to meet and explain this horrible and embarassing situation to a Dr over video? I really didnt think it was going to be anything spectacular..and how VERY wrong I was.Dr Doppelt was so kind and personable. Not the typical doctor we are all used to. He genuinely cared and he continuously stayed right there with me on this path to healing. He has always talked to me as a person not a patient. I may not have ever met any of them personally (other than video) which is simply incredible to say considering I had the best healthcare of my life with Big Tree. ( And I spent 2 years as a teen at Mayo in Rochester MN and the care with Big Tree is just as excellent!) How can I ever express my gratitude or say thank you enough to the people who literally saved my life. Not from a heart attack or cancer. But life, myself, and crippling emotions. Dr. Doppelt gave me my life back. He actually helped me be stronger today than I ever was before. I was able to move forward through the hardest time of my life. Not because of family or friends support ( As, I had none of that) but every person there. Even the on call Doctors, refused to let me give up on me. Or let the attack define me.I didnt think after the assault, I could ever be right where I am today. ( Especially a year later) I was just promoted to Office Manager this week and celebrating my 39th Birthday yesterday. A birthday, I know I wouldnt have made it to- without Big Tree.Dr Doppelt was truly a Physician he didnt have to be. Not just him, but his nurses too. They didnt just write medications, they were my only cheerleaders, and at times they were my therapists/counselors and friend.Looking back, I cant imagine how extremely busy they all had to be then. My trauma happened at the start of the pandemic. Yet, I never once felt like an inconvenience or that I was difficult. (When I know at times it couldnt have been easy...lol) I was always their patient not just another copay.What has impacted me the most and even right now as I write this... was not once did I ever feel judged or stupid for my situations or emotions. Instead, I was met with the most sincere empathy, love, and genuine concern for my life. And again, I had never met any of these people who cared so much about me.Im so thankful they now have a Big Tree Dr here in Colorado!! I was so upset that moving to Colorado meant having to get a new physician. And even though I now have insurance, I am just going to use it for specialists and pay extra for Big Tree. That is how incredible they are. Jen, there in the Big Tree office is phenomenal. She will stop at nothing to help everyone anywhere to get amazing healthcare!Thank you Big Tree and especially you.. Changing Drs is always a pain so I stayed with who I was using way too long. I was unhappy with prices and the constant billing issues and paperwork that was never right so I thought I would give Big Tree a try after reading reviews. I am not sure how the changeover could have gone more smoothThe dr told me I was going to save a lot going through them for the meds I was on and I was a little bit skeptical. I am so glad I decided to try them out. EVERYTHING is so much cheaper for me. the price I pay for my meds is so much less. They are efficient very friendly and the app makes everything so much easier. I can’t remember a time when I was happier with a health care provider.

Hands down the best service that I have experienced in the medical industry. Instead of the normal long wait in the waiting room, then the wait in the actual room, nurse taking my weight, temperature and blood pressure, then the dr. coming in and repeating to you what the nurse said, asking a couple questions then leaving The Dr. Here spoke to me, asked questions, did some research, asked a colleague their opinion as well, then explained to me as a human customer what was going on, and what they suggesed doing. Instead of just medical jargon. I felt valued and not just shuffled through. That makes a huge difference to me.

I LOVE Big Tree Medical!! My husband and I decided to take me off of my husband’s insurance when the “fine” for not having health insurance was finally lifted, saving us $550 per month. We know Dr. Wheeler from Tiger Pediatrics so knew about the plans for Big Tree Medical from the get go. Needless to say, I pay an extremely small fee monthly for my membership, I can text or call and talk to my physician/nurse anytime, and I can do telehealth instead of driving to Columbia for an appt. (Telehealth was implemented as soon as they opened and had nothing to do with COVID FYI.) Since then I am back on all my medications (which has been years in the making) paying less for my prescriptions 👏👏👏, AND have lost 36 pounds on their weight loss program! 😁 The physician I have now is very pro-weight loss and supporting you in your weight loss decisions as are the rest of the physicians there. I literally have not been happier with any other provider. I cannot give them enough praise!

I have insurance and typically see my doctor through the university. However, I was told it would be 2 weeks before he could see me for a sick visit. I felt awful, Big Tree was able to see me within hours of calling, and then followed up the next day to make sure the diagnosis was correct. I was also able to get the medicine immediately, right there in the clinic! It was so convenient and helpful to be able to get in so quickly! Big Tree has a big fan!!

I can not say enough about the staff. They really care and are attentive to their patients. My wife and I are blown away with the value you get for a low monthly cost. We have a large family and own our own business so healthcare has been a tough thing for us. Doctor Mary is so warm and engaging and genuinely looking to identify and treat the whole person in the best ways. Digestive problems that could stem from food, environment or stress issues in one of our children has been on our radar but we were not sure who or where we could get this addressed properly until now. Big Tree Medical is by far the best customer service I have ever had. Their Drs. Listen to you in a way I had never experienced before. When my car broke down, one of the drs brought me my medication, to my house bc I couldnt get there!!! Another time I was so sick I needed to be hospitalized, but wanted to see Dr. Wheeler beforehand to see if it could be avoided. After visiting with them they decided the ER was best and their nurse GAVE ME A RIDE TO THE HOSPITAL!!! Their staff go above and beyond as well. You will not be disappointed! 😍

I came to this medical office in hopes to have assistance losing unwanted weight that I have tried to lose other ways and failed to have any results. I went in for my first appointment in August, I was 10 minutes early and the office wasn’t open yet. I called and was told to wait in my car until workers arrived... Okay- I was the first one there no problem. I’ll wait. Well, at the time the facility was super new and still under construction- patient visits were being conducted in an RV, and the inside of the building was mainly used for selling/dispensing medications. Everything went smooth until I was in my appointment and another employee came in without knocking to get something they needed. I found that to be rude and extremely unprofessional. My privacy felt violated. I was able to get my medications pretty smoothly. Another problem came in once I decided to leave Big Tree Medical Group, and I terminated my contract and paid the difference That was required as the minimum (like $80 minimum). I was told by Marissa that my card was removed and I was done.I was having physical issues from the meds and while someone was relatively easy to get ahold of, they were suggesting that I stop taking one of the medications but continue the other. The problem was the one they told me to discontinue was helping or was supposed to be taken with the other medication to prevent the issue I was having. So their answer was to stop the one that was helping and continue to taper off the other?? That didn’t sit right with me and I was made to feel like my only option other than “tapping out completely”. So I took it upon myself to discontinue everything at once. Nobody was working with me for other options being yet another reason I left this healthcare team.Well, the next month came when the payment would have been taken **IF** I wouldn’t have terminated my contract. I called and was refunded my money. I was very concerned because I have heard about other clients (now ex clients) not being refunded their money that is rightfully theirs. I was told, again, that my card was removed. I no longer trusted this statement because I was told that before and still had my money taken again without my consent. I don’t feel like my personal information is safe with this company.
