Ive read all the reviews and I do understand the complaints. Im confident the office and front desk are doing everything they can to make sure the sickest patients get in. As to the wait times, we all have options. I know if I wait it may be inconvenient, but there are other people just like me in the waiting room. We have gotten great care here and Dr. Alexander and the staff have been great to us. When they do see us, they dont rush us and take the time to answer our questions, Which in turn Im sure is making someone else wait longer in the waiting room. So come prepared and be ready to wait. There have been times I was late, and I would call and let them know Im going to be late, I havent been asked to reschedule, but I do understand the policy.

Atrociously long wait times 40 minutes and above. No value for their patients time. I am sure it will be not entertained if the tables were turned. Lack of professionalism and empathy is making us rethink Klebanow as our provider .

They refused to make an appointment for advance if a child is not sick.They makes you wait at lease 40 mins w/o explaination at appointment all times. It is very hard to a child to wait more 20 mins. One time, I have to wait at least one hour to see doctor in the room w/o explaination and no apology. Doctor complainted to me why you complaint about the waiting.Receptionist were very rude all times when I call to make an appointment.One time, They diagnosed my kid w/ wrong even I took my kid to them three times so my kid was almost death if I took her to emergency room.Doctor in emergency room told me that your kid will die in few days if you didnt come to emergency room today.They didnt apology for their mistake. The doctor who doesnt know why my kid is sick and diagnosed wrong is unprofessional. The doctor can ask other doctors advince if she cant find out why my kid is sick since they have more than one doctor in their office.

Great place really friendly with kiddos. Always can squeeze us in. NPs are wonderful.

My 16 year old son has been her patient since birth. If you want a caring and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Alexander is it!

Misdiagnosed my grandsons middle ear infection. Said it was a common cold and to use a humidifier and let it run its course😠😠😠😠He even had a fever a few weeks ago of 103° and Dr. Heather Alexanders office instructed my daughter to give him Tylenol...but still never caught the ear issue.Meanwhile, my grandsons cough after being seen just 2 weeks ago turned chronic and I had to take him to GBMC Pediatric Emergency which by the way is exceptional!They tested him for RSV and Influenza which came back negative, but he had a really bad middle ear infection!Now 10 days of Amoxicillin!!! This could have turned very ugly...but thank God that I am a grandmother who is persistent.Not recommending anyone to trust their childrens care to this office...we will not be taking him back! They are very LAZY WITH TESTING AND BEING PROACTIVE AND PREVENTATIVE!

We always come on time for the appointment and they make us wait for atleast 40 mins. One day we are late by 10 mins and they said they need to reschedule. I don’t understand the logic.They always take time to checkin. Frustrating to wait. A rule shud be rule for everyone, a delay from them is ok. A delay from patient is not ok despite we travel all d way with kid.

We love Dr. Alexander. She never makes us feel rushed, and always has good suggestions.

She is in a hurry to finish the appointment and not ready to listen to the patient. The diagnosis is poor. Never felt like a genuine doctor.

Love Dr. Alexander and the Klebanow practice! They take their time to listen to my daughters (and me)!
