I have been a patient of Dr Boyd’s for 34 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had; always compassionate and thorough, and stays current on research. The staff is also very kind. I am blessed to have Dr Boyd on my RA journey with me. Thank you!

Dr. Boyd is absolutely, hands down one of the best Doctors I have ever had provide me treatment. I have had plenty. Dr.Boyd is very patient, informative and compassionate. From front desk staff to nurses to doctors, they have consistently taken care of me with skill and compassion for over a decade. Im genuinely thankful for each staff member here. My own course of treatment has required some changes in approach and medication from time to time, and at every turn, theyve done an excellent job instilling confidence in me with sound answers and flexibility in treatment. Id recommend Dr. Boyd to anyone, and have, repeatedly.

From the moment I walked in I was treated professionally and on time. Everyone on the staff was concerned and treated me FANTASTIC. This doctor is on time, better get there early. Dr. Boyd treated me with the utmost concern and care. He would come in the room and tell me he would be with me in a moment. He sat down with me answered my questions and gave me his treatment plan. You couldnt ask for a better doctor!!

I work in insurance and have for over 20 years. I recently worked with this provider and they refused to file claims to the secondary carrier for one of their patients. I called the office to explain it is tied to their major medical and there is not a network requirement so they can simply file the claim as a second form of reimbursement. The member had BCBS of SC as their primary and the provider participates with them. The secondary policy does not require anyone to participate. Yet, after speaking with them and sending a written request they still refused to file the claim. Again, I have never had a provider refuse to file with a secondary carrier when there was not a network requirement. In trying to resolve this they were not friendly, compassionate and they did not put their patients needs first. This is not the type of provider that I would want treating me.

Dont waist your time with this office.
