Super pleased with my visit today. Staff was extremely quick and responsive. I have several autoimmune diseases so I had a ton of questions and each and every question or concern I had was answered without rushing me out the door. Leaving there today I knew my care from today and moving forward is in the best hands.

My mom had two implants placed the other day. It was an amazing experience for her. Dr. Ayers and all of the staff were beyond reproach! Excellence at its finest!!!

I have enjoyed every aspect of my procedure. The staff is very responsive when calling and was able to answer all of my questions. They call you by name and are familiar with your case and procedure. At my initial consult, I was seen by the doctor very quickly and he was able to address my concerns. Then I was sent to financial planning and they were able to guide me through everything involving insurance and payment plans. My procedure was very smooth and I was able to go in or call with any concerns, even on the weekend. I hope I never have to use their services again, but I definitely will if the situation arises and will suggest anyone else to go.

Dr. Ayers always does a thorough follow-up with surgery or any procedure. The staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

The extraction took a long time due to decay that had formed under the crown, so the tooth eventually was removed piece-by-piece. Aside from a sore jaw, the process was relatively painless. Santa & Dr. McEntire were both very patient throughout the procedure, whereas I would have been swearing a blue streak! 😜

I had the early stages of gum disease years ago and Dr Ayers took care of it. Now I go there every 3 months for a deep cleaning to prevent my gums from getting bad again. The service there has aways been very friendly and professional.

Having been born before the widespread distribution of toothbrushes , toothpaste, and floss in the Soviet bloc, my dear husband has become quite the connoisseur of dental services since his arrival in the Columbia area. Of these, he considers the services he has received at Columbia Periodontal to be some of the very best he has had—and probably THE very best available since Dr. Farrar retired. Columbia Periodontal came highly recommended to us by Dr. Livingston’s office. Indeed, their professional assessment of the initial stages of work done by Dr. Ayers (which included some emergency surgery to clear an abscess and a graft of some material onto the bone to create a foundation for future dental implants) consisted of admiration for the “Beautiful!” work done. My husband is very much looking forward to continuing his treatment with Columbia Periodontal. As a university professor and one of the leading researchers in his field, he always has radar for others who excel at what they do; he is very pleased indeed to be in Dr. Ayers’s care—that really says something!

My husband had an implant procedure earlier this morning and were both thrilled with the results. Dr McEntire and his assistant Shasta were both informative, compassionate and extremely efficient. My husband was in and out with only local anesthesia and 2 implants in place in only 75 minutes. His after procedure discomfort has been very minimal and directions for his after care seem to cover all possibilities. I had Gum Graphing Surgery with Dr. Mark McEntire a the Bush River location (August 2020) They did an outstanding job! His team calmed me and answered all my questions (and I asked A LOT)! Dr Ayers was incredibly aware of the potential for pain from my bone graft and used the most effective topical anesthetics Ive ever received. His skill is as much an art as it is science. Would be helpful to patient to wear wrap sunglasses when cleaning teeth. Would make it less messy. That is what other dental offices do and it works for patient. Makes it less stressful.

I am 4 month pregnant and I had an urgent issue with my dental implant (placed in another country years ago). All my anxiety and stress melted down after i saw Dr McEntire who accepted to see me the same day despite his full schedule.His kind staff, short wait time topped with his exceptional level of knowledge and ability to explain all my options and cause / root of the problem really reflects a high level of expertise.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Farrar for 20 years, he’s always been very courteous and professional, seems to take a personal interest in his patients. He convinced me to stop smoking many years ago by educating me on the negative impact smoking has on oral health. Saved my teeth!

The staff is great, very professional but also empathetic. I had a bad accident which resulted in extensive damage to my mouth and teeth. They showed great concern and have been cheerleaders as the treatment has progressed. Dr Farrar is the best at explaining exactly what his treatment plan is of all the health professionals I have ever had.
