My experience was AMAZING! I must admit I was nervous since I was scheduled for a root canal, but Dr. Barrett and his team were awesome! Very professional and reassuring Explained the procedure beforehand in detail. Felt no pain at all during entire procedure. Highly recommended!!!!

If one has to use an endodontist, without any hesitation or reservation, I highly recommend Dr. Barrett. He and his staff are amazing! Dr. Barrett is very patient, gentle, explains everything, and has an incredible soft touch. My procedure was pain-free, and I had no side effects from the dental surgery. Hopefully I wont need an endodontist again, but I know that with Dr. Barrett and his staff I would be in good hands. Thank you so much!!!

I have had 2 root canals done here. These people are AWESOME! The office is meticulously clean, the staff are friendly and extremely nice and the Doctor/Dentist I had both times (Dr. McEntire) is the BEST! He is very concerned with your comfort and makes sure you feel nothing while working on your teeth. His assistants also are very concerned with your comfort. I wish I could give them a 10 instead of a 5! I cannot recommend them enough. This is a #1 business on ALL levels! You will not regret choosing them!!

Had my first root canal done here. Everyone always complains about the pain and swelling afterwards, but I had none at all. Even the shots were barely noticeable. Outstanding work from Dr. McEntire.

My initial appointment for a root canal a year ago was great. Not a single complaint. In fact, I should have left a review praising their staff and service, instead, Im leaving this one star review because I found out today that they sent me to collections over $500 without bothering to pick up the phone and let me know I owed a balance. I paid my estimated portion at the original appointment more than a year ago and the rest was billed to my insurance who apparently didnt cover everything. 15 months later, today, I get a call from a collections agency about my now nearly $800 balance with PE. I flipped. I called PE to fine out why they didnt tell me directly. We sent several statements, they said, but wouldnt tell me what address was used. It certainly wasnt my current address. I inquired as to why they would give this collections company my contact info, my husbands info, and my work info (from my intake forms) to attempt to collect payment, but the office themselves didnt make any attempts to contact anyone with the exact same info. I was told Thats not how we do things, we just mail statements. What in the actual hell is wrong with people?? I could have paid this $500 over the past year, but now its on my credit and I owe a higher amount because of the collections fees? This is terrible business practice!Be vigilant using this company. Make sure that you follow up with them to ensure that everything is paid in full, especially if insurance is involved. Clearly I made a mistake thinking that they would use the multiple means of communication that I provided them to collect the balance I owed.

My dentist referred me to Palmetto to get a root canal done. It was by far the best dental experience. Everyone is nice and very compassionate. I highly recommend this place!

6/03/2019. I can only say thank, you, thank you, and more thanks to Dr. Barrett and staff for the excellent and efficient service provided to me. I was in excruciating pain with my tooth and my dentist referred me to Dr. Barrett, who made me an appt. the same day. He did a root canal and stayed after hours to complete the job. Dr. Barrett and staff has my vote for Dentist Office of the Year!

Absolutely amazing service. They really care about their patients. They are very gentle. When I got a root canal I didnt feel a thing. They deserve lots of praise. I definitely trust them with my teeth.

I was referred here for my root canal from Dr. Hazelrigg. They did a wonderful job and treated me very well. They addressed my concerns, kept me comfortable, and checked with me often. They let me know everything during every step. Here, I felt like a king. They even gave me a courtesy call which to me is a foreign concept. Pleasantly surprised and happy. Definitely would recommend!

I had a tooth that hurt so bad I could hardly stand it. I called and made an appointment with this group. Couldn’t wait and went early to the appointment. They took me in immediately, gave me pain medication, and made me an appointment that afternoon with an oral surgeon. Everyone at Palmetto Endodontics was wonderful. 5 stars are not enough.
