I had a great experience with Hailey! It was my first visit and I had the lash extensions done. The results are beautiful and dramatic! The salon is very pretty and the girls at the front desk are genuinely kind and friendly. Im looking forward to returning.

Soak is hands down my favorite day spa in Columbia! My whole entire family comes to Soak because we love the positive atmosphere and how friendly everyone is! Jamie has helped us out several times and she is so professional and knowledgeable in her job! If I could rate more stars I would! 10/10!

Just knew I would love this place by the descriptions of the services offered. I go to spa’s for fun because I love them! Had full spa days planned with my hunny and everything. Decided to go check them out before hand and was quiet disappointing. I got the signature facial ($100 service). So much went that I don’t even have the energy to share everything. Overall, I’m 98% convinced that the person who did my facial wasn’t an esthetician. There’s just no way I can believe that.

Massage was ok. Not worth it for the price. Paid for an hour got more like 48-50 minutes. Waiting area is cozy and brevages provided. Therapist was polite and friendly.

My first time here and service. Amina (i think that’s her name) was really educated and walked me through the process. I love the fact that she was coaching me through the experience (Brazilian). Girl you are the truth.

I really enjoyed my time at Soak. The atmosphere was very relaxing, no harsh smells or too much salon traffic. After my service, I was pleasantly surprised by the new customer gift waiting on me at the front. The handwritten note really made me smile. I know it was a small gesture but what a way to remind me that my money and time was appreciated at Soak. I highly recommend and will be going back soon.

After searching through many internet pages trying to find the right spa place for my wife, I found this place in Columbia. I booked her with a facial, massage, and manicure. She loved her experience so much, she purchased a membership that day. Today she enjoyed one of their massages with Sarah. Love seeing my wife come out pampered and relaxed. Wonderful staff who make sure your needs are met. This is now our go to place when my wife needs a little spoiling.

Had an awesome facial and microdermabrasion by Haley. Already booked my next appointment. Then I had a massage with Sarah that was wonderful, so relaxing. Next time will have to book a hour and a half. Treat yourself with a treatment with these ladies

I had a wonderful experience. So very relaxing. The atmosphere is very welcoming and not stuffy at all. I had a fun time chatting with the woman next to me and the technicians that were working with the two of us. I got a spa pedicure, and Naujauh was amazing. I have some problems with my big toenails, and she paid extra special attention to shaping them so they wouldnt hurt as they grow. She was very conscientious of my comfort, and making sure nothing was hurting my toes as she worked. And the foot massage was out of this world! There are no massage chairs, in case someone cares a lot about having that perk. But to me, the service far outweighed not having that feature. This was my first time, and I will definitely be back! Ill be singing the praises of this spa to everyone I can.

I never had a pedicure that ministered to me, as my pedicure at Soak. There is dignity, quiet spirit, great manners. The technique for every movement of that pedicure, massage of the tired feet, exfoliation, the nurturing with honey and other natural ingredients, were all so well applied! I only went there because I received a gift card. Now I am their faithful customer. Exceptional service in all levels.

Omg!!!! Outstanding!! My husband allowed me to have a “Me” day lol and after several other massage salons this will be my forever home!! Professional, neat, well diverse staff, kind and luxurious!!! My facial by Tia was wonderful & Sarah did an awesome job on my full body massage as well my lunch was included, in which it was healthy and extremely tasty!!! I got a massage at Soak about 2 weeks ago. It was ok but I wouldn’t go back. The whole experience was awkward. While I was face down in the dark enjoying my massage, my masseuse went to the cabinet to get more lotion. I then heard a rustling and the sound of chewing. Pretty sure she ate some chips. Then when it was over, she left the room so I could get dressed. I got up and realized she left her shoes in the room. She had taken them off during my massage. When I dressed and left the room she greeted me (after she exited the restroom) barefoot. Also I was using a gift certificate for a 60 minute massage- she ended the massage 10 minutes early. So yeah. Not going back.

WOW! If you are looking for an amazing massage, you must go to Soak and see Messcina. I treat myself to massages frequently. Been to many spas around town and in Charleston and I can say the massage at Soak was by far the best massage I have ever had. Booked a massage for my husband before I even checked out and booked another for me next week! Best kept secret in town!

2/15/2020 Sarah at Soak deserves a shout out. She really nailed my massage today. I asked for upper body only and she stuck to the plan, included just the right amount of pushing and pulling, and even added some percussion movements (which I honestly thought was something you just saw in movies, but it was my favorite part!)7/27/2019 Just had a spa pedicure with Tia and it was AMAZING! She gave me the best foot massage I’ve ever had and my toenails look great. I’m with 4 girlfriends that also raved about their services. Love this place!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience! I called a day ahead to make my reservation for a polish change for my fingers. Receptionist on the phone and in person was very sweet and pleasant. I did have to wait a little bit to be taken back, but my overall experience was very good! My technician was so sweet and kind, and did a fabulous job! Will definitely be back!

I went to Soak for the first time this past weekend, and it was the BEST pedicure I have ever had! My nail tech was absolutely lovely! Since they are primarily appointment based, my pedicure was scheduled for 1 hour. This meant that they took their time on me. My favorite part of a pedicure is the massage and this was the longest massage I have ever had with a pedicure. My nails were painted meticulously and perfectly! I am definitely going back!

First time here and the experience was great. I booked an appt online so I knew I could get in on my lunch hour. They were ready for me when I arrived and the staff was quick and polite. Was slotted for an hour but was finished in less than 45 min! And to top it off my nails look great! Will def be going back.

My mom and I went for the girlfriend experience and you couldnt ask for a better day. The staff is attentive and helpful and the owners go out of their way to get to know you. Already planning my next visit.

My all time favorite nail salon! The ladies are all very friendly and I am always pleased with my nails, both gel and regular polish. My mother and I go every time I am in town. The gel nails often last a month on my hands, and for 3 months on my toes, and I am rough on my hands!

I came to get a gift card for a Christmas gift because I heard it was such a wonderful place. Rushed from work on the other side of town and got there 15 minutes before it closed at 5:30. Unfortunately the door was locked and no one was there. I find it frustrating that a business in such a popular part of Columbia does not keep their doors open until closing time, especially around the holidays. I guess I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Follow regarding my first review. It is only right I apologize to the owner Dianna. My frustrations was with her staff, I responded emotionally without allowing her to address my concerns. When I tell you Dianna is phenomenal beyond words it was an unbelievable experience as if you were at Chick Fillet. Her passion for her clients, future clients will blow you out the water. Dianna acknowledged my concerns, was accountable but when a step further to help me understand why her staff appeared to be my view point verus what had actually occurred while still acknowledging my points regarding how the conversation made me feel. We as human being are guilty of everyday life pressures and it can give us false perceptions of what really occurred, my best advice is before your submit a review give the owner the complete opportunity to redeem your experience with a staff member verson impulsively like I did putting them on blast. Dianna went above, beyond for me as a consumer to make sure she educated me on LLR, their requirements while explaining her credentials for her spa and provide education on how to protect myself from spa that are not in compliance with health regulation or cdc requirements ect. Then she went into explaining her background, why she started the spa. Her sister was her inspiration, but I will let her share her story of why with you if you run into her at her spa. This woman is tactful, loving, and respectful. Her soul exceeds day to day interactions, I want to apologize for my review because it does not reflect what she or her business stand for. Let me know forget to mention this woman is smart, super business savy and transparent if your a competitor and want to know things but she will have more respect if you are upfront with why your calling the spa. That note is more so for other salons wanting to compete which Dianna fully welcomes because it keeps her sharp. I had a beautiful experience with her, my best friend will spend time this weekend at the spa. My recommendation is that your try her spa out, because the energy over the phone was amazing and I am looking forward to exceptional experience she insures all her clients receive. I will give you another review update, be transparent with visit. In the meantime be well auidence.

Ive been here with my mother a couple of times and have always had great service. Love the selection of the OPI colors! Everyone is so nice, and this is a perfect place for a mother daughter day. I cant wait to try out a facial here!

Lindy does the most beautiful eyelash extensions I have ever received. If you are considering eyelash extensions, you must make an appointment with her! The reception desk staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating. A++

I attempted to make a reservation for me and my mom for mothers day. I had a quick response but that time slot was too late. I got a text back about an hour later saying they had 2 spots open at an earlier time so i said please hold on while I make sure the time works with my mom. I responded and asked to book it and got a response saying they filled it within the hour I had asked to wait. This doesnt seem like upscale customer service to me. I understand the other negatives reviews now and I do not recommend.

I was skeptical of going after reading all of the negative reviews on Google, but I had won a gift card last year probably around November, and went 2 days ago and had an excellent experience! Everyone was nice and my gift card was accepted at least a year later. I had no problems and would definitely go there again!

Absolutely fantastic!! I was planning a day to spend with my best friend to celebrate her birthday and I wanted to find a spa that had it all, ya know? What I was really hoping to find was a spa that had a couples package, but obviously didn’t have to be “me and my boo” specific 😉 I stumbled upon Soak and man, I am so glad I did! They had all the services you would expect from a day spa AND they had a Girlfriend experience for you and a BFF to enjoy together! From the start of planning our day (through a text, might I add) to the end of wrapping up at Soak, this team of ladies was on point. I had a budget I needed to go by and I told them what services we wanted and they were able to customize something for us and stay within that. 🙌🏽 We were quickly greeted with a warm welcome and I already felt like they knew us personally when we walked through the door. Nothing ever felt rushed, they made sure that if we ran a little off schedule, we were still going to get the full experience which was so so nice. By the end of the whole experience, I felt like I had made 6 new friends! Christie, Kim, Laken, Tejera, Naujauh, and Kysha were directly apart of our experience but the staff as a whole made us feel at home and super comfortable. I will definitely recommend; the customer service and quality is definitely worth every penny!

Soak is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have every dealt with. I bought a Groupon to the salon to try it out. When I attempted to make an appointment they said all their Groupon slots were filled. So I asked if they were extending the expiration date on the deal (which most places do if they get to filled up), and they told me they were not. The point of Groupon is to get more people in the area to try out your business, not run a scam to get money. I would not suggest Soak to anyone, after seeing how they treat customers.

Im saddened and a little disgusted at this place, I went into the business to get information on their services for my girlfriend to surprise her because of her long week. I introduced myself the blonde lady at the front desk refused to shake my hand, literally pointed at a sign on the door that said no solicitation because of me being in work attire.

I have been several times. I have had both mani and pedi experiences. ALL of them were positive.The young blonde girl greets me with a smile and is ALWAYS professional.I have always gotten a hand massage with my mani. I have watched all the girls there work and they work very hard.Im not sure if the negative reviewers were being completely truthful, or if they actually tried contacting the management if they did have problems.I will continue to go here no matter what the reviews say, but I think if you are only looking at the reviews to decide if you want to go, I would suggest trying it first hand and then fall in love with the pampering.
