I am literally still in the parking lot. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my 30 years. Very disrespectful. Literally showed her my nails and expressed my concerns on the obvious issues ... and was told Ill make it 25 instead of 30.. no Ive been here almost 2 hours for a fill from the apparent owner who obvious does not know how to do nails. This is absolutely disgusting please dont waste your two hours here. She put on 4 coats of nail polish because the acrylic has bumps in it ...

I was greeted immediately by Hannah (very nice lady by the way) who started with my pedicure. Seem to go ok at first but the paint job was bad and my feet still needed more TLC. After that I asked for tips and that started off well too... once she proceeded to paint them it was chunky and not professional at all. I asked that she just paint them clear. I paid $80 (the lady at the desk originally said $90... not sure why) and tipped her $15. Once I got in the car the nails looked horrible. I went somewhere else a few days later. The nail tech reshaped and drilled some of the thick acrylic off and made them look a lot better. Never going to K&S again.

Waste of money.. Dont come if you value your healthy hair. I paid full price for absolutely nothing except damage. I had pink in my hair and asked her to remove it. She said she could but it didnt come out. Ok, I accept that but then she wanted to bleach it out when she was so harsh with it, it was already falling out. TERRIBLE!!! I wish I could leave negative stars.

They got me right in for a brow waxing, very nice.

Very unprofessional, went to go get a fill-in and was basically ignored. I tired talking to the gentleman at the front, who didnt turn around to acknowledge my presence. Try Pinkys located around the corner from them

I have had my license to do nails since 1998. I know how nails should be done. Not to mention Im very picky!Im here to tell you Tommy does an Amazing job Or my hands its wife doesnt Unbelievable job on my feet!! Where have they been my whole life.. lol lol Ever since I started going to K&S Nails a few years back, now I will not go anywhere else...I dont trust anybody else to do my nails.Honestly thats how good they are.....They are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ of total class And professionalism. Their work shows for itself.💯💯💯💯💯

I love Tommy and Nancy. They are always willing to take care of me. My mom went there for almost 15-20 years to their salon. It was pretty much the only place I knew to go. They always made my mom feel welcome and brought joy to her day. The only time my mom ever really got out of the house was to get her nails done, so they were always the highlight of her month. I appreciated that they took so much care to making her feel great while she was alive. They are still my go to place even though I live in Virginia now. I take the time to drive up to see them because I don’t trust anyone other than Nancy to give me a pedicure and wax my brows. They are great people overall.

I had a facial with Shannon and she was lovely! My skin feels so soft and moisturized. She explained the cause of acne on different parts of my face. She uses great products too! I love her monthly specials. I highly recommend Shannon!!

This deserves zero stars. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 yrs, & can easily say this Is the worst manicure I ever received. I might as well have done my own nails, or better yet allowed my toddler to do it. The nail tech Gina rushed the entire process and did such a sloppy job with the color, even though there was no wait & only one other person in the salon being serviced (after 5pm on a Friday, which was red flag #1). Gina obviously could care less. When I brought to her awareness how distasteful the manicure looked, her excuse was because I didn’t get a gel manicure. This nail salon is not far from my job; however I definitely won’t be back. My polish relied off the next day, less than 24 hrs!! The service was so bad, I suspect the positive reviews are from the staff.

I had my first facial done with Shannon. It was HEAVENLY! She tailored it to my skin complaints and needs, spent time recommending a daily regiment and products but did not push anything whatsoever. Im definitely recommending her to family and friends and I WILL be back!

Ive been searching forever for a nail salon that does a thorough pedicure. Most places rush through and overcharge. This is the first place Ive found that not only does an amazing job, is so thorough, and offers great pricing!!! I drive 30 minutes just to go here. And theyre such nice people!! I promise if you go here you wont go anywhere else again. Thanks for the great pedicure and kind service!! =)

Well, I have been suffering from this terrible cystic acne. I have had it for approx. 7 years and nothing seemed to help. I tried multiple supplements, creams, visited various doctors.Then a dear friend recommended Shannon (Love My Skin Day Spa inside K&S Nails). I took the advise and paid a visit. Shannons spa was very cute and she was incredible.It took several months... I had multiple facials with Shannon, changed my diet. The acne now is totally gone! I am so happy!Working now on reducing the scars.This lady is so knowledgeable. It is like seeing multiple specialists at the same time.

I am the absolute definition of picky. Nancy did the BEST job on my nails. I communicated with her what I liked and did not like along with what I would like to try. I apologized for being picky and she told me that she was glad I told her what I needed so she could do it. And she did! I will not go anywhere else. Very clean, organized, and usually peaceful if I want to close my eyes during the pedicure.

Ive been coming here for years. Nancy does amazing pedicures and Tommy is the best nail artist around. They are like family. I drive from Crofton to get my nails done here. I dont let anyone else touch my eyebrows except Nancy. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails wherever I go.

Ive been going here for years and will not go no where else. The people here are really nice. The place is clean. They sterilize their equipment Ive never had a problem.

I have been going here now for about 6 months. I started out with the dip powder, went to get a fill in as their website said they did fill ins, get there and they tell me they don’t do SNS fills. I switched over to the pink powder, and my nails looked great. I asked Tommy to make sure he let me know when I needed a new set. Time went on I would get a fill in and they put acrylic on instead of the pink powder I was paying for and I was still charged for the pink powder. I mentioned that I had the pink powder and it was as if I didn’t know what I was asking for. Towards the end the last two times, pedicures were very sloppy and my nails chipped within days. Two of my nails popped off and I found out I had a fungus under both. I needed a new set but I was never made aware of that. I won’t be going back but Nancy does great nails if you can get an appointment with her.

I was absolutely so lucky to stumble upon this place. After months of searching and going to place after place and they were all terrible I finally came toK & S. They are so kind and welcoming and Tommy does an absolutely excellent job and that is even an understatement. Needless to say I have found my special place and I will never go anywhere else not even for a polish change or a nail repair.

I wish they had one closer to Baltimore City. We came as a group to celebrate a birthday and received wonderful.treatment and met new people there. We we shushed by the massage lady who had us believe Queen Elizabeth was coming and we should be quiet!

PLEASE DONT GO HERE idk why they have high reviews unless you want to come out looking like booboo the 🤡 do not risk it they can’t shape nails for nOTHING, and for some reason when I had finished getting my nails done my finger tips hurt. Pls go somewhere else you guys this place just ain’t it. And they charged me 60 for what looks like I got my baby cousin to do. I don’t mean to be harsh but I’m just being honest PERIODT.

So glad I found this place almost a year ago...Tommy and Nancy are the greatest...and always make accommodations to fit you in...and they do amazing work...and the atmosphere is so warm and inviting...I have never felt like a number...I always feel like I am hanging out with good friends and just so happen to be getting my mani and pedi and my waxing needs taken care of...

I bought their spa coupon through groupon and I have never used it. However this merchant redeemed the coupon by themselves. Cant believe this. Its not only once. They did it once and groupon unredeemed my coupon and then this merchant redeemed it again that I never used. They did fraud.

Customer service is everything to me. Stop rushing your clients and at the end tell me you shouldve told me earlier. They rushed me to sit down, rushed me to pick a nail color, litterally grabbed the color palettes out my hand, rushed me to decide if I like the length and shape. Getting your nails and toes done is supposed to be a pampering experience but I didnt feel this AT ALL. And when I tried to speak up for the older lady to wait for me to decide, she couldnt understand me bc of the language barrier. Then got irritated at me! I asked her to add tiny rhinestones but they didnt have them. Ugh I DONT RECOMMEND! I still tipped her because its was the right thing to do but it was a horrible experience.
