Had a great first time experience. Was asked by the technician when I would be back, I informed her that I would call back to set up an appointment. Looked at my account one day and I was charged for services I didnt receive for an appointment I never made. Reached out to the owner, and never received a call back or explanation. Where I would have become a loyal customer? They have lost a good potential client and any recommendations from me.
