Best salon in town. Sonia listens to what I am looking for and makes great recommendations on the best way to get there. My hair has never looked better. Great products and great service.

The girl that worked on my hair did know what hair color to use and all I was asking was my natural color . She brings out the hair swabs to match it and she still don’t know .The color was left on my hair for 1 hour and 10 mins when it should have Been only 45 min.I came out looking black as black can be and that just the top and sides the rest was not colored cause it didn’t need it. So you can say I’m looking two toned.She didn’t ask me if I wanted it cut air shaped up nothing . I thought with a service like that that it came with it.Let’s just say never will I be back. I read all the the reviews and it was all good so I thought hey I will go there . They may do good on yall . But for 70.00 for just half a color and nothing else that’s just a rip off. They will never get my money again. Sorry not sorry.

Love the staff! I always get very attentive service here. The staff always does what they can to accommodate appointments to work with my schedule. I always get my brows and hair done by Tammy. She is wonderful. All of the other stylist that I have seen also do a great job they’re almost like a family to me. The massages are great by all therapist. I always buy last minute gifts and things from Fox. They are the go to place for me in Columbia TN.

My husband has been getting me Spa days gift cards from here for a couple of years. I use them for massages with Morgan. Lord thank u for this young lady she knows exactly where I need help, which is my shoulders. She always ask if I have any special areas in case I’m hurting and is excellent at making me feel like a new person before I leave.

My experience with fox is straightforward and what I wanted. I showed her some pictures for the cut, told her what edits to make and she followed through. Didnt talk a lot but you know what? THATS OKAY, NEITHER DO I. Lets drop the idea that you both have to be chatty cathys! Let them do their job!Oh, and the shampoo was nice. She even gave me advice on coloring, something completely separate from what I was there for.Lets be honest, Columbias options are limited and these girls do a good job!

Decent place but seems to always call and try to reschedule me, or when I come in they dont have me in the system for a massage even when I made my apt a month ahead..hard to fit in with my schedule anyway as I of course get off at 5 every day and too busy on wknds. Napoleon is my go to MT as the others either are not available after 5, call out, or seem to be in a hurry when massaging you--you cant relax with that! Sadly though he books up very quickly so havent been able to get another one booked (and when I did last time, they of course called and tried to reschedule me).Tired of getting the run around (5x now)sooooo..finding an actual professional who has their own office, stays with the schedule and wont keep calling to cancel..

I recently moved here, and chose this salon due to their Aveda affiliation. I have gone in a few times now, and have always received top-notch service. The ladies are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel certain if I were ever unhappy with my results, they would do everything within their power to make it right. Furthermore, I found their prices to be very reasonable--I will definitely continue to be a client!

I was called by the staff and the owner saying I had a $100 gift certificate to use so I made an appointment for a massage. I chose the Stress Relief Massage for $115 and tipped $20. My total paid should have been $35 total. They charged me the whole $135. When I called to get my $100 back, they said I had used my certificate back in 2016. They have not returned my money or my phone calls to the owner. I would have never gotten the massage had they not told me I had a gift certificate to use. They called me for an appointment, I did not call them. I still have the voicemail that was sent to me. I discourage anyone from going to this establishment due to my personal experience. I was basically ripped off by them. Update...owner finally returned my call and still wouldnt return money. Worst experience by far.

I work in the Food Service Industry on hard tile floors. Although I wear Orthopedic does and inserts, my feet have gotten some terrible calluses on them . I went to Fox and Company for a Pedicure. They did an OUTSTANDING job. Well worth the money, and time .Great job .Perry Schwartz

I am averaging out 2 visits to this location. I am getting married in the fall and was looking into local salons for hair and makeup and found Fox. Went in a few months ago for the first trial run of the hair and it was close to what I wanted, not 100% but a good 85% so I decided to give them another shot when doing my makeup trial. The service I got the second time around was significantly lower and I looked like a total hot mess when I left the salon. My hair was awful and the makeup was a strange mix of Brooke Shields in the 80s meets Elvira. I get that eyebrows are big right now but I had Groucho Marx painted on eyebrows by the time I left and that was after asking her to lighten them .. also had to put on my own mascara so the eyelashes are 100% me not a professional. Definitely lost my business across the board.

My wife was given a gift certificate for her birthday for Fox and Company. She decided to use part of it for a massage. The masseuse was a young 19 year old. My wife said she was very nice but unfortunately not a very good masseuse. My wife decided to tip her because she was nice and never rude to her. She was rather sore afterwards which isnt that unusual. The next day the pain got much worse and she realized that she had a rib that had been popped out of place. (she had that happen a few years ago by a chiropractor so she realized what the pain was). She went to our new chiropractor today and was told she had 2 ribs out. She called the salon and spoke to the owner. Sue Fox I believe is her name. She basically called my wife a liar and said she didnt see how that was possible and laughed at her. The masseuse used her elbow and her body weight and pushed on her back. Its very possible to pop it out. So the response my wife got was to be laughed at, called a liar, and told she would be able to use the rest of her gift card on other services. Gee thanks for letting her use the rest of HER gift card. This business owner is a joke and after this experience I am surprised she is still a business owner at all. My wife wasnt looking for her to pay for the chiropractor visit or a bunch of free stuff, but just to bring it to her attention and hopefully keep this from happening to anyone else. Sue you should be ashamed at how you run your business.

My 2nd time getting a therapeutic massage with Morgan, and omgoodness! She was even better than the first time. I have major issues from the neck down. She is so good, that I will ask for her... NEVER GO TO THIS SALON!! I had the worst experience in my entire life. The staff they are not professional. The lady stood outside and smoked for 5 minutes past the time of my appointment, all while I was sitting in her chair waiting on her. I left the salon with 2 inch roots in the front of my hair. My hair is blonde and it was a horrible YELLOW color with DARK brown streaks. Instead of weaving my highlights she took CHUNKS of hair and highlighted them. It looked like a calico cat! I contacted the owner for a refund and she was apologetic about the situation and told me she would refund my money and would send me a check, I have never received it!!! She will not answer my emails or phone calls. I have been extremely frustrated about this entire situation. They claim that all of their hair dressers have lots of experience. I believe I could have done a better job with NO experience at all!!! NEVER SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!! ITS A TOTAL RIP OFF.

Cut was was not super thorough and they are overpriced for the area. I did not even think to ask ahead being in Columbia. I have been to many salons in the area and have never been charged that much without a wash and style.Staff and stylist were very nice, but I hate to leave a place feeling ripped off.
