Adam was amazing and was able to process my home line of credit for a very large amount in just two days. Other banks I’ve worked with for 20+ years had been working on it for 3 months (no joke) and couldn’t come close to what River Regions offered in 2 days. Already closed and couldn’t be happier!

I have never had a bank be so more caring and understanding. I will always do my loans with them only. The rates are Unbeatable as well! Go see and talk to Sara Meyers for all your needs!! She was even nice enough to meet on her day off!

Adam, Blake and crew in Columbia are the best at what they do, if its pre-approval for a home loan or opening an account they are very responsive to questions or concerns, i switched from a bank i had for over 20 years due to lack of customer service, great job, guys and gals!

Tanner Kruger made our car loan effortless. I applied for a car loan online, and had been referred to him through a friend. I e-mailed him Sunday night and he called me first thing Monday morning. He had the pre-approval letter over to me within minutes. Wonderful to work for!

I switched to RRCU from another credit union after bad customer service. At first they were all around great for the customer experience. Today was the first day in a long time I had issues. I was attempting to use the app when it began to bug me about updating. Once the update was complete and the app restarted it continued to bug me for an update. I reinstalled the app and attempted to log in. I was told my username and/or password werent found. I contacted customer relations where a representative directed to the online portal which then instructed me to call customer relations. It was at this point that I learned of RRCUs hours of operation which for my convenience end at 4pm.RRCU is missing features like mobile pay through Samsung which would be convenient. While I havent had customer issues in the past but if this is the new level of customer service at RRCU I think 2 stars is fair.

Opened a cash back checking with savings account with financial rep Jon Sanders, and found the courtesy, service and promptness superb. Debit card was issued immediately, documentation completed all within 20 minutes or so. Then he went over all the online features and the apps in detail, setting up pins and passwords etc, making it a easy process to repeat at home. Have only returned once since for a cashiers check and it was completed in under 2 minutes.

I visited the River Region Credit Union at the Outer Road/Huntridge location and it was not a pleasant visit at all. The Financial Service Officer was very closed off and didn’t seem to care much about the customer’s situation or needs. She plugged a few numbers into her computer (and even checked my credit report without verifying if that was okay with me). I left that office with nothing with dissatisfaction and would hope they work on their business practices transparently before speaking with customers.

They are very rude and disrespectful to some of their customers. So far its been the African American female community. This should not be allowed her supervisor should watch her. You also cant work with some of your customers and give the rest that you have a personal issue with. Leave your feelings and your dislikes at home. Sherri Schramm Is her name.

Outstanding and professional service by people who care about their members. I am very satisfied that the financing associate at Larrys Motor Sports arranged with RRCU to service my bike loan four years ago. As I see it, this is what a credit union is supposed to be for its members.

The customer service at River Region Credit Union is second to none. The manager, Matt Brockmeier, has always been accommodating and gone the extra mile for us, whether it is Home Equity loan, car loan, or boat loan.
