The team at the Columbia Credit Union is really awesome! I just got a new car loan and refinancing on my current vehicle. They worked hard to lower my interest rates, getting me a lower monthly payment. I would highly recommend giving them a call and seeing what Amy in the loan department can do for you. The whole team is great, espeically Geoff, who is always at the window when I come in to the lobby or at the drive through, and is so helpful. Thank you for all that you do!

Just got a car loan. Amy was knowledgeable & thorough! Her service was very efficient and with a heap of kindness. We set up our checking account here too because of the personal atmosphere and friendliness!! I love this credit Union!

This people are fantastic. After setting up an account it took me 3 times of driving through the drive through before they remembered my name. They have helped me open business accounts and get a credit card. Great people. Great service. I love the money people.

I left a big national bank several years ago, joined the CCU and couldnt be happier. Ive used several services (checking, savings, car loan, unsecured loan) and Ive found CCU to be much friendlier, more helpful and more efficient than other banks. Their loan rates have been better than what I found elsewhere. I really appreciate that they know who I am every time I go in, even though thats not super often. If you are looking to change financial institutions, or if youre with a big bank, I highly recommend using Columbia Credit Union!

The staff is always friendly and they actually know who you are. I grew up in a small town and I feel like I’m getting the same level of attention here as I did there. It’s more personal, less automated. It’s more David, and way less Goliath. You’ll like it.

I’ve been a member of the credit union for over a decade and always had amazing customer service. The staff and management team are very attentive and always looking for the best products and services to offer members. The rates are always lower than traditional banks and they work so hard to make sure that you have access to the services you need. Couldn’t recommend a better credit union!

I have used this credit union for over 15 years. The staff is very friendly and know customers by name. Getting a loan is very easy and there rates are great. They have recently updated their online banking system and it works great as I mostly bank on line.

Pretty low tech place. Very inconvenient. We were members for many years including multiple loans through them. When we were looking for a new auto loan and request a rate of course we cant just get a rate we hand to fill out an new application and etc.. total waste of time. Their rates at the time were higher than the credit union across the street. Now we got a letter saying they are going to charge us 5 bucks for in-activity in our account. I mean come-on. You are going nickel and dime your loyal customer to death. Its sits on a computer, you dont have to do anything.So we closed our account today and the lady was totally rude to my wife about it. Sorry CU not getting any business from us anymore. I highly suggest others stay away from this bank/credit union.

Ive been a member for 12+ years. MANY auto loans, personal and business accounts and the staff have always been wonderful. So much faster, easier and more personal than a bank! Deposits are easy and they know me by name even on the phone!

Very inconvenient bank. Terrible online options, no mobile app/banking, theres no way to make a payment on your loan without coming in personally to a branch with cash in hand. Period, no exceptions. Obtaining a loan is a real pain. The loan officer, Becky Burns, will not return your voicemails or emails in literally days on end. I dont know what they do all day but they certainly dont treat their members with priority. This is a dinosaur bank with poor customer service.

I would rate less than 1 star if I could. My husband has an account here and I have to say this is the most messed up and unprofessional bank I have ever seen. First the bank told him he wasnt able to create a checking account, only a savings account. So he has a savings account open instead. When he tried to use his card, the card declined and the bank lost his direct deposit twice from his employer. When taking the card to the bank to get his check, the money was completely gone, never there and they took the card he had and cut it up in front of his face. Told him he wouldnt be able to get a new one unless if he pays money for a new card or wait 7 business days.. finally the money appeared after a couple weeks and several tries, he was still only able to cash half of check and the rest he couldnt get for another few business days. The ATM card (not a debit card because they wont issue you one) finally came in the mail after weeks. Once he had the card, none of the atms would let him access his account or pull anything out. He went inside wondering why his card wasnt working, the employees explained that they had made a mistake and now his account is completely closed. To make their mistake better they offered to make a new card there inside... to which they charged him of course. I would rate this a 0 if I could. I have never seen anything run more poorly.
