I was a customer for a long time, but they just lost a costumer and my whole family. Monday was a holiday and I wasnt able to call to cancel my appointment, I texted at 7:00 am in the morning to let them know due to work I wasnt able to make. That I need it to reschedule due to work , we are short staff. I was told they will charge me for the same day cancelation even do they were closed the day before (Monday) and they are also closed the weekend. Very disappointed because I really liked Dr Lee. I told the receptionist I will look for another dentist and to cancel my daughters appointments and her reply was ok, we understand

This the worst dentist I ever visit. I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment for an emergency. When I arrive the staff was not friendly. The doctor did not take time to speak with me about my issue. When speaking with the lady whos name she didnt give me cut me off when I speak. This is the worst dentist ever and they have a high rating. I guess I have to be a majority to get better treatment.Thanks s is what I mean. Look at the response. I should have went to another dentist. No focus on the rudeness of the Dr and his staff.

Mrs. Vickie is amazing. She made me feel like family and I love this place already. I have a fear of going to the dentist but she made the experience so much better. Three thumbs up!

When I first came to Dr. Navabi, six years ago, I was another afraid patient with sick teeth.Not only he gave me the best professional advice to get my teeth in the best health possible, but he did it with the human touch that only a friend can bring.Check this out: Two implants, two crowns and so many other minor issues later I feel like not only my smile changed but my confidence about my oral health changed too.Dr. Navabi and his assistance always makes me feel everything is possible. Even today when I arrived to Elegant Dental Care office with a cracked tooth after munching organic chips, he put the world aside to take care of me. That is why I give his Clinic 5 stars, because this is the best dentist I have ever had.

Dr. Navabi wasn’t very helpful at my first visit with him. I have a broken tooth and I was afraid of getting an infection because of my one sided headaches and his answer was “you can get a headache from a lot of things and not just a toothache” and just ignored my cause of concern. He also said he wouldn’t be able to do implants on me because I don’t have any bone. I told him another surgeon suggested it could be done but I wanted a second opinion. Dr. Navabi says “Great, well then have him do it... be my guest”! Then rushed out the room. He was in there less than 90 seconds. Really! I can’t believe a professional would say that to a patient! I’m certainly not coming back. He clearly could care less about my dental problems.

This is such a fantastic Dental office. Everyone works so well together. I had work done here for gum pain and a filling. They walk you through the process every step of the way so theres no surprises. The staff is extremely friendly and make going to the dentist a great experience instead of a scary one.

This is the best dental office that I have ever been to. Everyone on the staff is so nice and kind. Dr. Nabavi is so caring and gentle!!! I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be seen and they are usually waiting for me. Greeting me right as I come in. I recommend Elegant Dental to everyone I know!!! I will never go anywhere else.

I love this Dentist! I feel comfortable and relaxed. I have had everything done from sealants to root canals to crowns. The staff is excellent and the its so clean and sterile. Dr. Nabavi explains things and takes his time. I wont go anywhere else!

Great to be a patient of Dr Navabi for years now. Have had lots of intense dental work completed.Don’t know if I could have gone thru this much dental work without Dr. Navabi patience, kindness, explanations of procedures & her well mannered approach. He gave me the boost that it would be okay & I would be at aw with the final results.His assistant who was by my side, while I was having multiple visits back to back, he was always there with GREAT encouragement & giving me a pat on the back when needed.Always greeted me with joy and a glad to see me approach. Dr Navabi and his assistance both gave me their #’s for any problems/questions I might have after leaving appointments & I yes I did have ?’s for sure & they both always responded ASAP! Dr. Nabavi is a highly skilled dentist. I have never seen anyone extract teeth as painlessly and effectively as he does and he is quick! You can really tell that he is passionate about what he does and he puts the patients comfort above all else. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Nabavi is the best and his staff is very kind and professional. Im usually very nervous and on the verge of an anxiety attack when I step into a dentist office knowing a needle is coming soon! He said I would feel a pinch and I didnt even feel that! Hes very fast, gentle and proficient. I would recommend Dr. Nabavi to anyone!

I love this office!! The staff are always pleasant and welcoming. Vicky is superbe whether on the phone or in person. My hygienist, Denise, is wonderful. She is a perfectionist, she will make sure no spot is left untouched. She is gentle, patient, but very thorough in her cleaning.Dr. Nabavi has the best hands with injections. I have sensitivity issue so I have to be numbed prior to having my cleaning done. Dr. Nabavi is very patient with me, and comes back as needed should the numbing looses effect.In sum, I definitely recommend this office!!

The office setting is very bright, warm, and inviting. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. She is also very knowledgeable and can answer any questions related to billing and insurance issues. I was taken to the back for my appointment promptly. Everything was very clean and the hygienist explained the procedure. Dr. M. Nabavi came in and introduced himself. He listened carefully and attentively to my concerns. He did my examination as well as my dental cleaning since I was a new patient. He explained that he always does the first cleaning himself so that he can get a thorough look at a patients teeth. He answered all of my questions and I felt very comfortable and in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. M. Nabavi and Elegant Dental Care! :)
