I would have never thought I’d have a good time at a dentist, but EJM Dental was actually a lot of fun! By far the best dentist experience I’ve ever had, a lot of which was thanks to Paige, she was so nice, caring, and had an amazing sense of humor as I was at times struggling to keep my mouth steady due to laughter 😂 And of course a shout out to Dr. Morse for being another person full of humor and kindness. The whole atmosphere was amazing, as you could here the rest of the staff laughing in the background filling the place with good energy. And some of that technology was wild! State of the art for sure. 10/10 would recommend (Yeah I know it’s only 5 stars, but EJM is in a league of their own).

To be totally honest, I don’t actually mind going to the dentist now that I’ve found this place. I know, sounds crazy. But everyone at this practice is incredibly kind, funny, and genuinely cares about you. They are very knowledgeable and have newer technology and methods than I’ve seen before.I will be frequenting this place. Which is sad but hey, my teeth are pretty rough.

I love this place and the people. I have never had such a welcoming experience at a dentist. I’ve been going here for over a year now maybe more. And the staff is amazing and the dentist is also. I actually really look forward to going to the dentist they are so nice and personable and even remember me everytime even though I only go for cleanings every 6 months. They are the best dentist I have ever gone to they make me feel comfortable everytime. Please take your kids here because this is the safest I’ve ever felt at a dentist.

I had my first appointment at EJM today and I’m really excited to have found such an awesome dentist and hygienist and I’m actually excited to go back for my next cleaning. I think it’s something you really have to experience for yourself to understand, because I’ve never felt compelled to review a dentist office before, yet here we are.From ease of scheduling my appointment (shout out to the front desk rockstar in the tiedye shirt) to seeing me on time, to talking me through each step of the visit, to answering all of my questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, they really made the process enjoyable. Melissa and Dr. Elsie both strike the balance between being very personable and setting you at ease, while still making you feel like they are knowledgeable and up to date on all things dental and that you are in experienced hands. These are the kind of people who probably read journal articles about new techniques in their free time, and it shows. That’s exactly who I want working on me and helping me make decisions about one of the more finite resources we have in our body, our teeth.They talk to you like an adult, and strive to make you an informed partner in your overall care plan- something I wish we saw more of in the medical fields. Just go! You won’t regret it.

I was a new patient to EJM. From the very beginning, I knew I was stepping into a great office. Luana, my dental hygienist, met me at the door. She told me exactly what the front desk needed (Jasmine and Irene were so friendly and helpful) as well as giving me a short tour so I would know where everything was. Luana walked through all of my xrays and pictures to make sure I understood what was going on with my teeth and was very enthusiastic. Dr. EJM was also fantastic. They both explained things well, worked well together, and made the atmosphere upbeat and fun. This is the first dental office I have walked out of feeling like there was a good plan in place to deal with some of my issues that other dentists brushed off as not something that needed addressed in any major way. I came to EJM dental on a bank holiday and the most severe tooth pain Ive ever experienced. Not only did they get me into the office two hours after I called, but they did it all while being extremely cautious of the pandemic and making me feel comfortable as a higher risk individual. This is honestly the friendliest dental staff I have had throughout my life, and theyve helped me address my issues swiftly, knowledgeably, and thoroughly. Ive now had my first root canal and crown, and theyve had nothing but encouragement for me throughout the whole nerve-wracking process.

My biggest insecurity of all time are my teeth! Every time my teeth would show in a picture or I would see a video of myself and my teeth would show, I would literally want to cry. When looking for a dentist I was super anxious. However, I found EJM dental studio and was put at complete ease. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and they really care about your teeth journey haha. Everyone’s journey is different and I have started mine with Invisalign. I am not even halfway through my treatment plan of aligners and I already can see and feel a huge difference. I am so excited to see the results and Melissa has been so amazing and supportive throughout this process. If you’re looking to straighten your teeth and be anxious free, Invisalign at EJM Dental studio is the way to go :)

EJM Dental is one of the finest Dental offices in the area! Dr. Morse takes time to make sure you are comfortable and pain free during your visit. Even when just visiting for an appointment with the hygienist, Dr. Morse stops in to see how things are going.The office and staff are great. Whether it’s scheduling an appointment or answering a question about insurance, the staff is so efficient. Before having extensive work done I was provided a pre-approval so I knew exactly what my procedure would cost.I am so happy I finally found a caring Dentist with a wonderful staff.

I love this place! Dr. Morse and everyone here is so genuinely friendly and accommodating. The office is spacious, modern and beautiful (and about as calm as you can get for being a dentists office). Even though EJM is out-of-network for me, I still choose to come here because its so hard to find a dentist you like, let alone love. The dental hygienist has been really great too.Ive also been doing Invisalign here and am very close to the finish line. Im really happy with the results so far. Dr. Morse is a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want when it comes to your teeth. Ive hit points in the process where I was just ready to be done with Invisalign, and thinking it was good enough, but she insisted there was more tweaking to be done...the key part here is that its technically more work for them but this no additional cost to you (nor any further income for them) - its simply in the interest of getting things as close to perfect as possible.

Disappointed with the treatment I received here for a year. Important note: several of my colleagues at work had similar experiences here, which is what motivated me to write this review. My first appointment, they cited that I had many more dental issues than I expected and had had in years, even with regular checkups. They proceeded to present a treatment plan, which they then revised, having me come back four times for treatments. They pushed Botox on me for my TMJ, which is a valid treatment, without explanation for why repeated treatments were required (4 treatments at $300 each out of pocket). They also repeatedly charged me more than required after my insurance coverage, resulting in multiple refund checks, and didn’t provide reasoning after I asked why that was occurring. Everyone here was extremely kind, but I was left with many questions and ended up switching dentists, with no issues to date.

This was my first time at this office, and let me tell you what a wonderful appointment I had. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by staff. I was also offered a tour of the practice. It was very comforting for a new patient. All the staff I interacted with were amazing. Melissa did my cleaning, and I felt like I had a new best friend. We had a great time and I forgot I was even getting a cleaning. Dr. Elsie came in to check me out before I was done and was super friendly too. Very excited to have found my new dental family. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! I came in as a new patient and got an initial appointment right away. They have taken great precautions to keep the dental office a safe environment from COVID. It was extremely clean in he office. I felt very welcomed. I had an teeth cleaning that day and after they found I needed a filling the Dentist adjusted her schedule so she could do my filling that same day! They were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable the entire visit. I will never see another dentist again. I was extremely pleased with the dentist and the entire staff!

Everyone at EJM was so warm and welcoming. It’s been a while since I’ve visited the dentist so I was really nervous but they made me feel so calm and we’re great at explaining everything. I am so happy I found such a great dental office!

**Update** After several visits, I was so disappointed. Prior to EMJ, I had an excellent dentist, no treatment plans and every visit was A+. But my dentist stopped taking my insurance, so decided to switch and try EMJ Dental Studio. Turned out to be the worst experience. I ended up having a treatment plan, told I had tooth decay and cavities plus very insensitive to my anxiety. They also did a crown that initially caused pain for a while and even now still sensitive. I ended up spending more money then I ever had at a dentist. I couldnt take it anymore and told them to remove me as patient. I called my old dental practice. Turns out they now have dentist that accepts my insurance. I was thrilled!! I ended up going today. Told them about my experience at EMJ. After routine cleaning and X-rays, Dentist said not sure why you needed a crown, saw NO cavities and everything looked GOOD! I was so relieved. So please use caution when visiting EMJ Dental, its obvious they are GREEDY and dishonest. Take care

I have been going to EJM for a few years, and it is such a wonderful practice. The staff is amazing, extremely personable and patient. This time was no different. I went in for my 6-month routine cleaning, and I was truly impressed with how the practice has implemented new processes, during this pandemic, to ensure the safety of their patients and the staff.

The EJM team is my all time favorite office to work with. We have moved a lot for work and I’ve seen a lot of different offices for our dental needs. EJM is the cleanest, most updated, and technologically advanced practice I’ve worked with. They’ve taken amazing measures during the pandemic to keep their patients safe and the office is a delight to work with. After some years of hesitation, I decided to start Invisalign during quarantine and wish I would have done it sooner. The check ups are quick, easy, painless, and the every day wear and upkeep is very simple. I highly recommend anyone interested in Invisalign or looking for a new dental office, to work with EJM.

Been going to EJM Dental Studio for about a year and half or so. I am always very pleased with all of the staff in the office. Its always warm and inviting to come into the office to get a cleaning, or to pick up my new sets of invisalign aligners even during the COVID-19 pandemic. The office is always very up to date and modern. Also like that you can text them any questions that you might have, and confirm appointments via text as well. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist but this office definitely puts my anxiety about the dentist at ease. Again cant say enough about this place and if your looking for a new dentist then definitely must give EJM Dental Studio a try!!

I cannot rave enough about EJM Dental Studio. Dr. Morse and her team (including, but not limited to, Jackie, Melissa, and Irene) are all INCREDIBLE. They really and truly care about you and they want to make your experience there the best that it can be. Plus, they have the latest state-of-the-art technology that makes you even more confident that you are receiving the best care possible. I love them so much that, even though I moved to Georgia earlier this year, Dr. Morse is still my dentist. Since I return to Maryland a few times a year, I schedule my dental visits when I’m in town. The dentist and all of her staff are wonderful so professional but also it is clear that they really enjoy what they are doing. The office is beautifully decorated and inviting. I’ve been going to EJM for over a year now, and every visit has been amazing. I love these women! Yesterday I went in for a crown And Dr. Morse was just as amazing!! My crown feels perfect, no soreness or sensitivity, and my appointment was actually fun!!So glad I found this place!!

Loved this experience. The staff was warm and helpful and considering that I had gone a long time between cleanings this was a welcome visit. I was able to get an appointment quickly and they gave me different options for reminders. Plus they have hours both in the mornings on some days and evening hours on the others so it was easy as h*ck for me to fit it into my schedule.Everything was clean and seemed very hygenic, they took that as a point of pride rightly so.They had a super cool machine that can essentially 3D print your crowns, an X-ray machine that used a fraction of the radiation that typical machines use, and a lab on site.They were also incredibly understanding since I didn’t have insurance, and beat out the competition by a two hundred dollar difference.I had the chance to see the doctor and some of the staff interacting with some kids that came in for their appointments and from what I could tell they were great with them. Everyone seemed to strike the right balance between being helpful and supportive without it coming across as insincere or overly peppy. (Especially for a morning appointment.)Considering that I am a dentist loyalist/novice, (I’ve only been to one dentist previously to this experience and had been seeing him my whole life) this practice helped me feel right at home. I look forward to staying with them from now on.

After several appointments I can safely say that Dr. Morse is the only dentist of which I am NOT scared! Dr. Morse was recommended to me by my equally-as-nervous mother. I had to choose a new Dentist and a friend of mine told me about this brand new clinic that had opened in Columbia. Because of the recommendation I decided to book an appointment. I also loved the text message confirmations for appointments. I loved my experience so much I booked the rest of my family there as well. (They are also very entertaining during your treatment). This place is awesome. I went in skeptical as all get out because no place is perfect and should have this many perfect reviews and no negative reviews, but they convinced me.My hygienist was Kimberly, and she was the star of the show that made it an awesome experience. She was fun, upbeat, entertaining, and so informative! She taught me way more about my mouth than anyone ever has before. Let me give some examples:- she walked me through my bitewing X-rays and explained that we were looking at the three different layers of the tooth - the enamel, the dentin, and the pulp - and what we were looking for and why everything looked good- she talked to me about the pearl on one of my molars that Ive wondered about for years but no prior dentist or hygienist has mentioned- she explained to me that the bone structure on the bottom of my mouth isnt the normal rounded form and is probably a result of clenching-induced bone growth- without me even prompting, she addressed all my concerns about areas in my mouth - red gums showing recession and a spot on one tooth where food keeps getting caught - and taught me how I can treat them and what my options are. She even gave me a gum stimulator to help fight recession!- she walked through exactly how to brush and floss in great detail and taught me some new tricks for both, and Ive always taken good care of my teeth and gotten a clean bill of health from my dentists- she explained the merits of a good tongue scraper and how to use it and recommended mouthwashes without alcohol, if I want to use a mouthwashDr. Morse was also incredible, upbeat, and fun, but Kimberly had more time to shine. As far as I could tell, the staff here function at a very high level: they are quick, fun, thorough, and highly intelligent and informed. It was a spectacular experience. I was only here for prophylaxis, but they have won my trust.

Dr.Morse is the best Dentist Ive had. She puts you at ease, tells you everything she is going to do before she does it and actually asks you how you feel about your plan. She is very professional yet very easy to talk to, and does not rush. In fact, she has a great team, her Dental Hygenist, Jackie and the receptionists are all very welcoming and friendly. I am quite impressed with the level of care and modern technology at this office: I have just had 2 crowns done in less than 2 hours: from start to final bonding! Everyone at this office is friendly and exceedingly competent. I highly recommend this office.

Great experience. Moved in from California and had a piece of my tooth fall off. Called got an appointment and had a new crown within two hours. They are state of the art. No need for gooey molds. All done with 3D imaging and I watched the new crown being made.Also, the staff is fiendly, caring and have a real concern about your comfort. This is where the whole family will be going for their dental care.

EJM Dental Studio is hands down the best dental studio I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and willing to do everything to make your visit comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Joel-Morse is very professional and kind! The location is also very great and the decor just feels so inviting! As weird as it sounds, Im looking forward to my next dental appointment!

Was new to the area and didn’t want to travel 30+ minutes to go to the dentist so I decided to look for something close to me. Read the reviews and they did not disappoint. It deserves more than 5 stars. The receptionist is very welcoming. The dental hygienist, Jackie is so sweet and warming. Dr. Joel-Morse is incredibly talented, friendly and answers any questions you have. Best dental experience ever.

I have known Dr. Morse for over 10 years and I wouldnt go to any other dentist. She cares about her patients and makes sure that everyone is comfortable during visits. I have had a couple of issues with my teeth and the staff always make sure Im relaxed and stress free. Dr. Morse, Jackie, Kim, and Tyrai make such a great team and make visits so enjoyable. If you are thinking about switching or trying EJM Dental, just do it!

Ive always been lucky to have pretty good dentists in the past, but Dr. Morse, her team, and the facilities really surpassed my expectations! Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and the technology is state of the art (really amazing). Scheduling was easy with Tyrai at the front desk and she was very accommodating to fit me in on short notice; my hygienist Kimberly was very knowledgeable, took care of my cleaning perfectly, and taught me a lot about my own teeth (which is pretty awesome!); and Dr. Morse was so pleasant and an expertise in her field (it was amazing what she knew about me just by looking at my teeth). Ive definitely found my dental forever home at EJM Dental Studio! :)

This is the most amazing dentist ever! Im the biggest chicken in the world and she has been very understanding and made sure that I am comfortable while she repairs years of my avoidance of Dental offices. I am so happy to finally find a perfect dentist I can BLINDLY rely on. If google would allow me, I would give her more than just 5 stars. She is truly The BEST dentist I have ever met. I can’t stress enough on how knowledgeable and well–versed she is with her techniques. Trust me, because my opinion is based on after trying many dentists in India and as well as in the U.S. Since last few years, I had on and off jaw pain due to malocclusion and clenching and grinding my teeth at night. I already got ortho treatment done in my childhood which I guess wasn’t working well, and I still had malocclusion. I took advice from many dentists and gone through various treatments, but literally nothing worked. The pain got severe and unbearable in the last year. The headaches linked with the jaw pain were horrible in the morning and lasted for almost entire day. Dr. Morse noticed my problem and Suggested me to go through the INVISALIGN treatment. I wasn’t sure if it would work and thought it’s like every other treatment that would provide disappointing results . But to my surprise, I saw the pain disappearing in only after 2 weeks of starting the Invisalign treatment. Today, almost after 3 months I hardly feel any pain or remember if I had any. Not having the pain and headaches any more has improved my working efficiency and I feel SO much better the entire day. Also, I LOVVVVEEE my new smile now. My teeth are getting so beautifully aligned. LOL, I feel they are turning into a perfect Hollywood smile.Everyone in the office are super friendly and try their best to make you feel relaxed and provide a positive experience. After knowing Dr. Morse and her team for nearly two years, I feel they are genuinely interested in treating you rather than just pushing on unnecessary treatments and services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her if you are looking for a dentist who is reliable, trustworthy and provide a good care to your teeth.

Going to the dentist isnt the most fun thing in the word. But the folks here at EJM go out of their way to make it the most pleasant it can be. They are very responsive if I say something hurts. I have never felt guilted over my oral health, even though when I came in with a bunch of problems. The facility is clean, modern, and the people are super friendly. Once when I had to get a crown made (which they do in house in about 2 hours), they let me put Star Trek on the tv just to make it less unpleasant. Highly recommend this place

Terrible billing practices. They grossly and negligently overcharged me, even though they are listed as one of my in network providers. They sneakily submitted my claims under a different out of network provider name, so now Im fighting them and my insurance to get refunded the hundred of dollars they are holding hostage from me. When I pointed out their negligence, their billing department became very unprofessional and defensive and they refused to accept they may have made a mistake.You can get a good dentist in many places. Dont go to a place you cannot trust to bill you correctly.

Ejm dental studio is amazing! It is new and boasts top of the line technology! Its immaculate and clean, the staff is wonderful and make you feel like family! Dr Morse was extremely gentle and calming. Dr Morse and Jackie both made me feel comfortable, made me laugh and made my appointment enjoyable! I have had my cleanings, fillings and crowns done by Dr. Morse and she does a fantastic job! I cant wait to finish my other crowns and begin Invisalign to straighten my smile!
